Don’t come for Kourtney Kardashian and question whether she’s a good dog momma!
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians (ex?) star clapped back at a bunch of Instagram critics on Thursday evening, hours after she showed off a new family gift this Christmas: an adorable golden retriever puppy.

The new addition, who is as yet unnamed, isn’t there to take over for Kourt’s cute Pomeranian Honey, but many fans seemed to think so. And quickly, the 40-year-old mom’s IG comments section filled up with critical comments and baseless accusations about how she “replaced” her first four-legged friend!
It all started when she shared this truly ADORABLE set of pics of the new little Golden Retriever (below):
What a fun surprise and future best friend for her kids to grow up with, too!
But for some reason, people began assuming the Poosh founder’s other pup had suddenly been replaced?!
“WTF,” wrote one commenter, “wheres Honey?” Dozens of other commenters echoed the statement and sentiment, with one calling out the reality TV maven for getting new pets just to show off on social media, only to “throw them out in 3 months.”
But while that is a huge issue this time of year — a pet is a serious lifetime commitment, y’all, not just a one-time gift! — Kourtney isn’t guilty of doing that, and she’s making sure everybody knows!
Responding to critical comments regarding the whereabouts of Honey, the interior design aficionado wrote in one reply:
“Of course we still have Honey, our baby Pom Pom.”
Duh!

But when one commenter even suggested Kourt name the dog “temporary,” because “you never keep your dogs,” the KUWTK star snapped.
Kourt responded to the commenter:
“Wow so much negativity. we still have Honey, but thanks for your assumptions. I’ll assume Santa wasn’t good to you, hence your vibes.”
Wow! She went there! LOLz!!!
Seriously, though, it was a pretty weird accusation from the start for so many commenters to just assume the family got rid of Honey. The reality TV star and her fam are loaded #blessed with all the resources in the world, so it’s not like a second dog is going to be an extra burden in her household, ya know?! Like, come on, people!
