Many dysfunctional celebrity parenting duos have clear-cut hero and villain roles, but that's not the case with Ronnie Magro and Jen Harley -- they like to switch things up by both behaving horribly.
Thankfully, Ronnie and Jen have been broken up for almost a year, and it looks as though they're planning to stay that way.
But, they're united by their shared love for their 2-year-old daughter Ariana.
And so, Jen and Ron's lives are still entwined, and they probably always will be.
Although these days, it seems like Ron is making an attempt to distance himself from the situation -- literally.
According to Jen, Ron has left Las Vegas and taken up permanent residence in another state.
We're not sure where, exactly, but insiders say Magro has been spending a lot of time in Arizona lately, so that might be his new home.
Anyway, last we checked in on her, Jen was giving a lap dance to Chad Johnson, the aspiring p0rn star who rose to fame as one of the douchiest villains in the history of The Bachelorette.
She later claimed that Chad got her drunk against her will, and she's not about the hard partying life anymore.
In a recent Q&A, she claimed that Ronnie still parties non-stop, which is why the two of them would never work as a couple.
“We tried too. Too many wh–es involved," she said in response to a fan's question about her ex.
"I want a family man, not a 35-year-old going on 25.”
It's an odd claim, as Ronnie has been sober for over a year now, but apparently, he still likes to hit the club and "socialize."
Jen went on to actually pay Ronnie some compliments, which is uncommon for these two.
“Love him always,” Harley wrote, according to Us Weekly.
“We are great as friends/coparents.”
From there, she admitted that she's angry at her ex for putting so much distance between himself and his daughter.
“Just honestly bitter about him moving to a diff state away from his daughter,” she wrote when a fan asked if she ever misses Ronnie.
But many who are close to the situation say fatherhood is Ron's top priority.
“Ron would love nothing more than to see his daughter,” an insider recently told Us.
“That’s his top priority, and he misses her every single minute he isn’t with her. He can’t wait until he is legally able to be with her again.”
It sounds like these two both want what's best for their daughter -- but their personal drama sometimes gets in the way of their co-parenting.
Here's hoping they can eventually find a way to work things out for Ariana's sake.
