Gabrielle Union‘s 2020 started off on a s**tty note. Literally!!
After responsibly enjoying a night on the town to ring in the New Year, the Bring It On star was met with a request from her Uber driver to use the facilities at her home. Unfortunately, she was met with a surprise in the bathroom after it was occupied by the driver.

Ch-ch-check out the full story in Union’s own words (below) via Twitter:
“Trying to be responsible & use UBER & our driver asked to use our bathroom 15-20 min later 🤢 Dude dropped a deuce. Im pleased we clearly have a home & available reading material that screams “Come in, get comfortable and drop the kids off at the pool” Welcome to 2020 folks💩🤗”
Understandably, the replies are VERY divided so far. Let’s take a look at a few who laughed at the situation:
“Come on, you have to admit, telling people the first thing you did in the new decade was drop a deuce at D. Wade & Gabrielle’s house is a major win for the next 10 years.”
“Let’s be real here. The driver clearly knew who you were. He’s probably sharing the same story on social media and bragging to his friends about his New Year’s with the Wades 🤣🤣🤣”
But many were concerned for the families’ safety, specifically a fear that cameras may have ended up in the bathroom:
“I can’t believe you let someone in your house! That’s dangerous woman! And super weird that he asked. Boundary pushing. Okay mom lecture over.”
“Be careful make sure he didn’t do this to install some sort of surveillance devices in your bathroom you have to always be on point nowadays✊🏿”
There were even several current and former Uber drivers who chimed in with their on-the-job stories from both sides of the debate:
“Thanks for letting him do that. It’s hard out here for an Uber driver. Trying to time bathroom breaks doesn’t always work. What a gift to clear out and in a lovely bathroom to boot.”
“As an Uber driver, this is not cool. There are 24/7 gas stations, porta-potties, and parks that leave their bathrooms open overnight that man could’ve used.”
“Nooooo… you let a stranger in your house? I drive for uber and do not recommend doing this. At. All. Ever. I’m sure you have security, etc. but stil… Y’all regular people don’t ever do this.”
Where do U stand in this debate, Perezcious readers?? We NEED the driver to come forward, LOLz. Sound OFF (below) in the comments with your take!!
