It looks like Sam Asghari has been spending a lot of time in the gym following his split from wife Britney Spears.

The 29-year-old actor and former personal trainer was seen going shirtless after a workout at Equinox on Saturday (September 23) in Los Angeles.

Sam put his ripped physique and six pack abs on display while leaving the gym and getting into his car in the parking garage.

That same night, Britney showed Sam what he’s missing by sharing a pole dancing video to her Instagram page and her song choice seemed particularly pointed amid her divorce.

Sam filed for divorce from Britney in mid-August and he unfollowed her Instagram page in early September. The actor and model has responded to two major rumors about his split from Britney – that he was jobless and that he was extorting her.
