This week, Usman Umar opted to grab everyone’s attention.

Taking to Instagram, he posted multiple photos and videos of a wedding.

Not just any wedding. Usman appeared as the groom beside a lovely bride — who was not Kimberly Menzies.

Did he get married? If so, when did he and Kimberly break up?

On Tuesday, March 22, Usman Umar sent shockwaves through the 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days fandom.

“Breaking News,” Usman captioned one of the posts, alongside a string of emojis.

Usman shared another post, writing: “Gentlemen and Ladies, the groom and bride.”

In the images, Usman appears beside a beautiful and surprisingly age-appropriate woman, dressed as bride and groom.

Videos even showed him dancing, and members of his entourage were seen dressed up among the crowd.

In other words, it appeared that Usman had married … and dropped a total bombshell upon fans and followers in the process.

When exactly did he split up with Kimberly and start dating some new woman?

Make no mistake: many viewers expected this relationship to fall apart given obvious compatibility issues, drama, and other obstacles.

But most of us expected to see it unravel before Usman became a married man to a random other woman.

How does Kimberly feel about this?

Many messaged her, wondering if she would blow up over it.

At the same time, others wondered if Usman would get into trouble with production for posting a colossal spoiler like this.

But Kimberly had something of her own to say.

“CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!” Kimberly commented, alongside multiple laughing emojis.

This, alongside the would-be NDA violation and the total randomness of Usman’s post, were all of the hints that fans needed to know that this was not what it appeared to be.

After savoring the reactions — the questions, the congratulations, the shock — Usman spoke to In Touch Weekly.

“This is a wedding, but in a movie,” he admitted, revealing his obvious prank.

“It’s difficult for people to understand my life style,” Usman claimed.

“But,,” Usman hilariously insisted, “I think it’s high time for the audience to accept that I’m an artist and a movie star.”

“Most of the cast members that are on the 90 Day [Fiance] shows are regular people,” he said.

“And that is why their post is normal,” Usman alleged, “and mine are always complicated.”

“Entertainment is my business,” Usman declared.

“So because I’m a reality show cast member that doesn’t mean that I can’t continue with with my daily income activities,” he said.

“But, if I [offend] anyone, please, I’m sorry,” Usman expressed.

Usman may be the only person in the world who thinks that your average 90 Day Fiance cast member or their posts are “normal.”

Clearly, what he’s trying to do is to convince people that he’s a big-shot celebrity. Fake it ’til you make it, as they say.

As for Tuesday’s post, Usman obviously just wanted a reaction out of viewers — and he got one.

Season 5, Episode 14 of 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days was a make-it-or-break-it moment for some of the couples.

Ximena has been telling her family that things are good, but they’re not. And it’s more than just not being ready to marry.

This episode was a long time coming, finally showing us the moment that a brokenhearted Mike walked away.

Another partner to walk away was Mahogany, who told Ben that he was not at all like he was online.

After one of their bitterest fights, Gino and Jasmine must reconcile before he can propose.

Usman’s entourage encourages him to forget about Kimberly, but he is eager to fix things with her.

Meanwhile, Memphis has just one day before her wedding to decide whether to delay the nuptials or marry without a prenup.

It’s a real no-win scenario for her, and the clock is ticking.

On 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days Season 5, Episode 13, several relationships were at turning points.

Jasmine revealed new threats against her, causing real fears and rising resentment against Gino.

Ben and Mahogany’s vacation got weird after Ben spammed Mahogany’s phone … and her parents showed up.

Ella had a startling confession for Johnny: in her loneliness, she had slept with a friend.

Kimberly’s attempt to have a heart-to-heart with Usman about how she’s feeling went very, very poorly.

Memphis sat down with Hamza’s mother and a translator to have a much-needed conversation about their concerns.

Realizing that Mike was on the verge of leaving, Ximena displayed a sudden — but only partial — change in attitude that had Mike very happy.

… For a little while, anyway.

1. Gino Palazzolo and Jasmine Pineda

Jasmine is keeping up with her workout routine … and trying to very deliberately spend some time apart from Gino, something that he does not yet understand. When he comes in to just sit down and watch her lift waits for a bit, she’s annoyed.

2. She was threatened

According to Jasmine, an anonymous social media account sent her a threatening message, vowing to spread her nude photos all across the internet. She and Gino both assume that this was sent by the ex to whom Gino had leaked her photos, which means that Gino’s betrayal of her set this in motion.

3. Jasmine could lose her job

In the United States, there have been an alarming number of cases of people losing their jobs purely because someone else stole and exploited their nude photos. Jasmine fears that her teaching job in Panama will let her go once this revenge is exacted. All that she can think of to do about this is to cut off the blackmailer’s hold over her by sharing nudes herself, ideally to make money in the process so that she will still have income.

4. Gino’s response is so weird

First, Gino — who is unemployed — offers to support Jasmine if she is unemployed. That is sweet, but unrealistic. Does Gino have $3000 a month of extra cash lying around? (Weirdly, some on social media have interpreted this as Jasmine asking him for that much, which was not the case — she told him how much to highlight how it is unrealistic). Then, Gino suggested that Jasmine could just get another job.

5. That was the wrong thing to say

Jasmine was hurt by Gino’s suggestion that she should get another job. Teaching is what she does. That’s a specific passion and set of skills. It’s not like moving from one office job to another.

6. Gino tries, fails to give her space

After Jasmine clearly wants time to cool down (to her credit, she does seem to be working on her temper … unless production is editing to make her look more reasonable, which seems doubtful), Gino seems unwilling to wait.

Season 5 of 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days has introduced all-new couples, without one single returning pair.

One star, however, was a familiar face, and when Usman Umar is making headlines, his ex is sure to follow.

Lisa Hamme had been mocking Usman and Kimberly all season long, taking cheap shots at her ex-husband.

A lot of fans think that the remarried former cast member is bitter. A lot of fans think that she should say a lot less.

Baby Girl Lisa Hamme Does Not Like What She Hears

Before Usman Umar ever spoke to Kimberly Menzies, he was married to self-styled “Baby Girl” Lisa Hamme.

That marriage went south, including Usman accusing Lisa of using the N-word at him — and Lisa’s subsequent firing.

Since then, Lisa has remarried, and Usman has built up a “friendship” with Kimberly.

After Usman finally gave Kimberly the yammy-yammy that she craved, things were going so well.

(Honestly? Even without the reality TV exposure that he’s getting, that’s a small price to pay for a PS5 and a Macbook Pro)

We’d say that Usman was also in it for Kimberly, at least in part, but we have to ask why he immediately sabotaged things the next day.

Usman had been keeping a secret from Kimberly — one that viewers already knew.

His song, “Zara,” was not a generic love song, but about a specific woman.

The real Zara was also an American woman with whom Usman was entangled, but who couldn’t handle his thirsty fans.

What really got to Kimberly wasn’t just that this was a secret, but that Usman’s timeline was so different from her own.

He began talking to Zara two weeks after he started talking to Kimberly, had this whole relationship, and broke up with Zara four months ago.

As far as he was concerned, Kimberly was just a “friend” until recently, but Kimberly felt humiliated.

Kimberly was furious, feeling that her day was ruined.

They returned to the hotel room, where she began to angrily pack her things.

Usman was left feeling like this was all a little too familiar.

Usman has gone out of his way to refer to Lisa Hamme as little as possible, even though we all saw their disastrous romance play out.

But he could not help but think of another older white American woman who had insecurity issues and got angry all too easily.

That same woman happens to be keeping up with events on the show … and using her connection to Usman to get attention whenever she puts him on blast.

But Lisa is pushing things alarmingly far, as in this Instagram post when she took aim at her ex.

“In this scene I was gagging on the smell thank god I introduced him to deodorant,” Lisa claimed.

Okay … wow.

Anyone can have body odor. A deodorant spray on its last legs might not be up to a job, and some days are just too hot.

But Lisa didn’t just say that he was sweaty. She said that she “introduced” Usman to deodorant.

The implication seems to be that Nigerians do not use deodorant — which is false. It’s also, you know, unsurprisingly racist.

More than that, some fans have noted, is that Lisa is being intensely hypocritical.

Anyone else remember when Lisa’s toe was, um, “rotting” during her whole time in Nigeria?

Seriously, she injured it before her trip, apparently didn’t seek medical attention, and had to have it amputated upon her return to the United States.

There are people who are unable, financially or otherwise, to seek medical treatment. But Lisa was not one of them.

It is difficult to imagine the gall of her doing all of that, only to attack Usman for his alleged body odor.

However, fans have a theory as to why Lisa is taking such angry (and random) swings at her ex.

Lisa seemed a lot more smug and less desperate in her posts back when Kimberly was still begging Usman for his yam.

After he laid the pipe, it may be that Lisa is feeling a little jealous.

Sure, she married her childhood sweetheart after things ended with Usman … but maybe she misses that yam action, not to mention the spotlight.

Often, things get lost in translation on 90 Day Fiance.

But on Season 5, Episode 12 of 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days, multiple couples took steps to remedy that.

Mike’s attempt to get clear communication with Ximena included a friend translating … but everyone was horrified by what Ximena had to say.

Ben and Mahogany made use of a new, faster translation app, leading to their first “real” conversation in person, but neither of them liked the results.

A nervous Gino met Jasmine’s mother, who was not exactly blown away by her daughter’s much-older boyfriend.

Usman came clean to Kimberly about Zara, including how recently it had ended. It did not go well.

And Memphis and Hamza visited a translator who helped them understand each other, perhpas for the first time since they met.

Right on the heels of telling Mike that she isn’t in love with him, Ximena is trying to clarify … or possibly walk back … her words. In her mind, “love” is a big word and takes a long time to feel, and they would need to live together for a while before she can be “in love” with him. Strange words for a fiancee to voice.

2. Ximena says that she’s overwhelmed by doubts

Contrary to Mike’s previous visit, right now, it seems like the only thing that she can do is fixate upon Mike’s habits, from showering her with affection to looking at her to stopping eating when she’s done eating to burping.

Ximena explains to the camera that she has no idea what happened, really. She was so in love with Mike during his last visit (that’s pretty easy to believe, because she’s showing that she clearly can’t fake it when she doesn’t like someone) and now she’s not.

After appearing to scroll through his phone just for an excuse to look away from the camera while he (probably) cries, Mike composes himself and tells the camera that she’s not feeling great and, right now, he feels like just heading home. That sounds like a good idea.

Remember John, the buddy who went with Mike to go shopping before he took his first trip to Colombia? Well, John (and his fiancee, Nelcy) are clearly good friends to Mike, and John gives him some solid advice here — it sounds like he’s being used, and that’s not what love is. If Mike wants to be used for money, John suggests, he can get that at home in New York. This cheers up Mike, who takes it as a lighthearted way of conveying advice, but many viewers have expressed similar sentiments on social media: if Mike isn’t getting the love that he hoped for from Ximena, he could get a more satisfying arrangement without any long flights with someone else.

6. Mike and Ximena need a real talk with a real translator

Because Nelcy is fluent in Spanish (and English), she can speak to Mike and Ximena and help convey what they are each saying. Of course, she’s also not a neutral party, because she is Mike’s friend. Ximena is continuing her weird sullen-teen-with-a-bad-attitude vibe, which would be understandable if she were an actual teen and not a grown woman with children.

Ximena has grown distant, even giving Mike an ultimatum before she will let him buy her wedding dress.

Ben is eager to impress Mahogany, which leads to a tour of a super fake seeming apartment … and meeting her parents.

Gino and Jasmine are somehow back on track … but he’s now terrified to meet her mom.

Kimberly and Usman wake up for the first time as girlfriend and boyfriend, but Usman has something to confess.

Finally, Memphis reacts to Hamza’s cold feet, but when it’s time to give her own confession, things take a sharp downward turn.

One can understand that she has a different view of the world. On the other … rolling your eyes when your fiance asks a normal, polite question is just rude.

3. Her mood improves at the dress shop

Ximena feels that she looks like a “princess” and also “divine” as she tries on a dress, though Mike — per tradition — is not allowed to look.

Lisa Hamme: Usman is a Phony Who’s Using Kimberly for Fame!

On last weekend’s episode of 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days, Kimberly Menzies won a victory.

Usman Umar finally slipped her his yammy after she spent most of the season not even getting kissed.

Things were very different with Usman’s now-disgraced ex-wife, “Baby Girl” Lisa Hamme.

In a new interview, Lisa is saying that Usman was such a yam-miser because it’s all a scam to be back on TV.

Lisa Hamme, who remarried after her split with Usman, explained why she got the yam for free while Kimberly had to beg.

Speaking to In Touch Weekly, the self-styled “Baby Girl” noted that, even from the start, she and Kimberly were on different footing.

“The difference between Kim and I,” Lisa observed, “is that I was in a relationship with Usman prior to the show.”

“I met his family via video chat,” Lisa detailed.

“And the reason that we proceeded,” she explained, “is because I was in love with him.”

“And,” Lisa added, “I thought he was [going to] be my forever.”

“Well, that turned out to be a big mistake,” Lisa characterized.

Yes, calling your husband the N-word will certainly harm your marriage.

It was only when Usman revealed that (hard R and everything) during 2020’s Tell All filming that use of the slur got Lisa fired.

Lisa thinks that Usman just wants to be famous.

Sure, everyone who goes on reality TV wants to be a reality star (with the sole exception of children who have no say in having their lives broadcast to the world).

But in Usman’s case, it could be a career boost that he desperately wants.

“As far as Usman coming back on the show with Kimberly, I do believe it’s a fraud,” Lisa speculated.

“He’s back on, so TLC would do the video, ‘Zara,'” she pointed out, referring to the music video to which we were all subjected this season.

Lisa added that this “Has nothing to do with Kim.”

By the way, “Zara” was named after a real person — allegedly.

This was the name of a woman with whom Usman apparently had a relationship.

Another American woman, she apparently took issue with Usman’s thirsty fans and the comments that they would leave him.

“I [don’t know] what they have showed about Zara,” Lisa alleged.

“But,” she shared, “my speculation is Zara is an imaginary person that Usman has created.”

“And,” Lisa continued, “that the song ‘Zara’ was written for his friend who is Nigerian, her Muslim name is Fatima.”

“Usman has never been honest a day in his life,” Lisa characterized.

“We’re [going to] get into some of the things that I know personally,” she shared.

Lisa doesn’t think that Kimberly is a witless pawn. Not exactly.

She speculates that Kimberly “agreed to go along” with Usman’s storyline.

“When he called her a super fan,” Lisa described, “I about fell off the couch laughing.”

“But she’s portrayed as a super fan …” Lisa observed.

“So,” she explained, “I truly believe that Kim was chosen just to be on the show.”

“If she was truly going to be in a relationship with Usman, most American women will [want to] know who the ex is and make sure they’re an ex,” Lisa suggested.

Lisa said that this is true “especially when Usman is a player, has several women at one time.”

“Not once has Kimberly reached out to me,” she noted.

Lisa added: “So, that leads me to believe that this is a fraudulent show we’re watching with the two of them.”

One has to consider that there could be alternate explanations for Kimberly not reaching out to Lisa.

Kimberly’s son, Jamal, is a young Black man. Lisa used the N-word towards Usman and used it elsewhere on social media.

Even if Kimberly had never heard of Usman, it would be very reasonable for Kimberly to want nothing to do with Lisa.

Usman gave his own statement, saying that he “understands Lisa’s pain” and that it is “obvious this has harmed her so [badly].”

“I wish her the best even though I know best is not her option,” he shaded.

“I’m busy counting my blessings and I’m happy with my queen Kimberllllllly, so I [have] no time to waste,” Usman added.

Season 5, Episode 10 included some footage that many of us had already seen on Episode 9 due to some bizarre editing mixups.

But things with Kimberly and Usman are brand new, as Kimberly’s desperate ultimatum finally gets her what she wanted.

We relive parts of Jasmine’s epic de-hatting of Gino, only for their storyline to have yet another surprise twist.

Weeks ago, we warned that Mahogany might be real, even if some things about her were obviously dishonest.

On Episode 10, we see Ben meet her for the first time. She, of all people, says that he’s different from his pics.

Ella follows Kimberly’s example and gives out an ultimatum of her own to Johnny, who is running out of excuses.

For what went down between Memphis and Hamza, our Episode 9 recap covers that because it was literally the exact same footage.

Mike has noticed some distance between him and his fiancee, Ximena, in recent weeks.

He returns to Colombia to prepare for their wedding, but everything is different now.

After a tense fight the night before, they still managed to go to bed together … eventually. There was a lot of hostility and zero sex. Something has to change, one way or the other, for this to go on.

Kimberly knows that she embarrassed herself by begging for sex, and she’s admitting as much to fans.

Being thirsty is not a crime, and neither is humuliating yourself.

But after the extended, repeated, and often painful to watch moments between Kimberly Menzies and Usman Umar, some viewers had had enough.

They took to social media to let an already embarrassed Kimberly know what they thought of her not-so-quiet desperation.

“So, I am aware that last night’s episode put me into a very negative light,” Kimberly wrote on her Instagram Story.

“I have no excuses,” she admitted, “and just have to take the negativity.”

For the record, attacking or harassing someone for a painful but harmless on-screen moment is not “cool.”

Body-shaming is vicious and has no purpose in existing.

One could almost understand this vile act if this were decades ago, when body-shaming was so common that it took place regularly during news broadcasts.

Now, however? These trolls truly have no excuse for attacking a woman over her looks or her body.

People can have a laugh about the depths to which she went over her thirst.

Kimberly had traveled a long way and invested a lot of time into seeing Usman and being with him.

He already knew that she wanted him — from her past statements and from an abundance of obvious signs.

Usman had chosen to not sleep with her yet, claiming that he felt that it was too early in their relationship, such as it is.

Usman clearly appreciates the benefits of Kim’s desire for him, and is seemingly content to string her along.

He gets expensive gifts, some hand-holding, and she even helped get his music video done more efficiently.

Most importantly, of course, he gets screen time on American reality TV, part of his obvious quest to grow his brand as a rapper.

Of course, viewers remember seeing Usman hook up with Lisa Hamme, his disgraced ex-wife, immediately upon her arrival in Nigeria.

His explanation for that is that they were already engaged before she arrived, so he didn’t see the point in waiting.

Not even getting Usman Umar into bed was enough for Kimberly Menzies to get what she wanted.

Despite all of that time and energy, with expensive gifts and trying too hard, Usman still wasn’t slipping her his “yam.”

After the latest episode of 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days, fans and bloggers were cringing.

Where some felt sympathy, Usman’s ex-wife Lisa felt mockery and mirth, poking fun at Kimberly for all of that work and no payoff.

Kimberly Menzies has been ready to take Usman Umar for a spin for, well, quite some time.

In contrast, Usman has repeatedly slammed on the brakes, being more comfortable with hand-holding than laying pipe.

That flies in contrast to what viewers saw from him nearly two years ago, when he and “Baby Girl” Lisa Hamme immediately hooked up.

As Usman explained on screen, he was already engaged to Lisa — before she arrived to visit him in Nigeria.

In contrast, he and Kimberly aren’t officially boyfriend and girlfriend yet.

Yes, she bought him a PS5 and a MacBook Pro and is showing loyalty to him … but he’s not sure what he wants yet, apparently.

In contrast, Kimberly knows exactly what she wants.

As Usman puts it, she wants his yam — an unfamiliar euphemism for most Americans, but it makes sense.

While he does tell his team that he’s now sleeping in Kimberly’s room, these are chaste sleepovers.

Yes, he praised her loyalty and described that as what he finds appealing.

But he also said that it wasn’t really about physical attraction … which is just unkind.

To be fair to him, he did repeatedly tell her that he wanted to wait, even explaining why.

To be fair to her … even when he says these things, it sometimes felt like a lot of mixes messages.

Usman even made a show of unwrapping her like a present.

Her very thin gown wasn’t lingerie, but it also didn’t leave much to the imagination despite its opacity.

Kimberly was ready … maybe too ready, because she pushed Usman a little too hard.

Usman actually ended up storming out of the room.

He got dressed and left a hurt, angry, and generally unhappy Kimberly sitting alone in bed.

Usman did return, but the cycle repeated itself.

On 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days Season 5, Episode 8, almost all of the couples had spent weeks together — if not more.

This meant that things are getting serious, desperate, or desperately serious.

Jasmine and Gino are in a calmer place than before, but it may be Gino’s turn to be the villain.

Ben arrives in Peru to meet Mahogany, but she has already stopped all calls and texts to him.

Though TLC confirmed that Alina has been fired and will be edited out of much of the season, she and Caleb still have a normal storyline on this episode.

Ella has come up with yet another possible way to meet Johnny despite numerous hurdles and his cold feet.

Kimberly is eager to finally seal the deal with Usman, who continues to drag his heels.

Ximena has seen Mike work on his bad habits, as he offers both an explanation and some real effort.

But he has to convince her, and convince her family that he won’t be another bad man in her life.

Well, things have cooled off since then, and they’re off on their tropical getaway on a resort island. Also? Jasmine tells the cameras that she has been reassuring Gino that he looks like a “Michigan Bruce Willis.”

She admits that she’s had time to think about her own behavior towards Gino, and also to contemplate on this relationship — which they both want — is in a precarious place.

On the latest episode of 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days, Kimberly Menzies had waited enough.

She gifted Usman Umar a PS5 and a MacBook Pro. She took charge to salvage his music video shoot.

Now that Usman was no longer busy filming, she wanted what she came for: Usman.

Kimberly took a gamble by speaking up about her desires. They actually paid off … sort of.

“I want to see the big picture,” Kimberly told the confessional cameras on Season 5, Episode 7.

“You know, I want to see the kissing,” she stated. “I want to see him sleeping in my bed.”

Kimberly explained: “I mean, like, come on, bro, I need to know if that sexual chemistry is there.”

“I want to see how this relationship is going to work that way,” Kimberly reasoned.

After a day out of shopping and holding hands and being cozy with one another in public, Kimberly invited Usman to her room.

“You know, like, I came here to watch you and your video,” she said, “but I came here for another reason too.”

“You know what I mean? We have to get to know each other,” Kimberly expressed.

“So, I think you should give up your room,” she suggested, “and give it to somebody in your team.”

Kimberly told Usman: “I really want you to stay with me. I really do.”

Usman was not feeling it, continuing to view Kimberly as a “potential girlfriend” and saying that she was “rushing it.”

An unamused Kimberly asked: “Well, what If you don’t decide that until the last day? Then what? That’s so crazy.”

“It’s not like I’m begging you for sex or any s–t like that. Just forget it,” an unhappy Kimberly complained. “I really don’t know what else Usman could want.”

Kimberly and Usman sort of made peace, but were uneasy, with Kimberly refusing to hold Usman’s hand.

“Not” begging for sex and being turned down is always awkward.

Having to ride back together to the same place in the aftermath of that … honestly, it sounds unbearable.

Kimberly went to bed in her own room, and we were led to believe that Usman had done the same.

However, he had a change of heart, and went to visit Kimberly in her room.

(We have to wonder if he made sure that the cameras were there for that per his contract, or as an excuse to not “go too far”)

Kimberly was giddy as a schoolgirl (actually … in context, that’s not the best comparison to make) at Usman’s U-turn.

“He’s about to stay with me, finally. I’m really surprised that Usman changed his mind,” she admitted.

“But I am so excited. I mean, tonight could be the night that I have been waiting for,” Kimberly told the camera. “Like, please let tonight be the night.”

“So do you want to, like, watch a movie?” Kimberly asked, adding: “Just want to have sex?”

She half-apologized: “I just thought I’d throw that in there. I just thought I’d try.”

Usman declined, and in fact set up a Hadrian’s Wall of pillows to prevent even the temptation of touching during the night.

“I’m really happy that Usman decided to come into my room and sleep in my bed,” Kimberly told the camera.

“It shows me that he wants to get closer to me too,” she shared.

“But,” Kimberly admitted, “I’m a little disappointed that we are not going to have sex tonight.”

“I mean, we only have this time together before he goes back to Nigeria and before I go back to the States,” Kimberly pointed out.

“So it’s annoying that I have to, like, take these baby steps with Usman when we don’t have time for that,” she noted.

After Usman fended off some attempts to touch him, the two — fully dressed — rolled over to get some sleep.

Somehow, it took half a dozen episodes for 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days to introduce part of its cast.

But the introduction of Ben Rathbun and his wild backstory was only part of the drama on Season 5, Episode 6.

Gino and Jasmine are still recovering from Gino’s aggressively thoughtless lack of gifts.

It’s Jasmine’s turn to be the villain, as she works herself up into a tearful screaming fit over … paint colors.

The show introduces Ben, a 52-year-old fitness model and a cult survivor who believes that he is dating a 24-year-old.

However, he seems to be the only person who doesn’t think that he’s being catfished by Mahogany.

Caleb and Alina wake up the morning after, discussing how their sleeping together was fun but also a learning experience.

Alina dishes to Elijah, who then reminds her that she has something important to tell Caleb — or he will.

Kimberly goes with Usman to where he’s going to film the music video for “Zara,” and he still hasn’t confessed who the song is about.

But issues arise on set, and Kimberly is not the cause of the problems. In fact, she helps fix some of them.

Memphis opens up to Hamza about her tragic childhood story.

She then learns that he has been lying to her about his age, and wonders what other nasty surprises are in store.

Finally, Mike and Ximena are still processing their last conversation, and she asks if he regrets coming to Colombia since she can’t have more kids.

When they finally get some real alone time, however, she has some scary news to share.

In the aftermath of Gino visiting Jasmine for Christmas but not actually having any gifts for her (except for an electric toothbrush and a pregnancy test), things are tense. Jasmine has a very fit body and goes to work out while Gino, as instructed, sits and watches.

2. Jasmine knows how Gino can redeem himself

She has planned a romantic vacation for the two of them, and everything is set … except for the money. She wants Gino, who has been out of work for about seven months, to pay the $2,500.

3. Jasmine brings up his exes

Apparently, he took various trips with his ex-wife and others. Jasmine is wildly insecure that Gino has ever been in any relationship, ever, and clearly feels like she is still competing with these ghosts from his past.

4. Gino agrees to it

Whether they had planned this beforehand or Gino really was that desperate to please her, he agrees … at which point, Jasmine praises him for being “obedient.”

5. Jasmine wants something else

She wants Gino to purge his home of every trace of his ex, right down the paint on the walls.

While it is not unusual to want some input in what color the walls are, Jasmine’s argument is pretty unique. She thinks that she has earned the right to paint his walls because she has fellated him more times in the past few days than his ex did in seven years. Yes, that’s what she says.

Before leaving home to visit Usman Umar, she sought and received the blessing of her mother, Sally.

Though Sally depended upon her daughter for many things, she loved Kimberly and wanted her to be happy.

Kimberly has taken to social media to share the tragic news that her mother has passed.

“My mom passed away last night,” Kimberly Menzies wrote on Instagram on Tuesday, January 11.

“No one will ever understand how close her and I were,” sh eexpressed.

Kimberly praised: “She was my #1 supporter and my best friend.”

“We have lost a key piece of our world,” she lamented, “but will try to stay strong as that’s what she would’ve wanted.”

Like many viewers — especially those familiar with Usman’s history — Sally had some concerns.

She expressed a hope that Kimberly’s trip would be good for her and her mental and emotional health in the long run.

If it turned out to be a massive disappointment, or worse, that would be counterproductive.

While Sally worried about her daughter getting heartbroken (again), Kimberly was wrestling with another feeling.

Memphis and Hamza’s language barrier isn’t the only obstacle, because he lied to her about something important.

This leads to Memphis’ resolve being tested … and a painfully awkward moment for Hamza’s mother.

Caleb and Alina wake up after their first night together, but nothing happened.

Is that the way that it’s going to be? Maybe Elijah can get to the bottom of it.

Ella introduces viewers to her faith, and Johnny introduces himself on the show — sharing his plans to propose to Ella.

Jasmine and Gino bask in the afterglow of their first night together, but things get tense when they go shopping.

Kimberly goes with Usman for a “professional” meeting but ends up feeling like a third wheel, still without sleeping with him.

And Mike meets Ximena’s family. After a year of talking online, she’s ready to take him to bed.

1. Memphis Smith and Moknii Hamza

Last week, we saw Memphis arrive in Tunisia to meet Hamza in person for the first time. This weekend’s episode showed Hamza introduce Memphis to Youssef, his friend, who had agreed to take them on the VERY long drive from the airport to Hamza’s (mother’s) home. Either Youssef knows English better than Hamza does, or he had been practicing to greet Memphis.

2. The language barrier is rough

Memphis and Hamza were already communicating in simple sentences over long distance. In person, things are even less clear. Memphis also admits to the camera that she feels insecure that Hamza may be trying to hide his relationship with her from others, as his phone background is a photo of himself, not of her.

3. Hamza knows SOME English

One questions how far this relationship can go if the language barrier remains in place. Memphis is looking for a stepfather to her two children, not for a vacation fling.

4. Hamza has bad news

He had previously lied to Memphis, telling her that his mom was fine with it if she shared a room with him. He now comes clean and tells Memphis — a grown 34-year-old woman — that they have to sleep in separate bedrooms. Memphis is unhappy that he lied to her, but doesn’t seem devastated.

5. Poor Youssef

Maybe the editors are just playing games with his expressions as he drives, but we are all reminded that he’s listening to all of this — Hamza’s confession, Memphis’ questions about his phone background, and the “big boobies” talk.

6. Meet the family

Hamza introduces Memphis to his mother and sister. His sister speaks some English but asks Memphis to speak more slowly. It’s all very sweet, actually.
