Kelsey Grammer has few kind words to say about his ex-wife, Camille Grammer!

The former Frasier star sat down with Graham Bensinger and opened up about his tumultuous marriage to the “pathetic” Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, claiming that she once threatened to divorce him on the day of his mother’s funeral.

When asked about their relationship, the 64-year-old said:

“Honestly, I don’t really talk about her very much, because so much of her life is spent talking about me and I just think it’s sort of pathetic.”

If that’s not a spicy Housewife tagline, we don’t know what is!

The celebrated actor — who previously gave himself credit for Camille landing a spot on the Bravo reality show following their split in 2010, calling it his “parting gift” — went on to reveal some heated moments of their 13-year marriage, dishing:

“A month after I had a heart attack my mother died — 12 years ago now — the day of my mother’s funeral, my third wife basically had an explosion about something… And she started telling me, ‘I’m out of this, I’m out of here. I want a divorce,’ blah, blah blah, which we’d had the same conversation for eight years, and it was tiresome.”

The actor said it was at that point knew their marriage wouldn’t last, continuing: 

“I realized at that moment that I was done with her, that I was not going to end up in this relationship for much longer. And somewhere under a year I was done.”

Thankfully, Kelsey’s current (fourth) wife Kayte Walsh is not as tiresome to him. Comparing Kayte to Camille, the Emmy-winner said his wife of 8 years has a “little more perspective,” is “wise,” and a “whole person.” Kelsey married Kayte in 2011, shortly after ending things with Camille. He and the former air hostess share two kids — 7-year-old daughter Faith and 4-year-old son Gabriel — and have another baby on the way.

As fans know, Kelsey and Camille walked down the aisle in 1997 and welcomed two children together (17-year-old daughter Mason and 14-year-old son Jude), whom they recently settled a custody dispute over. On the heels of their split, the Bravolebrity was awarded half of the earnings Kelsey accumulated during their marriage, totaling $30 million.

Pre-Camille, the actor tied the knot with exotic dancer, Leigh-Anne Csuhany, but he annulled the marriage after only 3 months over claims that she was abusive. His first wife was actress and former dance instructor Doreen Alderman, with whom he shares 36-year-old actress daughter Spencer Grammer. 

Camille went on to marry powerhouse lawyer David C. Meyer in October 2018. Back in August, the 50-year-old claimed she wasn’t asked to return for the next season of RHOBH because former costar Kyle Richards wanted her gone.

Sounds like Kelsey and Kyle would get along!
