Jinger Duggar Exposes Michelle Duggar’s Big Fat Lies!!

Jim Bob and Michelle are now appearing on Counting On, because TLC seems to no longer care about a certain conspiracy to cover up molestation.

As Jinger prepares for her move to Los Angeles, she gushes about her excitement and Jessa chimes in to support her.

The trouble is that the girls reveal some startling, but unsurprising, lies that Michelle told on camera just a few years ago.

Jinger Duggar Vuolo cannot contain her excitement about moving to L.A., and she's not trying to hide it.

"I’m really excited about the decision to move to L.A.,” she raves on the new episode of Counting On.

She reminds fans and viewers: “I’ve always thought it would be neat to live in a big city."

There is a lot to love about city life, and it sounds like she just enjoys the atmosphere.

"I love hustle and bustle," Jinger explains.

Jessa pipes up to confirm that Jinger has felt this way for a long time.

She notes that her sister has "always loved" the idea of living in a major city.

"Any time we would take a family road trip and end up in Chicago or New York," Jessa begins.

She recalls of Jinger: "She was always like, ‘This is awesome. I would love to live here one day.'"

How strange that one family member in particular seemed dead-set on pretending that Jinger never felt that way.

Now, if you'll remember back to 2012, Jinger discussed her love of big cities.

At the time, no one knew of Josh's molestation scandal, but plenty still knew that the Duggars were abusive cultists.

She and her family had gone to New York, and Jinger clearly had stars in her eyes.

Young Jinger was gushing about the Big Apple -- not Los Angeles, at the time.

But Michelle Duggar was quick to sweep her daughter's words under the rug just as firmly as she did the crimes that Josh committed.

Back in 2012, Michelle was deeply dismissive of Jinger's hopes and dreams.

"Jinger meant she wanted to live 15 minutes from a Walmart,” she commented on camera.

“We live so far out of town on 20 acres," she noted.

Michelle claimed: "but Jinger wants to live closer to town."

She offered the explanation that Jinger wanted to move "so she doesn’t have to drive so far to go shopping."

Michelle also expressed horror at the idea of Jinger moving to the Big Apple.

"New York City is way above what we would ever consider a city where she should move!" she exclaimed.

It's not really a surprise that Michelle would be aghast at the idea of Jinger moving to such a city.

See, the thing that has young adults from conservative families become more left-leaning after going to college isn't their professors.

It's that they meet and experience people totally unlike them for the first time, which makes them more open and less fearful.

It comes from meeting lots of people. And you're not going to find many places in the US was densely populated as NYC.

Michelle's horror isn't a shock, but the lie seems strange.

Perhaps she was trying to speak it into being, or simply living in denial that a child of hers might want to (gasp!) meet other human beings.

It's also possible that she was trying to preserve the Duggar brand.

Or maybe she really didn't understand Jinger's meaning, and thought that she was a silly little girl who just loved shopping.

Whatever the case may be, it doesn't paint Michelle as mother of the year.

But then, nothing does.
