Taylor Frankie Paul has temporarily lost custody of her son.

Per new court docs obtained by TMZ on Friday, her ex and baby daddy Dakota Mortensen‘s request for a temporary protective order was granted, and the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star has temporarily lost custody of their son Ever until at least April 7. This is the date the exes are due to appear in court.

In addition to losing custody of the 2-year-old, she has to stay at least 100 feet away from Dakota and his home at all times, and she can’t own any weapons.

We previously reported on how Dakota and Taylor’s OTHER ex crossed paths while filing for protective orders at the courthouse. It’s unclear right now if anything is going to come of Tate Paul‘s protective order filing, but Taylor is still maintaining her innocence through all this.
