Taylor Swift had so much at the 2023 MTV VMAs this week, that in all the excitement, she broke one of the rings she was wearing!

The 33-year-old “Blank Space” singer was spotted singing, dancing, and accepting many awards during the night’s events, that she actually misplaced the ring for a couple of moments.

In a video clip from the award show, guards and security was seen searching with flashlights for the missing jewelry, and once they found it, it was revealed that the delicate ring had been broken.

For the show, Taylor was seen wearing a very pretty, but pricey ring – a vintage Van Cleef and Arpels onyx and diamond ring – to be exact, which was valued at $12,000.

The ring’s diamond at the center was the item that fell out from it.

In an update, jeweler Joseph Saidian & Sons shared an update about the ring.

“We just got the ring back a few minutes ago. I can exclusively tell ET that this ring will easily and quickly be fixed!” they shared with ET. “We are proud to have a ring for sale that will now always be associated with a legendary artist and a historic night.”

The jewelers added, “This is a legendary ring from the night Taylor Swift broke records and broke rings!”
