Tiffany Haddish is opening up about her split from Common in 2021.

The 43-year-old Haunted Mansion actress got candid in a new interview with The Washington Post, out now.

During the conversation, she opened up about the breakup, and revealed it wasn’t exactly mutual.

She described their romance as “the healthiest, the funnest relationship I’ve ever had. It’s where I felt safest out of all the relationships I’ve ever had.”

However, he began not inviting her to events, including a concert in New York, a birthday party for Barack Obama, and his own birthday. Eventually, he called to break up over the phone.

“It wasn’t mutual. It was more him saying, ‘I think this relationship has run its course.’ And I was like, ‘Okay. Like you gonna be a 50-year-old single man. Okay?’”

“I’m a pretty positive person, and I’m here to have an experience. I would love to have a partner to experience it with. But also, I guess I’ve been alone for so long. And so used to being abandoned, I expect it. Which is sad, right?” she went on to say.

She also revealed someone she’s going on a date with soon!
