Prince William SLAMMED For ‘Abuse Of Power’ As He Takes Over New Neighborhood!

Prince William‘s move is causing chaos!

As Perezcious readers know, the future king moved his family to Forest Lodge to start fresh after making so many difficult memories in their former home amid Princess Catherine‘s cancer battle. The family is expected to stay in the Great Windsor Park home even after he becomes the monarch, breaking from tradition. Ahead of his move, two local families were forced to vacate their homes for security purposes — and now the community is dealing with even more of what they’re claiming an “abuse of power”!

Speaking to DailyMail.com on last week, sources revealed there’s a Christmas tree shop next to Forest Lodge, but because of the royals’ presence, residents are now forced to take a detour of more than a mile to reach the farm to avoid folks driving right past the home. Traffic cones have been set up to steer people in the new direction, but the whole thing is causing lots of unexpected traffic in a usually quiet area. One person complained:

“I have already seen a few near misses where people have driven the wrong side of the cones.”

Two royal security guards are also stationed in the farm’s parking lot to ensure nobody tries to make their way onto the Wales’ property. Another resident shared:

“A car was parked and running both days with what looked like two plain-clothes officers inside to prevent anyone going into the lodge’s grounds. The shop is right next door, so it is not surprising the Waleses are keeping an extra eye out in case anyone is tempted to take a peek.”

Blasting the takeover, royal expert Graham Smith went off, telling Newsweek:

“The Christmas trees issue might seem silly, but the point is this is all public property, and William should not have been able to close those roads and close access to that land. It’s not his to do what he wants with.”

Jeez. That would be frustrating AF!

Addressing the families that were forced to relocate, Graham added:

“He’s also forced two people, two families to move out of their homes. They were relocated to other places on the park, but this is just another example of William just basically sticking two fingers up to local people and then just grabbing land that isn’t his just so that he can move from one house to another. So it’s just an abuse of power and privilege for me.”

Oof.

Sounds like they haven’t been very welcoming to their new neighbors!
