Liam Payne is no longer hospitalized, according to his girlfriend Kate Cassidy.
The update comes roughly a month after Liam, 30, was being treated for a “serious kidney infection” and was forced to delay a show in Mexico in addition to the entire South American leg of his tour. Last week, it was confirmed that Liam was receiving medical treatment in Italy following the health emergency.

In a TikTok video posted on Tuesday (September 19), Kate revealed that Liam is “doing so much better,” adding that he is “out of the hospital, and he is in good hands.”
