Halsey & Ex-BF Yungblud Among Celebs Spotted Protesting Police Brutality In Los Angeles

Halsey reunited with ex-boyfriend Yungblud to protest police brutality in Los Angeles this weekend.

The appearance at the large-scale protests in LA comes amid rumors that the You Should Be Sad singer has recently broken up with actor Evan Peters.

On Saturday, the singer and the rapper (real name Dominic Richard Harrison) took to the streets of West Hollywood along with thousands of protesters. The group was there to speak out against police brutality stemming from the death of George Floyd at the hands of a police officer in Minneapolis a week ago.

As you can see from the pictures taken at the non-violent demonstration (click HERE to see ’em all), Halsey and Yungblud were side by side marching in unison with the larger group. It’s an interesting sight to see, as the pair used to date, of course, before the 25-year-old singer moved on to eventually link up with Peters, the American Horror Story actor. But now, seeing the 22-year-old artist back in her life has the rumor mill running full-speed, especially considering her apparent split from Peters.

Guess we’ll see if anything comes of this!

Meanwhile, in LA…

It’s not just Halsey protesting police brutality and law enforcement overreach in LA this weekend; plenty of celebs from all walks of life joined the throngs of protesters to voice their displeasure with law enforcement’s treatment of African-Americans across the country.

According to TMZ, the list of celebs who physically marched with protesters is a long one, including high-profile people like Nick Cannon, Machine Gun Kelly, Mod Sun, Tinashe, Ariana Grande, Paris Jackson, Madison Beer, Courtney Easton, Ross Lynch, Tyler the Creator, Emily Ratajkowski, Kendrick Simpson, Jeremy Meeks, Lauren Jauregui, Jaz Sinclair, and many more.

At other protest sites across the country, Jamie FoxxPorsha WilliamsJ. Cole, and Meek Mill were all seen walking the front lines with Americans fed up with the system as it stands now. Inspiring to see so many celebs putting their money where their mouth is, so to speak, and going out to lend their support to such a worthy and noble cause.
