It’s been four months since Kourtney Kardashian first married Travis Barker, but the couple is still in celebration mode.

That’s why they had three weddings as opposed to just one ceremony.

It might also be why Kourtney is just now getting around to posting her birthday pics.

The mother of three turned 43 back in April, but it seems she’s been so busy celebrating other things that she forgot to mark the occasion on social media.

Fortunately, Kourtney has now righted that wrong in memorable fashion.

Earlier this week, she posted some throwback pics that appeared to show her sitting nude on the edge of a bathtub.

Not surprisingly, these pics received a good deal of attention from fans.

But it wasn’t long before commenters began to realize that something was amiss.

Yes, if you look closely, you might notice that that’s not a photo of Kourtney and her famous backside.

Rather, it’s a lifelike birthday cake — a cake of cakes, if you will.

“LOL in my mind, I thought, ‘damn, they really photoshopped her ass in that’ ITS A CAKE!!!” one commenter wrote on the pic, according to UK tabloid The Sun.

“Samesies. It looked like a magazine cover of Kourt, lol,” a second added.

“The cake is iconic,” a third person chimed in.

Needless to say, Kourtney’s followers were impressed by the lifelike realness of the cake.

And a few probably realized the truth of the situation too late, and were then forced to deal with the confusion that comes with becoming aroused by a photo of a dessert confection.

So why did Kourtney wait until now to share these pics with the world?

Just last week, Megan Fox shared some racy pics of Kourtney and joked that the two of them are planning to launch an OnlyFans account together.

Perhaps Kourtney felt the need to follow that up with something equally impressive.

Another possibility is that Kourtney has simply had an insanely busy summer.

There’s been a lot of good, of course — like Kourt’s new marriage to the love of her life.

But there’s been some not-so-great stuff, too — like Travis’ hospitalization for a life-threatening case of acute pancreatitis.

So we certainly don’t blame Kourtney for waiting so long to share her butt cake.

We’re just grateful that she eventually let fans in on that little slice of life.
