While social media opinions appear to be mixed, there's evidently at least one obsessed person out there who is fangirling out after Jinger seriously upped her game by lightening her locks ...
... and that person is Lauren Duggar.
“Many of you are wondering if I went blonde!” Lauren captioned the above photo on her Instagram Story, adding:
"I think this filter makes it look more blonde than what it is, but it’s just more of an ash toned balayage.”
Ah, yes. An ash toned balayage. Classic.
Whether or not Lauren looks good with her new hairdo is up to social media users to decide - but there's one aspect of this update that many are in agreeance on:
The change was made shortly after Jinger freshed up her look.
And that ain't no coincidence!
"She just couldn’t let Jinger have balayage, could she??" reads the headline of one critical Reddit page about Lauren's hair.

Another troll, meanwhile, referenced Lauren's "porn face," to which a respondent mentioned Josiah's alleged homosexuality:

We know the World Wide Web can be an insane, dangerous place, but the level of insanity never ceases to amaze.
Back to reality, this isn't the first time Lauren has been accused of trying to copy the style of a fellow reality star.
There are a bunch of folks out there who think she also wants to be like Josie Bates of Bringing Up Bates fame.
Obviously, at the end of the day, we have no idea what's going on inside of the former Lauren Swanson's head.
But we do know the facts, and they do make you think. She's 20 years old and she's already a mother.
According to some rumors, she's miserable in her marriage and feels rather lost in life. That might sound crazy, but ...
