Last week, we reported on the latest battle in the never-ending war between Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley.
This time, it was Jen who went on the offensive, allegedly attacking Ronnie with eyeliner after rummaging through his trash.
How does one use eyeliner as a weapon?
Why was Jen rummaging through Ronnie's trash?
What in the actual f--k is wrong with these two, and when will they learn to just stay away from each other?
Well, information that's been revealed over the last few days might help to answer some of those questions -- though that last one will probably always remain a mystery.
According to a new report from TMZ, Ronnie is clueless as to why Jen was going through his trash.
In fact, he has no idea why she was at his house at all.
Magro told police that Jen showed up unannounced and began snooping around his property.
When he confronted her, she went on the attack with cosmetics -- that she reportedly found in his trash cans.
Apparently, it was the sight of the eyeliner pencil that caused Jen to lose her cool.
Magro says Harley took it as evidence that Ronnie was able to locate another woman foolish enough to have sex with him.
Whatever the case, she allegedly wielded the thing like a knife and "stabbed" him in the face with it several times.
As Ronnie apparently pointed out to police, the fact that Jen was on the property at all is problematic, as she has a restraining order against Magro that prohibits him from contacting her.
The order doesn't limit Jen's actions in any way, but generally when you file for legal protection from someone, you don't proceed to show up at their home unannounced.
And what exactly was Jen doing at casa de Magro?
Well, her lawyer admits that's a very good question -- one that she won't be answering for anyone but a judge.
"You ask a good question, and there is a good answer, but we will be presenting her position in court, not in the media," attorney Lisa Bloom told TMZ.
As for reports that Ronnie has filed for legal protection against Harley, Bloom had this to say:
"She has not been served with any restraining order, and any contact the two had in recent weeks would be a clear violation of the restraining order against Ronnie," Bloom said.
As for custody of the 2-year-old Ariana, Jen has retained full rights -- for now.
We're guessing her latest visit to Ronnie's house might have some impact on that arrangement.
