Erika Jayne Plastered with Cheating Rumors Amidst Divorce Announcement

On Election Day, news broke that Erika Jayne had filed to divorce Tom Girardi, news that she confirmed.

After 21 years, it’s over. But now rumors whisper that they were both cheating.

Cheating has ended many marriages — even some that have lasted as long as Erika’s and Tom’s.

Erika and Tom married in 1999 despite their hefty age gap.

Just last season, Erika reminded her castmates that she knows what she’s talking about when it comes to marriage, and cited her decades-spanning union as proof.

When Erika spoke about her filing for divorce, she emphasized that she has “great love and respect’ for Tom.

But now, Real Housewives bloggers are circulating cheating rumors about that breakup.

Could it be that there was more holding these two apart than their 32-year age gap?

Deux Moi shared a series of posts on Instagram, which were then re-shared by Bravo Snark Side.

The first claim made in these posts is that a friend in Hancock Park (Los Angeles) is renting out their home to Erika.

Allegedly, Erika told the owner that she wouldn’t be sleeping there, but needed a “home base” to be close to the other castmates while filming.

In a series of posts from Deux Moi, which were re-shared by Bravo Snark Side on their Instagram Stories, a number of claims were made against both parties after a source suggested that Erika may have been living separately from Thomas for some time prior to the divorce news. “Someone I know told me a few weeks ago that their friend is renting out their home in Hancock Park in L.A. to Erika Jayne. [She] told the house owner she wouldn’t be sleeping there and it would be a home base for her to be close to the other ladies for filming. Now … I don’t believe that reason for the rental!” the source shared.

Erika Jayne rumors IG - rental home

While that sounds like an extremely normal motive for a Real Housewife to rent a house .. there are now doubts.

In light of these other rumors and the divorce news, people wonder if Erika was simply getting some space to herself.

Or, perhaps, using the house as a “love nest.”

Erika Jayne rumors IG - cheating?

Another story, citing way fewer details, claims that Erika has been boning some other dude “for years.”

The man isn’t named … but he is allegedly someone well known by fans of the franchise.

We hope that we do not have to explain to anyone why this rumor is likely not about Andy Cohen.

“Tom is a member of my private club in LA and [two New Years Eves] ago he brought a random woman to the party,” begins another post.

“Didn’t see any PDA,” the post notes, “but felt weird. Figured they just have an arrangement.”

“Have I not been telling you about Tom’s 60-year-old blonde girlfriend!!!” Deux Moi editorialized.

Erika Jayne rumors IG - tom and another woman?

This is far from the first time that it has been claimed that Tom has been unfaithful.

We noted that Erika and Tom have lasted for 21 years despite busy careers, a hefty age gap, the burdens of fame, the temptations of money, and more.

It may be that a quietly open marriage was part of the key of their success — it would explain the rumors. Or all of this could just be a lot of hot air and assumptions.

Erika Jayne Files to Divorce Tom Girardi After 21 Years!

Next season of RHOBH is going to have its work cut out for it after this season’s vicious finale and reunion.

We can already guess Erika’s storyline … because her 21-year-old marriage is coming to an end.

On Tuesday, November 3, TMZ reported the shocking end to one of RHOBH‘s most enduring marriages.

This week, the singer and Real Housewife filed for divorce.

She submitted the documents in Los Angeles County court.

Erika is seeking the dissolution of her 21-year marriage to Tom.

Tom Girardi is a powerhouse attorney.

He is also famously more than three decades older than she is, a topic that has absolutely come up on the show.

As of Tuesday afternoon, as we all stare into the abyss of Election Day, TMZ reports that they are unclear on what spousal support — if any — she may be seeking.

Erika is an accomplished woman in her own right, and is worth millions.

That said, Tom’s lengthy legal career has earned him an estimated net worth of $30 million.

This divorce news is a genuine stunner, eliciting surprise even while the future of the world hangs in the balance.

See, Erika and Tom married in 1999. I won’t horrify you by how young I was at that time, but suffice it to say that they have been married for most of my life.

It is also likely that this incredibly affluent couple has a lot of shared property and assets that will now have to be painfully divided.

Erika released a statement on her divorce to E! News.

“After much consideration, I have decided to end my marriage to Tom Girardi,” she confirms.

“This is not a step taken lightly or easily,” Erika confirms.

“I have great love and respect for Tom,” Erika affirms, “and for our years and the lives we built together.”

“It is my absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and I deserved,” she continues.

Erika concludes her statement: “I request others give us that privacy as well.”

Some of Erika’s recent statements on television may come back to haunt her — if her trolls have anything to say about it.

“I’ve dealt with this forever: the younger woman that married the wealthier, older man,” Erika said this past season.

“I mean, I’m tired of having to justify my 20-year marriage,” she expressed. “Go get a 20-year marriage, then come f–king talk to me.”

Some may look at this and say that Erika and Tom have somehow “failed,” or that she should not have “taunted” a castmate about how long she was married.

The truth is that a 20-year marriage is a tremendous accomplishment for anyone.

This is extra true when wealth, fame, and busy careers are involved — all three are factors that can place a tremendous strain upon any relationship.

Marriages end. They begin and they end — that’s how it works.

One day, we’ll all be perfect immortal beings through transhumanism. Until then, marriages end in either divorce or in death.

Instead of trying to “gotcha” Erika about her past statements (statements that remain just as true, by the way), let’s be glad that this one is ending in divorce.

Some more cynical fans have suggested that Erika is doing this for a fresh “storyline” that doesn’t have to do with going on stage.

Folks, no one on this planet throws away a 21-year-marriage for reality TV — not with Erika and Tom’s kind of finances, anyway.

One thing is for sure though: fans will expect to see details of this play out on Bravo.

Denise Richards Defends Lying about Brandi: You’re All So VICIOUS!

As the The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Reunion began, Lisa Rinna accused Denise Richards of lying.

In part two, Denise is defending her wildly inconsistent statements. Meanwhile, everyone is asking where Brandi is.

The ladies confronted Denise about her many versions of events.

As everyone recalls, she said that she and Brandi were friends at BravoCon, then said that she barely knew her in Rome.

When Brandi pulled out their lengthy texting history, however, most of the Housewives decided that Denise could no longer be believed on her word alone.

“Every 10 text messages that were sent to me from Brandi, I would respond,” Denise claimed.

“She would always contact me about going to dinner, this and that,” she characterized, “and I never did.”

“It was a very, I would call acquaintance exchange,” Denise insisted, “but I was always nice to her. I had no reason not to.”

Lisa Rinna still didn’t understand why Denise didn’t call Brandi then and there to talk this out in Rome after she first heard what was being said.

Denise claimed that she didn’t reach out to her “because she’s not a friend of mine.”

“You can’t keep lying,” Lisa warned her friend. “You can’t.”

“Lisa, you can’t keep playing this card either,” Denise retorted.

She insisted: “I’m telling you right now, I’m telling the truth, I am not friends with Brandi.”

“Well, not now,” Kyle pointed out with a laugh.

As you can see in the clip that we included with this article, Andy then played the BravoCon panel clip where Denise said that she was friends with Brandi.

“I truly meant it because, at that point, I had no reason to say anything negative about Brandi,” Denise claimed.

Andy pointed out that Brandi’s story is, objectively, not consistent … and she didn’t like that at all.

“I feel like you’re trying to discredit this and that’s not cool,” Denise complained.

Andy fired back: “I’m showing all sides. I’m showing every side.”

“Except Brandi’s side,” Erika Jayne pointed out, which caused multiple other Housewives to chime in, asking why Brandi wasn’t part of this Reunion.

“This is bullshit, why isn’t Brandi here to do this with you?” Lisa asked.

Her obvious implication was that perhaps Denise had threatened to not do the Reunion if Brandi took part in it.

Instead of admitting to that, Denise decided to say that Brandi wasn’t really “part of the show” even though she was central to the drama and had appeared on it this season.

Denise very nearly tattled on herself, saying “I was not going to give her the satisfaction to come on.”

It was Erika who openly wondered if Denise had been the one to block Brandi from appearing.

Andy, however, provided an explanation — or perhaps a cover story — for the decision.

“I would like to add that the conversation with Bravo was,” Andy spoke up.

He said that Bravo decided “that after saying, ‘I licked her c–t,’ there really was nowhere else to go.”

“We’ve kind of heard enough and what more can we add to the conversation,” Andy alleged. Sure, Jan.

Dorit emphasized that she believed Denise, which was … very charitable of Dorit.

Meanwhile, Denise’s difficulty keeping her story straight continued to work against her.

Teddi called out Denise for admitting to the confessional camera that she had said worse things about Teddi than calling her a “s–t-stirrer.”

“According to who?” Denise asked, as if she had just tuned out as that clip was replayed. Also as if she doesn’t know the difference between “who” and “whom.”

All of her castmates replied “You!” Literally, they had just heard her admit to it, but maybe Denise had forgotten about how honest she was to the camera.

Denise got the last wrod of the night, saying “You guys are so vicious.”

Denise Richards Feuds With ALL the Housewives in RHOBH Reunion Teaser

As hyped as fans are for the RHOBH finale, viewers have wanted to see the Reunion all season long.

That wait is nearly over, and as this teaser trailer shows, it’s Denise Richards vs the world.

Andy Cohen teases the three-part The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Reunion special for Season 10.

“You guys are so vicious,” Denise accuses, seemingly of her entire cast of fellow Housewives.

“You really are,” she emphasizes. “It’s actually kind of mean.”

“Oh f–king shut up!” Lisa Rinna exclaims at her former friend.

“Denise,” she accuses, “you lie, lie, lie, lie, lie.”

In her own panel, Denise appears stricken in that moment as her proven falsehoods come back to haunt her.

“You’re new to the group, right?” Dorit Kemsley appears to ask Sutton Stracke.

“Yes,” Sutton agrees impatiently, “we know that.”

Lisa purses her lips in interest.

When Kyle Richards tries to insist that she does like Garcelle Beauvais, the latter cuts her off.

“Kyle, stop,” she insists. “I’ve seen your tweets!”

But the real mean comments have come, not from Kyle, but from Denise.

“You actually said you’ve said way worse things about me,” Teddi Mellencamp says, wanting to get to the bottom of Denise’s badmouthing.

“According to [whom]?” Denise asks. “Brandi?”

A number of Housewives then reply in a cacophany of “you!” aimed at Denise.

Denise seems to challenge the other ladies, asking: “When was the last time we’ve ever talked about sex?”

Impatiently, Lisa points out: “You bring up your husband’s penis almost every show.”

There are, however, some moments of levity.

Andy Cohen admits: “I was confused about the quality of the steak at the stripclub.”

He is referring, of course, to how Denise calmed Aaron by telling him that they’d go to such a club and get a nice steak, which Lisa found to be absurd.

Kyle asks: “Where can you get a good steak and a good lapdance?”

“You’re going to let my small disdain for your clothes get in the way of our friendship?” Sutton marvels. “That’s silly.”

Everyone reacts with shock and amusement.

Having different fashion aesthetics is one thing. Saying “disdain” is another. Diction matters.

“You came to my charity event,” Kyle recalls, “raised your paddle, and pledged to donate $5,000.”

“And,” she accuses, “never paid.”

“What?!” Garcelle exclaims in shock and disbelief.

“I feel like you’re trying to discredit this,” Denise accuses Andy at one point.

He protests, explaining that, as the host, he’s “showing all sides.”

Erika Jayne correctly observes that he’s showing all sides “except Brandi’s side.”

She is not the only one who feels that Brandi Glanville should have been at the Reunion.

On the topic of BrandiGate, Lisa expresses: “I feel that the cover-up is worse than the crime.”

To be clear, she’s not being literal — neither cheating nor a bi fling are “crimes” in the US. She just resents the lying and desperation.

“If you want to play this game,” Denise appears to threaten, “we can do it.”

“Are you threatening me?” Lisa demands to know.

Garcelle accuses of Lisa: “All you do is attack her every time you see her!”

Dorit, who is being very sweet about this whole thing, says: “I don’t think Denise is trying to make anyone look like assholes.”

Erika very frankly points out: “She already did.”

At another point, while the other ladies talk over each other, Lisa chants “gas lighting, gas lighting” while snapping her fingers.

Teddi mocks Denise’s “I am f–king Denise Richards, Kyle” line.

Denise accuses: “And guess who brought up the threesome? Lisa f–king Rinna!”

“The whole world knows about Denise’s husband going and getting a happy ending from like a hundred-year-old woman,” Lisa announces.

Dramatically, Denise storms off, confirming that the look that she has been sporting this whole time has been less “glam” and more “nightgown.”

There’s no stage to march off of, so she literally just gets up and moves off camera.

This looks like a huge mess, and we’re sure that this is barely a taste of the drama to come.

Lisa Rinna Yells at Denise Richards: STOP Spreading Lies About Me!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 10, Episode 13 shows the fallout of Brandi’s claims as Denise continues to deny everything.

Increasingly desperate, she tries to deflect attention by pointing the finger at other Housewives … and it backfires spectacularly.

As we showed you in last week’s sneak peek, Denise Richards and Lisa Rinna sat down early on to discuss matters.

Denise hinted at her intentions to take legal action to silence Brandi.

Lisa tried to balance the role of being a compassionate friend with being someone who is struggling to believe Denise over Brandi.

“I don’t feel responsible because I think it’s Teddi’s job because Teddi had the information,” Lisa explained to the camera.

She acknowledged: “I think we get into trouble when we play telephone.”

“Why did you keep egging Teddi on?” Denise demanded of her friend.

“Because it’s out there,” Lisa explained. “Tell me exactly what it all is.”

“I do not have an open marriage,” Denise insisted, “and I did not cheat on my husband.”

We see some fun moments, like the ladies trying on outfits (Sutton admits that she prefers to try things on in private, which is relatable).

Over sushi, Erika and Garcelle make veiled blowjob jokes while Denise semi-apologizes for her husband’s rudeness.

Rather, Denise promises that Aaron isn’t actually rude and that he will happily mansplain why their girl-brains mistakenly thought he was rude.

The ladies do something with cars that was probably very exciting if you care enough about cars to identify them by more than their color.

Kyle sits down with Dorit. Dorit still has some lingering friction with Teddi (and, by extension, Kyle).

Meanwhile, Kyle recalls that she doesn’t think that Brandi is a liar, something that she told Joanna Krupa’s legal team during that lawsuit.

Then comes the big dinner, which was significant for multiple reasons — in part because Denise decided to explain her version of things with Brandi.

“I got a call from a mutual branding agent that represents [Brandi],” Denise relates to the assembled Housewives.

“She [had] been wanting to meet me,” she claims.

Denise recalls: “And [the agent] goes ‘Can we just go for drinks?’ and I’m like ‘Yeah that’s fine.'”

She adds: “She had started asking for probably about a month if I would do her podcast.”

“She flew up,” Denise relates, “and then she flew back to LA after that. So, that was that.”

“After that, when I had spoken to her, she knew every single thing that was going on in the group,” Denise accuses.

Teddi asks for clarification: “When? Recently?”

Kyle gets more specific with her question, asking: “How recently?”

“Before your party, Kyle,” Denise claims.

The hint was that the group might have some sort of mole, a traitor in their ranks who was stirring things up with Brandi.

Denise dangled the bait … but though the ladies listened politely, no one was really biting at this desperate bid to deflect attention.

Teddi explains that she clearly does not believe Denise and is finding inconsistencies in her story.

“The problem is the night before she said she never talked to Brandi,” Teddi notes.

“So, which one is it Denise?” she asks. “You barely know Brandi or you know her and you’ve heard that somebody else is feeding her all of this information.”

Denise decided to keep dropping hints that Brandi has some sort of spy in their ranks.

“[Brandi] knew s–t that happened in Santa Barbara,” Denise claims. “She knew about the little tiffs.”

“Someone else was sharing things with her,” she adds. “She knew stuff that I did not know.”

“She shared a lot of personal stuff about a lot of people that are involved with this group,” Denise alleges.

Curiously, she doesn’t provide even a single example of something told to her that she did not already know.

As for what Brandi allegedly shared with Denise, she says: “I will not repeat it.”

Erika, either trying to be fair or trying to call Denise on her BS or likely both, spoke up.

“Honey, if you’ve got something to say that’s bad,” she tells Denise.

She advises her: “After what was said about you last night, you should tell it.”

Denise declares: “There’s a line. I won’t do it.” She then promptly crosses that line, because of course she did.

“And by the way, Brandi has said that she’s had sex with every single woman she’s come in contact with,” she alleges.

Denise says that this is “including some of the people from this group. I’m not joking.”

Kyle once again seeks clarification: “So, you’re saying that she said she’s had sex with someone at this table?”

“Yes,” Denise replies smugly, at which point both Kyle and Dorit look down the table at Lisa Rinna.

Kyle notes: “That would only be between you and me.” In the confessional, Kyle adds: “If that is true, why didn’t she say that last night?”

Lisa shoots down that rumor: “I’ve never had sex with a woman.”

Meanwhile, Kyle declares: “I don’t believe [Brandi] said that.” She is straight-up calling Denise a liar to her face, if not in so many words.

Denise doubles down, insisting: “I’m telling you!”

Lisa cannot help but comment on her alleged friend pointing the finger at her.

“I think it’s a little bit interesting that you’re saying that right now,” she tells Denise.

“She says it about every single person,” Denise continues to insist.

Denise quickly and angrily counters: “I’ve never heard that.”

“Lisa, I’m not lying!” Denise keeps claiming. “She said the same thing about me.”

This just sounds like Denise is trying to make Brandi sound like a consummate liar, which is very transparent — and Lisa thinks so, too.

“If you’re trying to deflect,” Lisa says in the confessional, “it’s not working.”

“I don’t think Brandi Glanville has ever said she’s had sex with me,” she says to her in person.

“So don’t say that!” Lisa warns her friend. “Don’t even put that out there.”

At this point, the show announces that it is very much To Be Continued.

Notice that Lisa is not bursting into tears or pretending to give an unconvincing laugh.

She’s plainly angry with Denise for trying to distract from her own drama by pointing the finger at her. There’s more drama to come.

Erika Jayne DRAGS Aaron Phypers for Being a Mansplaining Jerk!

Viewers and Housewives alike are still reacting to Denise Richards’ bizarre husband Aaron Phypers as he continues to be part of the show’s drama.

This week, Erika Jayne took him to task for his “mansplaining” and how rudely and condescendingly he spoke to the Housewives.

We know that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has been on hiatus for a month, but this week’s episode picked up like no time had passed.

Because last time, we saw Denise storm out of Kyle’s party after being accused of hypocrisy.

The cast was still feeling annoyed and frankly judged for the way that Denise had gotten on their cases for discussing threesomes at her home.

As Erika has pointed out, Denise’s talk of getting her husband a happy ending and her career had led them to believe that things were chill.

Only Dorit Kemsley and Garcelle Beauvais really seem to understand Denise’s issue — that it’s a boundary only when it comes to her children.

But Denise was storming out of the party last time, so this week, that was where the episode picked up.

Denise was still feeling hurt by Lisa’s perceived betrayal, so she told her that she wanted to chat “privately” about that later.

In the mean time, Aaron wanted a big steak, his apparent coping mechanism, and Denise promised that they would go to a strip club.

Denise is certainly an interesting person. We hope that her accompanying Aaron to said clubs does not prevent him from tipping properly.

The ladies reflected on how Aaron should not have injected himself into their drama the way that he did.

Kyle Richards’ stated that Aaron must have gotten a full recap from Denise about the “hypocrisy” accusation, and come rearing for a fight.

“He can f–k off,” she stated. It’s hard to disagree with that.

Kyle admitted that she continued to feel “mom-shamed” by the scope of Denise’s displeasure at the threesome talk.

As we mentioned, Dorit didn’t agree, because Denise wasn’t commenting on their parenting.

Garcelle may be the only person (other than Aaron) who is fully, 100% in Denise’s corner on this subject.

Lisa had to travel and Garcelle was moving, but the rest of the gang showed up for Sutton Stracke’s trunk party, hosted at her store.

So we have Kyle, Teddi, Erika, and Dorit … all of whom were anxious about seeing not only Denise but also Aaron again.

Things were as awkward as they feared, especially when Denise’s bathroom run left Aaron alone with her castmates.

Kyle wanted to wait for Denise to return before they tried to settle anything. Erika didn’t have time for that.

“Aaron, you let us have it,” she said, confronting him.

Erika added: “you told us we were bad people and that we should look in the mirror and are we happy with ourselves.”

Aaron claimed that he was simply “making observations” at Kyle’s, but Erika didn’t stand for that non-excuse for a moment.

She reminded him that he had “talked down” to them.

“You don’t think you were mansplaining to us at her house?” Erika demanded. “You don’t think you were heated?”

“I’m done with this conversation,” Aaron declared when Denise returned from her bathroom run.

“You wanna focus on negative, go ahead,” he suggested. “You keep poking the bear.”

Notably, that last line is usually used as a threat. Aaron’s a weird guy.

Taddi asked Denise how she had a right to judge them — after all, she had called Teddi “a shit f–king stirrer” in front of Dorit’s daughter.

“I didn’t know Phoenix was there,” Denise insisted.

“This is the dumbest thing ever,” she declared. “Find something else to fight about.”

Denise stormed away, and Dorit approached her to try to explain to her why the “toxic” topic kept coming up.

“It won’t be dropped if you continue to leave,” Dorit cautioned.

“I understand your intention,” she assured, “I understand my husband is so protective of me and it’s not helpful.”

Meanwhile, Kyle stated the obvious — that Aaron is likely no longer “a fan” of Erika’s.

“I don’t give a flying f–k,” Erika declared. “Come see about me!”

Anyone can stand to lose one fan, especially if that fan is being a huge condescending jerk.

“At this point, we can’t be honest and talk to her so we have to pretend and not be honest,” Kyle lamented.

Erika chimed in: “Maybe we shouldn’t have any conversations with her anymore.”

Dorit is right. This would be the easiest thing in the world to move past if Denise would stop storming off.

Erika Jayne: I Support Black Lives Matter AND My Cop Son!

Erika Jayne doesn’t back down when it comes to speaking on any aspect of her life, but some topics are more sensitive than others.

When she was accused of hypocrisy over her police officer son, Erika let one troll have it.

On Tuesday, like so many people from all walks of life, Erika Jayne participated in the #tuesdayblackout.

The purpose was to avoid distracting from important messages from Black Lives Matter activists.

In other words, people who normally post makeup tips or belfies or whatever on Instagram took the day off to uplift other voices.

As these courageous protests continue, people are sharing links to where people can donate and other ways for them to help.

Erika Jayne IG defends cop son

When Erika Jayne did the same, one of her commenters accused her of hypocrisy.

After all, the Instagram user points out, “your son is an officer.”

Tommy Zizzo, to whom Erika gave birth in 1994, is indeed a police officer.

It seems that, in some people’s eyes, this means that Erika should not support the rights of black Americans to not be extrajudicially murdered by cops.

“My son was brought up NOT to be racist,” Erika clapped back in a fiery reply.

She asserted: “His job is to protect and serve ALL!”

“Not,” Erika continued, “just people who have his skin color.”

“F–k you,” she told the commenter, “and stay off my page.”

Erika was clearly and vocally responding to a suggestion that she cannot love her son and these ongoing nationwide protests.

She is hardly the only person with family in law enforcement who stands with protesters.

White supremacy, police violence, and systematic racism and oppression are horrors.

While all police by their profession support and enforce the systems within our nation, that doesn’t make their loved ones proponents of oppression.

In the past, Erika has reflected upon the complicated spotlight that she cast on her son by rising to fame — long before she was a Real Housewife.

“I put him on Instagram,” she acknowledged, “and he’s my best-performing post.”

“He didn’t choose this life,” Erika stated in reference to her status as a public figure.

Rather, she explained: “I chose this life.”

“And,” Erika explained, “you try to protect them.”

“I don’t care if he is an adult,” she stated, continuing “and he carries a gun and a badge.”

“At the end of the day,” Erika affirmed, “he’s still my boy.”

“But I posted it and I’m glad I did,” she declared.

“He is a very fine young man,” Erika praised her beloved son, “and I’m so proud.”

Anyone should know better than to come into her mentions and attack her for loving her son and loving fundamental human rights.

Erika’s famous sass that causes her to speak her mind on reality TV is not reserved exclusively for her castmates.

Come for her on social media, and she’ll clap right back.

Obviously, we have all heard the stories of police forces who knelt with protesters for the cameras, then bombarded them with tear gas and 40mm rounds minutes later.

It’s a PR tactic — get their good photos for the cameras and then spread fear through violence against peacefully assembled Americans.

But there have also been instances of police forces who, through strong leadership and their own consciences, remember their duty to citizens.

Yes, some police like the NYPD seem to be rioting, trapping protesters and plowing through crowds with their cruisers. But others have behaved differently.

That doesn’t mean that sweeping, nationwide police reform isn’t absolutely critical.

Qualified immunity must be abolished. Oversight must ensure that prosecutorial discretion never again acts as a shield for murderers with badges.

But trying to make that Erika Jayne’s problem doens’t make any sense.

Sadly, she does not write our laws.

Erika Jayne Gets Real About Boning Her 80-Year-Old Husband

The intense drama over Denise Richards quitting isn’t the only storyline on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills this season.

Erika Jayne is getting real about her marriage to 80-year-old Thomas, and even detailing their sex life.

Garcelle Beauvais is new to RHOBH, and is the (long, long overdue) first black woman cast on the show.

She may be new, but she is not afraid to get right to the point with her castmates, including fellow actress Erika Jayne.

So when the two sat down with her, she asked about Erika and Erika’s husband, 80-year-old Thomas Girardi.

Speciically, she wanted to know what kind of sex life Erika has with a man 33 years her senior.

“It’s OK,” Erika replies, “You know, people always ask that.”

“They’re always like, ‘What’s going on?’” she acknowledges.

‘Is it 20-year-old f–king all day long?” she asks rhetorically.

Erike then answers her own question: “No.”

Erika follows that up by confirming that she’s not looking for an Olympic sex-machine, either.

She admits that she has “dealt” with questions and snide remarks about her marriage to Thomas since “forever.”

They married in 1999. And while she doesn’t begrudge Garcelle’s question, she’s tired of fielding the questions in general.

Erika acknowledges that she is “the younger woman that marries the wealthier, older man.”

Erika Jayne dines with husband Thomas Girardi

“I’m tired of having to justify my 20-year marriage,” Erika laments to the camera.

Again, she is not complaining about Garcelle, but about the way that the world views her and her relationship.

“Go get a 20-year marriage,” she invites her critics.

Erika continues, challenging them: “and then come f–king talk to me.”

This season, Erika’s confessional commentary is all filmed while she appears to be dressed as Supreme Chancellor Palpatine.

“Yeah I married a guy that’s 33 years older than me,” Erika acknowledges to the camera.

“And yeah,” she adds, “he’s got a lot of money.”

Thomas’ estimated net worth is in the area of $30 million.

“But you know what?” Erika asks.

Of Tom, she declares: “He’s a f–king good man.”

“And that is the most important thing,” Erika correctly expresses.

Notably, Thomas was very affirming to Erika’s son from her previous marriage when she married in 1999.

Erika’s general no-nonsense attitude has won her as many fans as her meme-worthy statements and her other ventures.

On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, attitude can be everything.

If Erika were to mope and dodge questions about her husband’s age, it would come across as a bigger deal than it is.

Instead, she just tells it like it is, and anybody who doesn’t like that can effing deal with it.

It’s exactly that kind of approach that keeps Erika from making a rookie mistake like Denise Richards did.

Because she was so freaked out about discussing her alleged affair with Brandi Glanville on camera, Denise amplified the scandal considerably.

If Denise had taken Erika’s approach, she would have just said “yeah I fingerbanged Brandi; she has some killer tatas” or something similar.

Her alleged affair would have been a three-episode arc, instead of season-dominating storyline. She could learn a lot from Erika.
