Armie Hammer has done a lot of memorable things on camera, but this HAS to take the cake — along with a tall glass of milk!
(Well, honestly, this is probably still in the running.)
The Call Me By Your Name actor appeared on Tuesday night’s brand new episode of Running Wild alongside host Bear Grylls, and it was yet another one to remember. In addition to doing some cool outdoor stuff (the pair went scuba diving in search of an underwater sea cave used by smugglers!) there was also… the goat incident.

After climbing up the side of a cliff while exploring a rugged, rural part of the Italian island of Sardinia, the pair come across a wild goat. And that’s when Bear hatches a plan — and soon after the poor, unassuming Social Network star probably wishes he’d stayed inside and far away from the adventure reality TV host.
Almost immediately upon (temporarily) subduing the goat, Grylls goads poor Armie into drinking milk straight from the animal’s udder! But, like, why?!
The Golden Globe nominee hems and haws about whether or not he’s actually down to have mouth-to-udder contact, saying to Grylls:
“This is a huge decision, man.”
Ever the adventurer himself, though, Hammer quickly psyches himself up for the challenge, adding (below):
“You know, I climb an entire cliff, never done it before, feel a huge sense of accomplishment, we get up here, you tackle a goat and now I’ve got to suck on it. You know what? I came this far. I’m going to do it. I mean, are we doing this?”
Oh yeah, they’re doing this!!! Well, Armie is, at least.

Surprisingly, Hammer enjoyed the experience — er, well, enjoyed it about as much as you can in a weird situation like that, we suppose. He acknowledged afterwards:
“I’ve never sucked on a goat teat before … But I did it! I carped the diem, like it’s done. I’m actually surprised — and happy — to say, it was delicious.”
Delicious?! OK, buddy, easy there… don’t go making this a regular part of your nutrition plan. There are easier ways to consume milk. Like, after you buy it at the store! LOLz!!
