Jenelle Evans Extends Restraining Order Against David Eason; Will He Ever See His Daughter Again?

In his own warped way, David Eason said this week that he really misses his youngest daughter, Ensley.

Specifically, Eason said he misses shooting innocent animals out in the woods with the two-year old.

Based on a new court ruling, however, it may be awhile until David can bond with his little girl over the slaughter of any deer.

According to celebrity gossip site Radar Online, a Davidson County (Tenn.) Court agreed yesterday to extend Jenelle's restraining order against her estranged husband by another two weeks.

(Thank goodness.)

As previously detailed (below), Evans had initially been granted this order of protection due to concerns that Eason would hurt her and/or her three children.

The legal document applies to Jenelle and all of her kids.

Evans is mom to Jace, Kaiser and Ensley, the latter of whom Jenelle procreated along with David shortly after they got married.

“The parties were in court yesterday," the court clerk told Radar of this latest development. “Her lawyer asked for a continuance."

The 27-year-old Evans recently moved to Tennessee, which is where all future legal battles will now take place.

What a mess. What a giant mess.

In her original restraining order request, the former MTV personality outlined a total 11 alleged incidents of David’s abuse and extreme anger.

Each seemed more troublesome than the one before, causing us to feel actual sympathy for the mother of three.

In this November 4 filing, Jenelle wrote that Eason's threats have "escalated" over the past few days, adding:

"Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children's well-being."

We all know, of course, that Eason has already confessed to murdering his family's dog, claiming this spring that he did so because the little bulldog attacked Ensley.

We've never seen any evidence of this attack, however.

The Easons In NYC

Evans, meanwhile, has pointed to February 17, 2019 incident in which David reportedly told her: "

You can die for all I care. You're a piece of s--t. Biggest piece of s--t I've ever seen."

She also claims that Eason once locked Kaiser in their running car.

"While Kaiser was trying to unlock it, David continuously locked it again with my spare key, scaring both me and Kaiser," Jenelle says in her documents.

Then, in October, Jenelle has told the court that Eason sent his wife a picture of an unidentified man.

Along with this picture, he wrote:

"This is your new boyfriend. I'm going to break his neck and feed you his head."

What a winner. David then supposedly texted her:

"My goal in life is to make sure you regret leaving me like this."

Evans told Instagram followers on October 31 that she was splitting from Eason and planning to file for divorce.

She has since successfully kept him away from her and her children via this restraining order, which will be reviewed once again by a judge in December at some point.

"Given his actions," she writes in her filing, "and knowing his temperament, I believe he was implying that he would kill himself if I do not come back to him...

"For all of these reasons, I'm afraid that David will harm me or my children, and that he will continue to threaten me using text messages, phone calls, or on the internet."
