Elsa Pataky lives her life without regrets!
Although Chris Hemsworth‘s wife had previously commented on her former sister-in-law during the height of media drama between Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth, her lips are relatively sealed today.

Back in 2016, Pataky and Cyrus got matching tattoos of waves with friends April Munro and Kalani Miller, drawn by American surf champion Kelly Slater. When relationships end, many choose to cover-up previously done body art (hey, Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson) as a way to erase the old memories, but not Elsa.
Speaking with Vogue Australia for her February cover story, the momma of three stated:
“I don’t regret any of them, they’re symbols and I love having them and it reminds me of those moments.”

Just a few months ago, she was singing a far less tactful tune. While in Madrid for a Christmas campaign with lingerie brand Women’s Secret, she shared with reporters:
“My brother-in-law, well, he’s done with a relationship to which he had dedicated ten years, and then it crumbled. But he gets along well. He’s a strong boy and deserves the best, I think he deserves much better.”
Understandably, Liam was heavily relying on the support of his brothers and family following the split, Elsa shared at the time:
“You always find support in your family, and he’s joined at the hip with his brother, who has been there to give all the strength he needed.”
However, a week later she shot down questions about the Hunger Games actor and said:
“Look, he’s doing great but…I prefer not to talk about this private life. He’s the one who has to talk about it.”
As you’ll recall, Hemsworth was (and still is) extremely private about the breakup, so it’s not a surprise his sis-in-law wanted to keep her mouth shut. Pataky continued her reply and added:
“He’s getting happier and he has his family. His brother is his best friend, so that’s good. He’s spent some time with us.”
Days after their separation was announced, the hunky Aussie made a personal statement to his Instagram regarding the split from his longtime love:
“Hi all
Just a quick note to say that Miley and I have recently separated and I wish her nothing but health and happiness going forward.
This is a private matter and I have not made, nor will I be making, any comments to any journalists or media outlets. Any reported quotes attributed to me are false.
Peace and Love.”
We wonder how Miley feels about her tat today…
