Hey Perezcious readers, Gossip Girl here.
Your one and only source into the scandalous lives of Manhattan’s elite.
It’s been just over twelve years since the CW drama first graced televisions everywhere, letting us all in on the drama of NYC socialites. But aside from the main cast — Blake Lively, Penn Badgley, Leighton Meester, and Taylor Momsen, for starters — there were plenty of A-listers who guest-starred and made cameo appearances on the beloved six season series.

Ch-ch-check out some of our all time favorite celeb cameos that hit the Upper East Side:
Lady GaGa
In 2009, Lady GaGa appeared on the series to perform her new single Bad Romance. When Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley) was applying to New York University‘s Tisch School Of The Arts, executive producer Stephanie Savage shared with Rolling Stone it was the perfect tie-in to incorporate the Tisch drop-out with a musical performance.
Hilary Duff
Lizzie McGuire takes NYC! Hilary Duff was introduced to the series in season three as Olivia Burke, a young actress turned NYU college student, who quickly forms a romance with Dan Humphrey — a romance that even had a scandalous threesome with Vanessa Abrams (Jessica Szohr), which leads to Duff leaving the series.
Rachel Zoe
Rachel Zoe makes a chocolatey cameo in season four of the series as a guest at Blair Waldorf’s birthday party. After a roast on the bday girl, Miz Waldorf pushes a waiter into the fashion designer and she falls to the ground, but covers herself in chocolate fondue while trying to stand. Yikes!
Armie Hammer
Armie Hammer makes his appearance as Gabriel Edwards, a recurring character in season two. He and Serena almost immediately hit it off, and quickly enter a romance despite him being romantically linked to her then-pal Poppy Lifton (Tamara Feldman). Oh, Serena.
Tyra Banks
Tyra Banks makes a one-episode appearance as Ursula Nyquist, an actress who appears in season three of the series as a co-star in the movie Fleur, which also starred Hilary Duff’s character, Olivia Burke.
Rachel Bilson
As Gossip Girl was revealed in the series finale, we see Kristen Bell, voice of the anonymous blogger, for the first time. She appeared to be running lines with Rachel Bilson (of The O.C. fame) for a movie version of the series as Serena and Blair respectively. This was a meta moment, as comparisons between Rachel Bilson and Leighton Meester had constantly been made.
No Doubt
In a flashback scene, No Doubt appears as a band called Snowed Out to perform a cover of Adam and the Ants’ song Stand and Deliver. Also in the scene are Brittany Snow, who plays a teenage Lily van der Woodsen, and older sister Carol Rhodes, played by Krysten Ritter.
Karlie Kloss
Karlie Kloss makes her brief cameo in the season four premiere as a volunteer for a Fashion’s Night Out gathering hosted at the van der Woodsen’s penthouse.
And that’s not all! More celebs like Mädchen Amick, Sebastian Stan, and Elizabeth Hurley, musical artists such as deadmau5 and Robyn, and of course a few fashion icons including Vera Wang and Tim Gunn made appearances on the series.
