Wait, Lori Loughlin May Not Have Sent Those Rowing Pics Of Her Daughters To USC After All?

One of the most talked (read: joked) about aspects of Lori Loughlin’s alleged involvement in the college admissions scandal might actually be the star’s saving grace in her upcoming trial.

As you likely know, prosecutors have made a big stink over the notion that the disgraced actress reportedly photographed her daughters Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose on a rowing machine as part of an alleged effort to have them designated as members of the USC crew team.

Believe it or not, Lori’s said to be planning to use these so-called incriminating pics in her defense, as they apparently never made their way to the University!

Sources connected to the school told TMZ that the pics were never submitted as part of Liv and Bella’s admissions package, despite the fact that William “Rick” Singer, the mastermind behind the scheme, reportedly told Lori and her hubby Mossimo Giannulli to have the snaps taken so it would look like their daughters had experience on a crew team.

This is actually a HUGE game changer, since prosecutors have been saying those pics prove that Lori and Mossimo defrauded the University.

As for the $500,000 the couple reportedly gave to Singer — who helped “10s of thousands” of other clients — to get their daughters into the school? They’re cooking up quite the defense for that, too: Lori and Moss are reportedly planning to argue they assumed the $500K would end up in the hands of the University. So, according to their defense, it wasn’t a bribe.

With this defense in her holster, it appears Lori isn’t expecting to go to jail after all — at least not to the point where she hired a “prison expert.”

As we reported, a Radar Online insider claimed the 55-year-old enlisted a professional to help her handle life in the slammer if she ends up being convicted. The source said:

“She’s knuckling down, learning the lingo and practicing martial arts to give off the impression she’s tough and to ward off potential bullies. She knows there will be plenty of them in federal prison…Prison is going to be sink or swim and Lori doesn’t intend to sit back and take the abuse without a fight.”

Well, as inspiring as that image is, a TMZ source insists that story is totally false, claiming the Fuller House alum never met with a prison expert.

We guess she’s been focusing on beefing up her defense instead of that potential prison bod.
