A source connected to Travis Kelce is speaking out to deny the allegations made against him by ex-girlfriend Maya Benberry.

For those who don’t know, Maya was the winner of Travis‘ E! dating reality series Chasing Kelce back in 2016.

“I just feel like the luckiest girl in the world,” Maya said on the finale. “For that to be my man, and he’s really my man now, it’s just amazing that my dream guy is now mine!”

“It’s been the craziest roller coaster of my life,” Travis said at the time. “I am so excited to be with Maya and see how we grow as a couple and to see where our relationship can go.”

The romance didn’t last that long though and they split soon after the show ended. Now, Maya is claiming that he cheated amid his new relationship with Taylor Swift.

“Taylor seems like such a fun girl with a beautiful spirit so I wish her the best of luck but I wouldn’t be a girls’ girl if I didn’t advise her to be smart!” Maya told Daily Mail. “Once a cheater always a cheater.”

TMZ spoke to a source close to Travis who says that he only dated Maya “for a month after the show, and couldn’t publicly announce their actual split because of a contract they had in place with the network.”

The source says that Travis “never cheated on Maya” and that her interview is “a poor excuse of someone trying to get her 15 min of fame.” The exes haven’t spoken in about five years, according to the insider.
