Antin sued Scherzinger in 2021 for allegedly refusing to participate in the girl group’s reunion tour unless the frontwoman got 75 percent of the profits.

Scherzinger had been a mentor to the late One Direction singer, whom she met on the set of “The X Factor UK” in 2010.

In 2017, the singer alleged that she had been forced to “sleep with” people, claiming it was “bad enough” to “walk away from [her] dreams.”

The girl group’s founder, Robin Antin, sued Scherzinger in 2021 for allegedly refusing to participate in a reunion tour unless she was given a majority share.

“I mean, it was just a recipe for disaster, to be honest with you,” the “Don’t Cha” singer, who performed with the group in the early aughts, said.
