Kim Kardashian is sharing some new details about her split from Kanye West.

During a recent episode of The Kardashians, the 42-year-old was filmed cleaning out the storage units that she used to store her ex-husband’s things.

She called herself a “memory hoarder” and revealed that Kanye previously had 32 storage units that she had gotten down to three.

Kim noted that Kanye had given his remaining units to her amid their divorce, adding that the 46-year-old rapper had fully intended to “burn his things.” However, she insisted on keeping some items for their kids – North, 10, Saint, 7, Psalm, 4 and Chicago, 5.

“This is my time capsule of the best times,” she said at one point in the episode, getting emotional. “The reality is, life is really different and when you know it can never get back there, that’s what sucks, and that’s what’s hard. But my kids will have the best memories and this will be the best tribute for them.”

Kim filed for divorce in February 2021 and it was finalized in November 2022.
