Tori Spelling is calling out a realtor who allegedly mocked her family’s current housing situation.
On Friday (July 21), the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum shared a series of text messages from a man named Robert Vison to her Instagram Story.
Robert begins the exchange by writing, “The latest bizarre inquiry.”
Tori then replied, “I’m sorry? I’m assuming that wasn’t meant for me.” Robert then continued texting Tori – seemingly without realizing he was talking to her – writing, “It is more for Karen.”

“Tori Spelling has been asking for a 1 month rental. If you follow her situation on TMZ it is all amusing,” he added.
Tori wrote back, “This is Tori Spelling. Wow! Human empathy and kindness prevails. Kids in crisis is amusing.”
She shared a screenshot of the texts to her story and wrote in the caption: “And, this human is a father! I guess I hold out too much hope that people lead by kindness. Shame on you Robert Vinson real estate! My 5 kids are going through Mold poisoning and we need a home and this is how you treat people? Mocking their situation?”
“Celebrity impersonation is rabid in Hollywood,” Robert said about the situation in a statement to Page Six. “As a real estate broker, I have a fiduciary responsibility to be certain of the identity of the person we are dealing with.”
He said that after Tori reached out about a one-month rental, he tried to confirm her identity but never heard back from her. “I never received a call back from the text. I am now being publicly shamed for my due diligence,” he claimed.
Robert continued, “I sent Ms. Spelling the following text after being bombarded with vulgar messages from her followers, ‘I am sorry about the message. I was raised by a single mother and understand the challenges you are dealing with. When you did not call me I thought I was being spoofed by someone who was pretending to be you.’”
Earlier this month, Tori and her five children – Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 11, Finn, 10, and Beau, 6 – were seen staying at a $100-a-night motel after being forced to move out of their house due to a mold infestation.
It was announced a few months ago that Tori was filing for divorce from her husband Dean McDermott, but it seems like there may be more to the story.
