Tom Cruise celebrated his 61st birthday in a big way at the Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One premiere in Sydney!

Alongside co-stars Hayley Atwell, Pom Klementieff and Simon Pegg, as well as director Christpoher McQuarrie, the actor kicked off his celebrations with a massive firework show at ICC Sydney in Australia on Monday (July 3).

Tom arrived a few hours earlier to meet with as many fans as possible and was surprised at one fans’ poster that wished him a Happy Birthday.

After posing for pictures with his castmates, Tom lit the fuse that kicked off a huge Mission: Impossible themed firework show over Darling Harbor.

Just the day before, the cast were spotted at the photo call for the film.

Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One is out on July 12.
