Rosie O’Donnell is one of the many people in Hollywood who criticized Drew Barrymore‘s decision to resume production on her talk show amid the WGA strike.
Drew finally reversed course on her decision on Sunday (September 17), but before that, Rosie suggested what she should say to apologize for her actions.
Rosie took to Instagram on Saturday and shared her “advice 4 Drew Barrymore.”

“Stop taping the show. Stop asking audiences to cross the picket line, Then ask someone to help you craft three declarative sentences. They should follow along these lines: I made an error. I apologize to the WGA for disrespecting the work of professional writers. I apologize to all union members who are withstanding real hardship as I live a life of luxury,” Rosie said in her advice.
