Cardi B had enough of Stefon Diggs!
The couple sparked breakup rumors after the Super Bowl when the rapper was caught being super shady about the New England Patriots player, and fans noticed they unfollowed each other on Instagram. Cardi later hinted at the split during a concert in mid-February when saying:
“Just because I ain’t f**king with my baby daddy doesn’t mean you get to talk about my baby daddy.”
But, like, what happened?? They just welcomed a child together and now they’re done?

Opening up to Us Weekly on Wednesday, a source confirmed the pair broke up “a few days” before the football championship — and it’s actually not the first time they’ve called it off. An insider dished:
“They are always so up and down. This isn’t the first time they have broken up.”
And while breakups are usually sad, the WAP artist is actually thriving right now, and her friends couldn’t be happier! The source added:
“Cardi is single and putting herself out there again. She feels free. He betrayed her so many times. Her friends have been trying to show her that he is not right for her and that she deserved better.”
“Betrayed her”? Oof. That doesn’t sound good.
With this split behind her, she’s “really focused on her music right now and realized she doesn’t want to be worried about him while she’s on tour.” She’s SO over him then!
He’s currently facing charges for allegedly assaulting and strangling his former personal chef, which he’s pleaded not guilty to. The pre-trial hearing is set for April. She’s ending things just in time to avoid that legal mess.
