Angelina Pivarnick called police to her house after an alleged altercation with fiancé Vinny Tortorella.
Police were called to the 37-year-old Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star and her fiancé’s home in Freehold, New Jersey after an alleged instance of domestic violence, but once they arrived, Angelina declined to press charges against Vinny.

“I can confirm that Angelina did in fact call the police to her home. After speaking with the officers, Angelina decided not to file charges,” Angelina‘s attorney shared in a statement with Page Six on Wednesday (August 9).
“This matter is now closed. Moving forward, Angelina would ask for privacy as it pertains to her personal life,” Angelina‘s attorney added.
Vinny‘s lawyer also shared a statement, telling the outlet that he and Angelina are still engaged and living together.
“My client and Ms. Pivarnick are still engaged and are still residing together. Mr. Tortorella denies any act of impropriety that would warrant police involvement and denies any act of domestic violence occurred,” Vinny‘s lawyer said in a statement.
“No charges have been pressed against my client by Ms. Pivarnick or law enforcement,” Vinny‘s lawyer added. “I ask that his privacy be respected in this regard.”
Vinny proposed to Angelina back in November 2022 during her “divorce” party where she celebrated finalizing her divorce from first husband Chris Larangeira.
