Lana Del Rey is Doin’ Time… at the diner!

Fans of the Cinnamon Girl singer know she’s all about that classic, Americana aesthetic — but now she’s putting her money where her mouth is. Thursday, the Ride songstress shocked patrons of a local Florence, Alabama Waffle House when she popped in for a visit and ended up clocking in… literally! The 38-year-old geared up in the breakfast spot’s official blue collared shirt and yellow name tag, which, of course, was adorned with her name. She paired the look with a black miniskirt and white sneakers as she poured cups of coffee and interacted with the diner’s staff and customers.

What a treat for whoever was in that day!

In one video shared to LDR fan account @lanadelreybr on Instagram, you can hear the mesmerizing singer warmly considering a customer’s privacy while serving, as cameras flashes surely filled eatery:

“Oh look at this guy. Oh God, Charlie don’t film him without his permission.”

In another set of photos from the fan account, the Million Dollar Man singer can be seen doing her waitress thang at the establishment, looking like a true natural as she posed with multiple fans. Swipe through the carousel (below):

Karina Cisneros Juarez, a local fan, was particularly excited to see her, as she claimed in a Thursday Facebook post that she’s been following the Candy Necklace singer “for over a decade.” She wrote:

“To say I am ecstatic is an understatement!!! LANITA I have been a huuuge fan of Lana Del Rey for over a decade, so meeting her today was truly insane”

She also shared a selfie with the artist and a pic of her signed copy of Lana’s poetry book, Violet Bent Backwards Over the Grass. See (below):

Lana, herself, has yet to comment on what exactly brought her to the small Alabama town, but she’s definitely known to pop up here and there. Just earlier this week, she was spotted at nail salon, where another lucky fan’s day was made after being sat next to her:

It also wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibility for her to be filming a music video at the diner, as it’d be a pretty perfect backdrop for that aforementioned Americana aesthetic.
