Bhad Bhabie Compares Herself Growing Up ‘In The Hood’ To Tarzan Growing Up In The Jungle & Twitter Just Can’t With Her!

Someone needs to teach Bhad Bhabie how to walk, because gurl is tripping over herself with these ridiculous comments!

As we reported, the artist formerly known as the Cash Me Ousside girl got some backlash last week after posting a couple of new photos to her Instagram page that appeared to show her skin a bit darker than usual.

Many were quick to call out the rapper (real name Danielle Bregoli) for wearing makeup about 20 shades darker than her usual complexion, with quite a few social media users accusing her of “blackfishing” — a term used to describe white people who try to look black by changing up their appearance.

The social media sensation initially responded to the backlash in a pointed note on her IG Stories, telling her followers to focus on the coronavirus pandemic instead of her face. She wrote:

“Millions of people sick, thousands dying every day and y’all worried about me getting my make up done for a photoshoot? I’m usually the wild one but y’all need to chill and focus on what’s important right now.”

Gurl should’ve ended it with that, but, alas, the 17-year-old continued to defend herself in an Instagram Live on Tuesday, and ended up digging herself in a much deeper hole. In an almost comically tone-deaf rant, the musician tried to compare her situation of growing up “in the hood” to that of Tarzan (yes, seriously), who, as many of us know, was raised in the jungle by gorillas in the fictional story.

A now-viral clip shows her saying:

“Y’all say that… maybe a reason of me trying to be black is that I grew up in the hood. Tarzan, right? He, he… the story of Tarzan…”

According to fans, Bregoli went on to say that Tarzan grew up around animals, so that’s all he knew. Similarly, BB grew up “in the hood,” which is why she talks and dresses like the people she grew up around. Of course, her point was glossed over because everyone was more focused on the fact that she, you know, compared growing up in the hood with black people to growing up in the jungle with wild animals.

Users fumed:

“bhad bhabie did not just compare herself growing up in the hood to tarzan growing up in a jungle surrounded by gorillas”

“I know she WAS NOT about to compare Tarzan living with ANIMALS to her situation. I just KNOW that’s not what’s happening.”

“I see where her empty-headed ass is trying to go with this ‘argument’ and it makes her look even worse!!!!!!!!! TARZAN grew up with APES sis!!!! LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO”

“Did this bitch just compare herself to Tarzan and ya to monkeys???? We gotta stop this bitch.”

“Someone just jump BhadBhabie already so she can see what a real hood n**** can do since she wanna be black so bad. Her and her big head using a Tarzan and Gorilla analogy TUHHH”

To make matters worse, Bhad Bhabie later called her critics out for their comparably light reaction to Lil’ Kim  altering up her appearance, saying:

“You think Lil Kim f**king foundation that’s too light for her face. The girl went and got a nose job to have a smaller nose like white people. Y’all don’t see that? … She literally got surgery to make herself look like a white person. She’s wearing white makeup that’s light and y’all don’t say a god***n word about her. But I put on a foundation that makes me look tan…”

To cap it all off, the Bestie singer argued that her “black best friend” wouldn’t let her blackfish before musing:

“Who wants to be black? I don’t understand that! I just can’t comprehend it.”

There’s a lot this girl doesn’t understand, and we don’t think there are enough people on Twitter to explain it to her. What do U think about this, Perezcious readers?
