Thankfully, things didn’t get too frightening for Emma Roberts and Evan Peters at the American Horror Story 100th episode bash — because they apparently ignored each other!
According to Us Weekly, the former AHS power couple kept their distance at the Hollywood graveyard celebration on Saturday, even as the cast reunited for a group photo on the cemetery steps.
The cold shouldering was probably a good call, seeing as their relationship was said to be as intense as a Constance Langdon monologue.

As fans know, the 28-year-old actress and 32-year-old actor started dating in 2012 after they met on the set of Adult World. The two were engaged around Christmas the following year — but not before things took a turn for the tumultuous in July 2013, when police were called to their Montreal, Canada hotel after another guest reported shouting coming from their room.
Cops discovered Peters with a bloody nose and bite marks, and Roberts was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. The pair released a statement following the incident, saying it was an “unfortunate incident and misunderstanding.”
The two split in June 2015, only to rekindle their romance while filming seasons 3 and 4 of Ryan Murphy’s horror anthology. They split up again, but got back together in September 2016. Shortly afterward, Emma was spotted wearing her engagement ring again.
But alas, the pair called it quits for good in March, and have since both moved on to other partners. Roberts was linked to actor Garrett Hedlund earlier this year, and Peters is now dating Halsey.
Interestingly enough, Evans and the Clementine singer made their red carpet debut together (dressed up as Sonny and Cher, no less) at the weekend party — which we’re sure made the night extra spooky for Emma.
The Scream Queens alum previously opened up about dating in the public eye, telling Cosmo for the mag’s June 2019 issue:
“It’s hard enough to be with someone by yourself, let alone with an audience … Growing up is hard. Sometimes it makes me sad that I can’t have a private moment.”
While AHS fans might be sad about the couple’s split, it sounds like it’s for the best. As we wrote, a source recently said things got quite toxic between Emma and Evan, telling Us Weekly:
“Evan was so in love with Emma and their relationship became very toxic. They had the highest highs and then they would not speak for days. He took a long time of figuring himself out again before he was ready to date.”
Sounds like a real life horror story.
