Blake Lively Shares Sweet Message About Taylor Swift’s Folklore After Singer Reveals Actress’ Daughter’s Name!

Blake Lively has nothing but love for Taylor Swift… even after the singer low-key revealed the actress’ daughter’s name to the world this week!

The 32-year-old Gossip Girl alum and longtime TV star took to social media over the weekend to express her love and support for Swift after the 30-year-old musician’s high profile release of her newest albumFolklore. And judging by the sound of Lively’s words, it doesn’t seem like she’s mad at all about Taylor’s low-key big-time name reveal!

With Folklore being released on Friday, Ryan Reynolds‘ wife evidently took some time to dive into it over the weekend, as you can tell by the social media posting she did in Taylor’s honor (below):

Awwww!

“Thank you Taylor Swift,” Lively’s sweet, special message began. The TV star continued from there, too, adding more:

“Can we all please crawl inside that piano with you and live in this album… Like you, Folklore is full of heart, soul, humor, passion, intelligence, wit, whimsy, reality, imagination, strength, vulnerability, and above all things: love.”

Oh! That’s so adorable!!!

Doubly nice that she also shouted out producers Aaron Dessner and Jack Antonoff, who worked on the album with Swift alongside singer Bon Iver and the mysterious William Bowery, who might just be Taylor’s boyfriendJoe Alwyn. Regardless of who that is, it’s always nice to see the entire team get a shout-out when something is done this well! It’s always a group effort!

Thanks aside, though, this also comes right on the heels of Swift’s aforementioned outing of Reynolds and Lively’s 9-month-old daughter, whose name was previously never revealed in public. Eagle-eared fans noted that the lyrics to the song Betty feature three names — Betty, Inez, and James — with the other two names being those of the couple’s 3- and 5-year-old daughters.

And as it turns out, the song was sure enough named for the couple’s third daughter, just as fans suspected. That’s quite the Easter Egg hunt, isn’t it?!

Anyways, what do y’all think of this new Swift album, Perezcious readers? Said she couldn’t sing a song named after one of your children, too, or what?! Ha!!
