As reports continue to circulate that Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are heading to divorce after four years of marriage, details about their prenuptial agreement have come to light.
The two negotiated an agreement signed by both stars in the weeks prior to their wedding, having earned plenty of money individually before tying the knot.
Now, The Blast is revealing the details of that agreement.

According to the agreement, Joe will keep all of his royalties from the music with the Jonas Brothers. Anything created or earned with DNCE, his other band, will also stay his own.
Sophie will keep her Game Of Thrones money, and any residuals from her acting career.
Any property acquired before the marriage will stay in the owner’s name.
The couple shared houses in Miami, Los Angeles, and the United Kingdom, but whoever owned them before the marriage will get to keep them. The only property that will be truly split will be the marital home.
Both Sophie and Joe will keep the rights to their image and likeness and businesses associated with their celebrity status.
The only details that aren’t squared away already are custody and child support. In California, you can’t pre-negotiate what will happen if you have kids with your spouse, so a judge will ultimately decide who will have custody and where the children will live.
The two share two daughters together, welcomed in 2020 and 2022.
The amount of child support will be determined by taking the monthly salary of each person and comparing them. If Joe makes more money, he will be responsible for some child support. Each party can go back to court if the other party starts earning significantly more or less in income, via The Blast.
Joe Jonas recently did something that has people questioning if the divorce reports are even true.
