“The pure ostentatiousness is at odds with what Prince William is trying to do with … the monarchy,” said a palace insider of the Sussexes attending Jenner’s bash.
“I would not be surprised if Harry is the next one to go,” a well-placed royal source told Page Six.
It’s not just Andrew who has brought embarrassment to the royals. His ex-wife Sarah Ferguson has long been a source of humiliation for the family.
“There’s no doubt that Andrew has been rude and insensitive over the years, and there are a lot of people now getting their revenge,” said a palace insider.
“For years, Mossimo [Giannulli] went to this club called Skin … ,” said a pal. “It was years ago, but Lori ended up going down there to talk to the women and find out what he was doing …”
“Andrew’s staff often requested that attractive women be invited to events, with a private secretary specifying, ‘He likes blondes’, to which one consul replied, ‘I’m a diplomat, not a pimp’.”
“Sarah will always stand by Andrew, she will always have love for him,” a friend told Page Six.
“She was hoping maybe he would change when he got out of prison, but he got worse,” a friend said of the actress and her estranged husband.
“Dating Katy may just be Justin’s answer to going to Burning Man,” said a source of Justin Trudeau and Katy Perry. “It’s a bit of a midlife crisis.”
“Meghan knows that Harry won’t be returning to royal duties, but on a human, personal level, [she wants for him to be] able to get on good terms with his father,” said a source.
