Saving Private Ryan’s Tom Sizemore In Critical Condition After Suffering Brain Aneurysm

Tom Sizemore has been hospitalized amid a major health scare.

According to TMZ, the Saving Private Ryan star was at his home in Los Angeles around 2 a.m. on Saturday when he suddenly collapsed and suffered a brain aneurysm. Oh no! His manager Charles Lago told the outlet that someone eventually found Tom unconscious and quickly called 911. Emergency medical services arrived at the residence and rushed him to the hospital, where is currently under observation in the intensive care unit.

Lago shared with The Hollywood Reporter on Sunday that the 61-year-old actor “is currently in critical condition and it’s a wait-and-see situation.” He then noted that Tom’s family is “aware and waiting for updates,” adding:

“There are no future updates at this time.”

Hours before he suffered a brain aneurysm, the Black Hawk Down star – who has long struggled with addiction – shared a throw-back picture of the cast of his 1995 crime drama series Heat and revealed in another post he was teaching a weekly acting class on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Harvelle’s Nightclub in El Lay.
