When the world first learned that Scott Disick and Amelia Hamlin were dating, it was widely assumed that the relationship would have a very short shelf life.

And given his track record with young aspiring models, it was also assumed that Scott would be the one to call it quits.

This time, however, it looks as though Amelia has managed to turn the tables and kicked Scott to the curb.

And the situation is made all the more satisfying by the fact that Scott totally had it coming.

As you may have heard, Disick got put on blast in epic fashion last week.

It all started when Scott messaged Younes Bendjima on Instagram in order to complain about a photo in which their mutual ex can be seen packing on the PDA while on vacation in Italy with Travis Barker.

“Yo is this chick ok!????” Disick allegedly asked.

“Brooo like what is this. In the middle of Italy,”

“Doesn’t matter to me as long as she’s happy,” Bendjima replied.

"PS I ain’t your bro,” he added.

Bendjima then shared a screen shot of the exchange, including a caption in which he encouraged Scott to “keep the same energy you had about me publicly, privately.”

In the days that followed, both Kourtney and Amelia seemed to react to the exchange in subtle ways.

“Relax…This Is Going To Hurt Forever. How to get over someone who treated you badly…a Poosh special," read a link from her own Poosh website that Kourtney posted on Instagram.

Meanwhile, Amelia posted a photo in which she wore a top emblazoned with the words “Don’t you have a girlfriend?” 

Not surprisingly, that pic was accompanied by rumors that Amelia has officially dumped Scott.

"They needed a break from one another, that was clear," a source close to the situation tells E! News.

"They are in different places and trying to figure out if it's time to move on and if they are really done."

As for the incriminating message that he sent to Bendjima, it seems that Scott realized he'd made a mistake the second he clicked "send."

"He had a low moment and was looking to someone who could relate to his feelings, and immediately regretted sending that message" the insider adds.

"Scott is still very bitter about Kourtney and Travis' relationship," the source continues.

"He wants her to be happy, but behind closed doors, he will always have regrets about their relationship and why it didn't work out."  

Well, there's no denying that Scott's week is off to a rough start, but at least Amelia's parents will be happy!

From the start of the relationship, we've been hearing reports that Lisa Rinna is not happy about the idea of her daughter dating a much older man with three kids of his own.

As for Lisa's husband, Harry Hamlin, it seems the Mad Men actor was no fan of Scott, but that's not because he's overprotective of his daughters.

On a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Lisa revealed that Harry fully approves of his Delilah, 23, dating Love Island alum Eyal Booker, 22.

“Harry’s made it quite clear that he would not object if Delilah and Eyal got married, which is pretty shocking, but that says a lot,” Rinna added, noting that she and Harry are less thrilled about their other daughters' relationship.

“I can’t say the same for Amelia at this point now," she said.

“Like, why can’t it be Harry Styles? Why the f--k is it Scott Disick?”

Well, we guess if Lisa and Harry were rooting for a breakup, they got their wish.

And in an unexpected twist, they have Younes Bendjima to thank for it!
