50 Cent Postpones 'The Final Lap Tour' Stop in Phoenix Due to Extreme Heat

50 Cent is trying to keep himself and fans safe amid the rising temperatures.

The 48-year-old rapper was scheduled to perform in Phoenix, Arizona as part of his The Final Lap Tour on Tuesday, August 29.

However, on Monday (August 28), 50 Cent announced that he was postponing the show due to the extreme heat.

“Due to extreme heat, the show tomorrow in Phoenix, AZ is being postponed,” 50 Cent wrote on Instagram. “For anyone who would like a refund, please go to point of purchase for instructions. I’ll be back in Arizona soon! 116 degrees is dangerous for everyone 🤷🏽‍♂️”

Along with his message, 50 Cent shares a slideshow of photos that showed him performing with fire blasting behind him on stage, along with a smartphone update declaring an excessive heat warning in Arizona.

As of right now, 50 Cent hasn’t announced the new date that he will be performing Arizona.

50 Cent also just recently blasted his own Expendables 4 poster.
