Adele would only buy Sylvester Stallone‘s mansion under one condition.

The 35-year-old singer insisted that his Rocky Balboa statue overlooking his pool be part of the deal.

Sly was asked if he wanted to keep the statue when he sold his Los Angeles mansion, and said “I did.”

The bronze statue commemorates his iconic character, Rocky Balboa with a fist-pumping pose.

Adele purchased the property for $58 million, including the statue, in 2022 after it was originally listed for $110 million. She has been renovating and transforming the property.

“I like what she’s doing, she’s making it gorgeous,” Sly said about the renovations.

Sly‘s oldest daughters, Sistine and Sophia, have revealed in their reality show, The Family Stallone, that he is actually the one who writes their breakup texts.
