Nina Agdal Is Suing & Filing for a Restraining Order Against Dillon Danis Amid Constant Online Trolling

Nina Agdal wants a restraining order.

The 31-year-old Danish model, who recently got engaged to 28-year-old social media star and WWE wrestler Logan Paul, is filing for a restraining order against 30-year-old mixed martial artist Dillon Danis, via TMZ.

Dillon‘s online trolling of Nina has driven her to the point of suing him, as well as filing for the order to make it stop, according to the report.

According to TMZ, Nina filed documents in court Wednesday (September 6) claiming Dillon has posted “despicable” things about her more than 250 times since his fight with Logan Paul was announced earlier this summer.

She says she’s suffered humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm alleging one post made on August 11 violated federal and state law, in which he posted a sexually explicit image of her that was taken from “a romantic encounter” she had had with a person more than 10 years ago.

Danis posted the photograph — entirely uncensored — from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff’s consent,” she wrote in the suit. “Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive.”

She claims he only agreed to delete it after Misfits Boxing, the organization behind the upcoming fight, threatened to cancel the fight unless he took it down.

Nina added in the suit that many of his other posts have upset her, including an August tweet she says showed a video of her from more than six years ago where she talked about “her desire for intimacy during a period of celibacy.”

She claims in the suit that the video had been stored in her Snapchat archive, “suggesting Danis had hacked [her] personal account or had obtained the private video from someone who had done so.”

She’s asking for unspecified damages, but wants no less than $150,000 per violation of the federal law prohibiting the sharing of intimate images.

She’s also asking a judge to bar Dillon from posting sexually explicit images of her going forward.

Dillon has not apologized about the posts, saying they’ve been helping promote his upcoming fight.

Nina Adgel [sic] has filed a massive lawsuit against me. She filed a restraining order against me and is seeking prison time, so the fight is in jeopardy if I’m in jail. This is actually wild but I won’t stop f-ck the system come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking,” he tweeted, later adding: “I will provide more details when I can, but because it’s a federal case, I can’t at this time. P.S. f-ck that hoe.”

“This clout-wh-re sent the details to TMZ, exposing her true character,” he added.
