Terry Crews Throws ALL Women Under The Bus In Frustrating Response To Gabrielle Union & ‘AGT’ Controversy

Terry Crews only has eyes for his wife, and apparently isn’t batting either of them at the plights of other women — even ones who stuck their necks out to support him.

The actor released a frustrating response to last week’s drama that unfolded after he defended America’s Got Talent and threw former judge Gabrielle Union under the bus by dismissing the toxic workplace allegations she was said to have reported before she was fired from the show.

As we reported, Crews spoke about Union’s firing on 3rd Hour of Today last week, claiming that the actress’ allegations of racial insensitivity were “never [his] experience.” Shortly after, Gabby seemingly shaded the White Chicks actor for his remarks, writing on Twitter:

“Truth telling, wanting change & having MULTIPLE witnesses who bravely came forward to let EVERYONE know I didn’t lie or exaggerate, really exposes those who enthusiastically will throw you under the bus, forgetting quickly who stepped up 4 THEIR truth.”

The actress seemed to be referencing the time she publicly supported Crews after he came out with #MeToo allegations against an industry exec who allegedly groped him. After Crews made the allegations, Gabby tweeted: “Terry Crews is a stand-up guy. Literally one of the nicest people in our industry. He is honest, kind & true professional. I believe him & stand by him. #MeToo.”

Now, in the thick of the drama, Crews has offered his undying support for one woman and one woman only — and, no, it’s not Gabby.

In a tone-deaf tweet on Monday, the AGT host said he only has to please his wife, Rebecca, insinuating that the rest of the women of the world were simply not his problem.

He shared:

Yup, seems to us Terry basically said he doesn’t care about Gabby — or any woman besides his wife, for that matter!

His words are especially infuriating, seeing as last year Crews revealed that black women showed up for him the most following his #MeToo allegations against Hollywood agent Adam Venit.

During an interview on Watch What Happens Live in January 2019, Crews said:

“I have to say this: the people that surprised me the most were Black women. Black men did not want any part of it… All my support came from Black women, straight up. And that’s kind of wild. It shocked me. It shocked my family.”

So, here we are a year later, and Terry is throwing not just black women, but all women under the bus.

Also, he isn’t even giving Rebecca much respect either. As writer Ijeoma Oluo put it on Twitter:

“Yo man, you don’t honor your wife by using her as a shield to avoid responsibility for throwing other Black women under a bus.”

Not a good look at all!
