You’d think men would have learned post-#MeToo, but here we are. And this one’s famous!
Jim Carrey has been doing press for his new Sonic the Hedgehog film out on Valentine’s Day. Junket obligations are nothing new to actors — but we have a feeling Heat World reporter Charlotte Long wasn’t expecting this sexually charged rudeness when she woke up for work that morning!

During her sit-down which hit YouTube on Tuesday, a few questions in she asks The Mask star:
“I know your film Sonic has a bucket list, and I was wondering after all you’ve done in your career and your life, is there anything still left on your bucket list?”
He quickly replied:
“Just you. That’s it. It’s all done now.”
Now, if that wasn’t awkward enough for you, her shocked face tells the rest. After gathering herself, the journalist says:
“I don’t know what to say to that.”
And Carrey responds…
“Just own it.”
Excuse us while we swallow our vomit. Ch-ch-check out the clip (below):
Here’s the deal. We KNOW Jim is a comedian. We KNOW he is lighthearted and playful. But, would he say that to a male reporter? Why would he ever think that was ok in the first place?
Long truly has ALL the grace in the world and recovered from the comment to conduct a rather normal rest of the interview…
But why should women have to put up with this s**t in the first place?
