This month, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge shot down Jolie’s attempts to have the case tossed, paving the way for the case to go ahead.

Pitt first filed the suit against Jolie in 2021 after she sold her shares in their Château Miraval winery.

The chairman emeritus of Fox Corporation and News Corp. and the molecular biologist were engaged earlier this year.

Pitt had filed papers asking Jolie to reveal just how many NDAs she has signed after she accused her ex of trying to use an onerous agreement.
