“I’m no victim. I just survived a lot,” the “Only Murders in the Building” star has said.
“I was wondering what had happened to him because I hadn’t heard from him in over a year,” Mia St. John said. “Now it all makes sense.”
The Grammy winner recently developed a “serious bacterial infection,” which landed her in the intensive care unit of a New York City hospital for several days.
“The thing is, I’m crook. Possibly dying. I may have to speed this up,” the actor reveals in his forthcoming memoir, though he is now cancer-free.
“Everyone is touched by cancer in some way, but it’s unusual for a couple to have the same cancer,” Danner, 79, who is in remission, told People magazine.
“When you’re given a cancer diagnosis or a scary honest diagnosis, you’re suddenly given a possibility of a time limit,” she said in 2019.
