Shia LaBeouf is leaving the country, after all!
After his arrest — and a judge denied his plea to leave New Orleans — they’ve reportedly changed their mind on the actor’s travel plans. Shia is due to travel to Rome, Italy soon to go see his father Jeffrey LaBeouf get baptized. And the judge has approved it.

If you remember, he was supposed to stay in the Louisiana city and get some rehabilitation after that wild Mardi Gras weekend, but his lawyer Sarah Chervinsky filed a request for him to travel. And that response came fast, with magistrate Peter Hamilton approving it.
But what might’ve made law officials change their mind is the second filing included an itinerary for his entire trip, according to The Guardian. He’ll reportedly stay in Italy for a week, and travel back home in time for his March 19 hearing in Nola.
