Ximena Cuellar Underwent Liposuction: Did Mike Berk Foot the Bill?

In many ways, Mike Berk and Ximena Cuellar seemed like an unlikely couple.

They have radically different backgrounds, a ten-year age gap, and Ximena has two kids.

There were also things that Ximena wanted Mike to change about himself before they get married.

Ximena also changed one major thing about herself — by undergoing liposuction. Did Mike pay for it?

In June of 2021, just eight months ago, Ximena Cuellar underwent liposuction.

She didn’t hide the procedure from her social media followers, even though it was such a minor change that it would have been easy to conceal.

Instead, she documented her mild body transformation from start to finish on TikTok, as you can see in these video stills.

Ximena Cuellar TikTok in surgical mask and scrubs

From scrubs to a compression garment, Ximena took her fans and followers on a guided tour of her recovery.

She was already a fundamentally tiny person to begin with.

But the slight amount that she lost through this surgical weight loss procedure may stun you.

Ximena Cuellar TikTok circa liposuction

Naturally, commenters asked Ximena how much she lost.

“I weighed 54 [kilograms],” she told her fans and followers. “Now I weigh 49.”

Folks that is an 11-pound weight loss, going from 119 pounds to 108 pounds.

Ximena was asked how much the surgery set her back.

She replied “not much,” which is not much in the way of an answer.

Proces obviously vary, but in Colombia, we’re talking a minimum of $2,000 up to $6,500.

Ximena Cuellar TikTok models hourglass figure

That is a lot of money to spend to lose a relatively small amount of weight.

It is particularly wild to consider when you remember that liposuction can have deadly complications (a fat embolism) and even best case scenarios involve a painful recovery.

It’s also worth considering whether Ximena actually spent any of her own money on this.

In any relationship, different partners bring different things to the table. Mike and Ximena are no exception.

It is no secret that Mike has helped out Ximena financially.

As an IT guy, he clearly has the kind of disposable income to help his girlfriend, a 24-year-old single mother of two, live a better life.

Ximena Cuellar - this is the couch that Mike got me

Mike bought Ximena a lot of furniture and appliances, so many that a catalogue of his gifts to her is effectively just a tour of her home.

Her family also made it clear that Mike has been financially supporting her in more ways, so that she does not have to work and can spend more time with her kids.

Mike loves her and her children, so this is very touching … and it would not be surprising if he helped her undergo this procedure, as well.

Mike Berk and Ximena Cuellar have a lot of awkward silence

Actually, it would be difficult to explain another way that Ximena could have afforded the surgery.

As we noted, she is a young, single mom.

Perhaps it was a gift to Ximena, especially if she was self-conscious about her body before or after filming for Season 5.

Mike Berk and Ximena Cuellar make out in the water

Everyone deserves to have a body that looks and feels the way that they want it to.

We’re glad that Ximena could get that for herself, and we’re also glad that she did not suffer any of the dire side effects that can arise from surgery.

And since Mike and Ximena got engaged on the latest episode of 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days, we offer our congratulations for that, too.

Jasmine Pineda Furiously Swipes Gino Palazzolo’s Hat on 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days (Recap)

90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days Season 5, Episode 9 was titled “Bad Romance” with good reason.

Gino and Jasmine’s pricey luxury vacation turned into a tearful, angry nightmare after Gino’s betrayal was uncovered.

Ben’s journey for the elusive Mahogany in Panama drove him to take even more leaps of faith.

TLC opted to simply air Alina and Caleb’s recycled footage from the week before amidst Alina’s firing and TLC’s pledge to edit her out. Super weird.

Hamza struggled over Memphis’ request that he sign a prenup as their language barrier and cultural differences met pre-wedding jitters.

At a nice dinner with her entire family present, it’s time for Mike to propose to Ximena.

1. Gino Palazzolo and Jasmine Pineda

Gino palazzolo tries fails to deny sending it
At the end of last week’s episode, Jasmine unblocked the woman who was messaging her to see what she — Gino’s ex — was trying to say. It was worse than anything that she had imagined. Not only was he still in contact with his ex, but he was talking about Jasmine — even sending Jasmine’s nude photo to her. A monstrous betrayal.

2. Gino tries to deny it

Jasmine pineda this is just a screenshot
That doesn’t work. His ex sent a screenshot to Jasmine as proof. Now, DMs and texts can easily be faked, but there’s no way that this woman could fabricate Jasmine’s nudes without Gino having sent them. Jasmine is hurt and Gino is busted.

3. Gino tries to spin it

Gino palazzolo tries to spin this as bragging about her
He tries to defend the indefensible, framing him leaking Jasmine’s nude photo to his ex as him trying to “rub it in her face” that his new love was so hot.

4. Obviously, that doesn’t help

Jasmine pineda is tearful and devastated
This is a monumental betrayal for multiple reasons — first, because leaking nudes is never okay. Second, because it shows that he’s still in contact with and obviously fixated upon his ex.

5. It’s too much for Jasmine

Jasmine pineda walks away crying oh my god
She walks off in tears. If they were back home instead of on this vacation, she’d never see him again. As it is, they’re temporarily stuck together on this small, beautiful island.

6. Alone, Jasmine has time to look through it all

Texts from gino palazzolo to his ex
She sees screenshots of messages that Gino sent to his ex … messages where he poked fun at Jasmine. Some of them were sent while she slept just feet away from him, meaning that these aren’t old DMs from when they first began talking, either.

Gino Palazzolo Desperately Tries to Defend Leaking Nudes of Jasmine Pineda

At the very end of Season 5, Episode 8, Jasmine Pineda confronted Gino Palazzolo over a major breach of trust.

Had he, she asked, sent her nude photos to another woman — to one of his exes, no less?

Gino awkwardly explains to the camera that he sent the photos as revenge, trying to brag about his new girlfriend.

It was a disaster. Most would consider this betrayal unforgivable, and Gino has no one to blame but himself.

On this sneak peek clip of Season 5, Episode 9, Gino Palazzolo is in for a reckoning.

Jasmine Pineda had asked him if he had sent his ex a naked photo of her.

She had unblocked the ex to investigate what she had sent, and Gino’s face said it all.

You know how some poker players have a “tell” when they are bluffing?

Gino has every tell. So many nervous ticks and anxious looks all at once.

As Jasmine looks through what she has been sent, Gino knows that he can’t get out of this.

“What? No, I’m sorry, I did not do that,” Gino tells Jasmine in the least convincing tone that we’ve ever heard.

Almost comically, he doubles down, adding: “That’s for darn sure I didn’t do that.”

Gino does not pass that persuasion check, suffice it to say.

“So, explain this to me because this is just a screenshot,” Jasmine says, surprisingly calmly.

“And,” she continues, “I have never sent these nudes to anyone, but just to you.”

Very reasonably, Jasmine begins to break down into tears as the humiliation and betrayal set in.

Realizing that weak denials aren’t getting him anywhere, Gino opts to confess.

“This was like — that was rubbing it in to her, yes,” Gino insists.

“Yes,” he admits. “But that’s the only time I ever did that.”

“I was showing her like ‘Look how hot my girlfriend is!'” Gino insists.

It is clear that, confronted with what he has done, he is hoping to put a positive spin on this transgression.

While conceivably this could be worse, he’s not making the situation any better.

“I trusted on you to send you those pictures, Gino,” Jasmine explains.

One should never have to explain to someone why this kind of betrayal is so heinous.

Gino is a grown man, not a child. He should know right and wrong.

“I will never be able to trust on you, ever,” Jasmine laments.

This of course gets to the second most important part of this discussion.

It’s not just that Gino hurt her — he also showed her that they might not have a future together.

When Jasmine sent him the photo of her, it was to entice him — and it was a sign of trust.

She trusted him with her nudes, hoping that he would respect her privacy and personhood.

Instead, Gino betrayed her by sending her nudes to another. His reasons don’t change that.

How can she trust him again?

If you give someone a key to your house and they sell one of your belongings, the damage is more than just the lost item.

You don’t trust them with the key to your house again — you also likely end the friendship.

Jasmine, distressed as she faces this same realization about their future, walks off.

She’s not yelling. She’s not screaming.

This time, she is sobbing, her heart broken by Gino.

The cameras do follow her, as she explains what Gino sent.

The photo in question was of her topless, meaning that Gino sent the photo of her bare breasts to his ex.

How can they recover from this? Can they recover from this? Should they?

Interestingly, all signs seem to indicate that Gino and Jasmine somehow overcame this.

The hints suggest that they are still together and overcame this unthinkable problem somehow.

Perhaps we will understand more as the season continues.

Geoffrey Paschel Sentenced to 18 Years in Prison for Kidnapping, Brutal Assault

In October of 2021, 90 Day Fiance fans celebrated the well-deserved conviction of Geoffrey Paschel.

The notorious scumbag had attacked, brutally beaten, and then held his then-fiancee against her will in June of 2019.

After that, he went on and filmed the show like nothing was wrong, and continued to claim his innocence even after he was convicted.

On Thursday, February 3, the court sentenced Geoffrey to 18 years with no chance of parole — even more time than prosecutors requested.

It’s not every day that a sitting judge refers to the darkness and “evil” within the convicted man before them.

That said, it’s not every day that Geoffrey Paschel is in court. He just has that effect upon people.

It’s odd but refreshing to hear the court describe Geoffrey’s behavior in the same manner that we here at THG have for more than two years.

At the sentencing hearing, Kristen Wilson — the woman whose courageous testimony got him convicted — testified again.

This time, she was also permitted to elaborate upon other instances of domestic abuse that did not come up at trial.

Geoffrey has a list of accusers that’s about as long as his list of exes, and that’s no coincidence.

Another woman to speak at the hearing was one of his ex-wives, Allison Moon.

She testified under oath about multiple horrific moments of physical and sexual abuse.

Moon also recalled how he had sabotaged her car or stolen things from inside of it to prevent her from leaving, and once tracked her down to her parents’ home.

Prosecutors also played a recorded conversation in which Geoffrey tried to induce his mother to bring his children to Kristen Wilson’s house.

The manipulative scumbag’s goal was to pressure her, using his children, to ask for leniency on his behalf.

Judge Kyle Hixson referred directly to how Geoffrey’s attempt to exert influence upon the court was disgusting.

Geoffrey’s aggravated kidnapping conviction comes with a sentencing range of 12 to 20 years when his lengthy criminal history is taken into account.

His defense argued that he should receive the bare minimum — a 12-year sentence.

Meanwhile, prosecutors asked the court for a 16-year sentence, directly at the midpoint of the sentencing guidelines.

Geoffrey was permitted to speak to the court.

He could have used this opportunity to confess to his lengthy history of vicious domestic violence, against Kristen and others.

Violent narcissists however have a tendency to believe that they can always talk their way out of things so long as they stick to their self-serving stories.

There were dozens of letters written to the judge, insisting that Geoffrey was a helpful guy, urging the court to not impose a lengthy sentence.

Geoffrey insisted that he was innocent, accusing his victims of lying in court while claiming to wish them well.

He also claimed that he had somehow already rehabilitated himself (if he’s innocent, what does that even mean?) and did not need to go to prison at all.

Honestly? We’re glad that Geoffrey said all of that.

If he had taken a smarter approach — confessing and throwing himself on the mercy of the court — perhaps he would have received a shorter sentence.

Instead, Judge Kyle Hixson handed down a sentence even longer than the one that prosecutors had requested.

“This behavior towards these women is sick,” the judge said accurately of Geoffrey’s history of abusing his partners.

“It is sadistic,” Judge Hixson noted. “It goes beyond the desire to inflict physical harm on these women. It speaks of a deep psychological issue.”

The court observed: “I think, that Mr. Paschel has a desire to inflict as much emotional damage to these women as possible.”

Judge Hixson went on to characterize exactly what he has seen of Geoffrey.

It did not surprise him that there were letters urging him to choose leniency, because a man like Geoffrey is deeply manipulative.

The court, the judge said, is familiar with exactly this kind of behavior, and how Geoffrey uses his looks, employment, and lies to make people believe him.

This did not work on the jury and it did not work on the judge.

In fact, when it came to Geoffrey’s attempt to enlist his mother and children to manipulate his latest victim, the judge expressed only disgust.

This is a sign of a man willing to do or say anything to avoid a longer sentence. It backfired.

Judge Kyle Hixson sentenced Geoffrey to 18 years in prison with no chance of parole.

He will also serve shorter, concurrent sentences.

Varya was in court to support Geoffrey, declaring that the rain was the result of a “little angel” being “very upset” about the sentence. Whatever.

Natalie Mordovtseva Breaks Down and Sobs as Mike Youngquist Reveals She Has No Green Card

We knew that Natalie Mordovtseva was still married during her quest for a hot Florida Man on 90 Day: The Single Life.

Her estranged husband, Mike Youngquist, was part of the Tell All … and had a nasty revelation for her.

On Part 2, Natalie learned that Mike had never filed to adjust her status, even though she thought that he had.

This meant no Green Card — now or ever. Natalie’s breakdown on stage was only natural.

As this sneak peek clip for Part 2 of the Tell All reveals, Tania Maduro is asking Natalie Mordovtseva for clarification.

Natalie is quick to assure her that they “did” file to change her status.

This is what would put Natalie on track to get long-term legal residency in the United States.

Mike, however, is tuning in remotely and telling a different story.

“Nope,” he says, shaking his head.

“She doesn’t have a status, she doesn’t have anything,” Mike claims.

“She literally has no paperwork right now,” Mike alleges.

Natalie asks for clarification, because she was certain that they had made this filing — perhaps even back when they were together.

Either Mike is not being truthful now or, more likely, she was misled and is only now learning the truth about her documentation.

Natalie wants an explanation, but she does not get one.

Mike claims to harbor no hard feelings, but that is difficult to believe under the circumstances.

(It’s hard to honestly wish someone well while also turning their life upside down)

Natalie asks what she can possibly do at this point.

“It’s his choice, not mine,” she points out, referring to who decided against moving forward with her paperwork.

“I’m not a toy,” Natalie says, likely in reference to the feeling of being discarded.

“He cannot bring me to another country, make me to survive here, and have to send me back,” Natalie laments.

“I’m not a toy,” she reiterates.

Natalie insists: “You can’t do this to me.”

“That’s it, you know?” Mike says with his trademark lack of emotional expression.

“I hope you find someone, Natalie, that makes you happy,” he claims.

Mike adds: “And you have a great family and everything.”

Natalie reminds him that she is now 37 years old. She spent four years of her life in a relationship with him.

She did the best that she could, she claims, but he never made her a real priority.

Natalie broke down and began to sob, and it’s not difficult to understand why.

Natalie and Mike aren’t terrible people, but they were horrible partners to one another.

There was real emotional cruelty during their engagement and marriage and it made them a toxic couple.

At the same time, seeing one of them get their life ruined because the other decided to have the last laugh … that doesn’t sit well with many people.

While everyone uncomfortably listens to Natalie sob and grieve her life, Debbie makes a move.

She gets up and quietly offers Natalie some kindness and comfort, and a tissue.

Natalie cannot easily be calmed in this moment, but it’s a nice gesture nonetheless.

“She don’t love me,” Mike complains. “We got married and you were gone in six months, Natalie.”

He continues: “I took you to my dad’s, I took you to a bunch of places, right? You made your bed, now you gotta lay in it.”

“I have no ill feelings against you, OK? I will always have a spot in my heart for you. It didn’t work out,” Mike lists.

“You live in a completely different state. We’re not together no more,” Mike says, explaining why he’s pursuing the divorce now.

“I’m terribly sorry. It’s time — it’s time,” he says. “It’s been a whole year since you’ve been home.”

Natalie has to flee the stage, her face stricken with uncontrollable tears. It is a heartbreaking moment to witness.

Kenneth Niedermeier and Armando Rubio Mourn Loss of Beloved Dog Truffles

90 Day Fiance fans haven’t heard much from Kenneth and Armando since the The Other Way Tell All.

The loving fan-favorite couple has continued to reside in Mexico, now doing so as a married couple.

They have sweet little Hannah and, of course, Truffles the dog.

In a heartbreaking update from Kenneth and Armando, they reveal that Truffles has passed away.

Kenneth Niedermeier and Armando Rubio and dog Truffles

When Kenneth Niedermeier made the long drive to Mexico to be with Armando Rubio, the love of his life, he didn’t travel alone.

All the way, Kenneth was with his beloved dog, his faithful companion, Truffles.

After almost 18 years of joy, love, and affection, Truffles’ journey has come to an end.

Kenneth broke the news on his Instagram.

“It’s with great heartache that I have to let everyone know my sweet Truffles has passed on,” he began.

“I admit,” Kenneth wrote, “this has really broken my heart and I feel a great sense of loss.”

“Truff had been to about 25 states, 3 countries, plane rides, major cities, to small towns,” he listed.

Kenneth added: “She spent her golden years on a wonderful adventure.”

He and Truffles journeyed “”to live our lives in a new country with a new little girl and papi who fell instantly in love with her.”

Kenneth noted: “She appeared on two seasons of The Other Way, Strikes Back, several Pillow Talks, at least 350 cameos.”

Kimberly Menzies: I Made a Fool of Myself Chasing Usman’s Yam! There’s No Excuse!

On the latest episode of 90 Day FIance: Before The 90 Days, Kimberly and Usman had a rough time.

Platonic sleepovers are nice. Sex is nicer. Kimberly was tired of waiting for his yam.

Driven by her lust for yammy-yammy, she pushed too hard, and it nearly cost them both a chance at the relationship.

Kimberly knows that she embarrassed herself by begging for sex, and she’s admitting as much to fans.

Kimberly Menzies still wants to smash

Being thirsty is not a crime, and neither is humuliating yourself.

But after the extended, repeated, and often painful to watch moments between Kimberly Menzies and Usman Umar, some viewers had had enough.

They took to social media to let an already embarrassed Kimberly know what they thought of her not-so-quiet desperation.

“So, I am aware that last night’s episode put me into a very negative light,” Kimberly wrote on her Instagram Story.

“I have no excuses,” she admitted, “and just have to take the negativity.”

Kimberly expressed: “Let me just say that I am embarrassed and leave it at that.”

Kimberly Menzies IG on-screen behavior, body-shaming

“Attacking me in my DMs and comments is cool. Whatever,” Kimbrely noted.

For the record, attacking or harassing someone for a painful but harmless on-screen moment is not “cool.”

“But attacking my body weight isn’t cool,” Kimberly affirmed. “No one should fat shame or bully anyone.”

Usman Umar gets a better look at Kimberly Menzies in her nightgown

Body-shaming is vicious and has no purpose in existing.

One could almost understand this vile act if this were decades ago, when body-shaming was so common that it took place regularly during news broadcasts.

Now, however? These trolls truly have no excuse for attacking a woman over her looks or her body.

Usman Umar - because I don't give you yammy yammy

People can have a laugh about the depths to which she went over her thirst.

Kimberly had traveled a long way and invested a lot of time into seeing Usman and being with him.

Platonic slumber parties with barrier pillows in place aren’t what she had in mind, and it wasn’t wrong of her to express her desires.

Usman Umar - I know what Kimberly want from me

Repeating those desires, however, clearly drove Usman away.

He already knew that she wanted him — from her past statements and from an abundance of obvious signs.

Usman had chosen to not sleep with her yet, claiming that he felt that it was too early in their relationship, such as it is.

Usman Umar - yammy yammy yammy yammy yammy

Usman clearly appreciates the benefits of Kim’s desire for him, and is seemingly content to string her along.

He gets expensive gifts, some hand-holding, and she even helped get his music video done more efficiently.

Most importantly, of course, he gets screen time on American reality TV, part of his obvious quest to grow his brand as a rapper.

Usman Umar explains - we already propose before [Lisa] even arrive

Of course, viewers remember seeing Usman hook up with Lisa Hamme, his disgraced ex-wife, immediately upon her arrival in Nigeria.

His explanation for that is that they were already engaged before she arrived, so he didn’t see the point in waiting.

Usman seems to be playing a lot of games, including one with Kimberly’s emotions.

Usman Umar leaves, says "good night" to Kimberly Menzies

People make a lot of mistakes when they’re horny and hurt, and Kimberly’s antics are a great example of that.

Despite the conflict that arose, eventually, she and Usman went to bed together … with no plans for sex.

Will Usman really make Kimberly go the whole trip without yammy-yammy? If so, that could — and should — be a dealbreaker.

Lisa Hamme Mocks Kimberly Menzies Over Usman Umar: I Got His Yam for Free!

Not even getting Usman Umar into bed was enough for Kimberly Menzies to get what she wanted.

Despite all of that time and energy, with expensive gifts and trying too hard, Usman still wasn’t slipping her his “yam.”

After the latest episode of 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days, fans and bloggers were cringing.

Where some felt sympathy, Usman’s ex-wife Lisa felt mockery and mirth, poking fun at Kimberly for all of that work and no payoff.

Kimberly Menzies and Usman Umar wake up together

Kimberly Menzies has been ready to take Usman Umar for a spin for, well, quite some time.

In contrast, Usman has repeatedly slammed on the brakes, being more comfortable with hand-holding than laying pipe.

That flies in contrast to what viewers saw from him nearly two years ago, when he and “Baby Girl” Lisa Hamme immediately hooked up.

Usman Umar explains - we already propose before [Lisa] even arrive

As Usman explained on screen, he was already engaged to Lisa — before she arrived to visit him in Nigeria.

In contrast, he and Kimberly aren’t officially boyfriend and girlfriend yet.

Yes, she bought him a PS5 and a MacBook Pro and is showing loyalty to him … but he’s not sure what he wants yet, apparently.

Kimberly Menzies still wants to smash

In contrast, Kimberly knows exactly what she wants.

As Usman puts it, she wants his yam — an unfamiliar euphemism for most Americans, but it makes sense.

While he does tell his team that he’s now sleeping in Kimberly’s room, these are chaste sleepovers.

Usman Umar - it's not even the attraction

Speaking to Badmus and Slam-T, Usman didn’t paint the most flattering portrait of Kimberly.

Yes, he praised her loyalty and described that as what he finds appealing.

But he also said that it wasn’t really about physical attraction … which is just unkind.

Kimberly Menzies decorated her bed with flower hearts

Another night, but this time, Kimberly was prepared for Usman to visit.

She decorated the bed in a heart shape, and it was not subtle.

Kimberly was very ready for Usman to sleep over again … this time, perhaps less restfully.

Usman Umar - I know what Kimberly want from me

Usman knew exactly what Kimberly was after.

To be fair to him, he did repeatedly tell her that he wanted to wait, even explaining why.

To be fair to her … even when he says these things, it sometimes felt like a lot of mixes messages.

Usman Umar gets a better look at Kimberly Menzies in her nightgown

Usman even made a show of unwrapping her like a present.

Her very thin gown wasn’t lingerie, but it also didn’t leave much to the imagination despite its opacity.

Kimberly was ready … maybe too ready, because she pushed Usman a little too hard.

Usman Umar leaves, says "good night" to Kimberly Menzies

Usman actually ended up storming out of the room.

He got dressed and left a hurt, angry, and generally unhappy Kimberly sitting alone in bed.

Usman did return, but the cycle repeated itself.

Usman Umar to Kimberly Menzies - you are telling me that we have to have sex

90 Day Fiance Blogger Mommy Says Bad Words sometimes shares, shall we say, unflattering memes about the cast.

A recent such meme read: “Kimbaaaaaaly isn’t begging for sex because she too has 50 mens waiting for her in San Diego.”

As sometimes happens, the cast member in question responded.

“No 50 men over here. I’m good. LOL,” Kimberly wrote in a now-deleted comment.

“Would never take advice from people that sit behind a phone writing comments or bad things,” she stated.

Kimberly continued: “Or people that block me and then talk s–t. Hmmmmmmm.”

“Hey witch, it’s MENZ,” commented Baby Girl Lisa Hamme, Usman’s infamous ex-wife who has since remarried.

“And don’t compare her to me,” she insisted, referring to Kimberly. “She’s not in my league.”

Lisa then boasted: “I got the yam and didn’t have to buy a PS5 and a laptop.” Ouch!

Jasmine Pineda Confronts Gino Palazzolo for Leaking Her Nudes on 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days (Recap)

On 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days Season 5, Episode 8, almost all of the couples had spent weeks together — if not more.

This meant that things are getting serious, desperate, or desperately serious.

Jasmine and Gino are in a calmer place than before, but it may be Gino’s turn to be the villain.

Ben arrives in Peru to meet Mahogany, but she has already stopped all calls and texts to him.

Though TLC confirmed that Alina has been fired and will be edited out of much of the season, she and Caleb still have a normal storyline on this episode.

Ella has come up with yet another possible way to meet Johnny despite numerous hurdles and his cold feet.

Kimberly is eager to finally seal the deal with Usman, who continues to drag his heels.

Ximena has seen Mike work on his bad habits, as he offers both an explanation and some real effort.

But he has to convince her, and convince her family that he won’t be another bad man in her life.

It is not difficult to see that Gino is extremely nervous. He’s fidgeting, he’s twitching involuntarily. He looked less anxious when Jasmine was screaming at him than he does while having this calm conversation.

Colt Johnson and Vanessa Guerra SEPARATED: Debbie is Killing Our Marriage!

Before the 90 Day: The Single Life Season 2 Tell All aired, the world already knew about the conflict between mother and son.

With plans in the works to move out, Colt and Vanessa were looking for their own place, with Debbie hunting for her own.

Only on the Tell All stage did Colt lay into Debbie and reduce his mother to tears over her “interference” in his marriage.

Vanessa revealed that she and Colt are separated, laying the blame at the feet of mother-in-law Debbie.

As we reported earlier in the week, Debbie’s lack of independence had reached a breaking point for her son.

Nearly 40 years old and married, he was tired of his mother — good intentions or not — monopolizing his time and energy.

There’s an online saying that people who live with their parents pay “rent” in the form of mental and emotional health, and Colt wanted some self-care.

“I’m upset that you just can’t do anything by yourself,” he lamented to Debbie on the Tell All stage.

“I’m the first person, the first call, the first everything with you,” he expresed to his 70-year-old mother.

“You’ve raised me to be just a subservient person to you,” Colt accused, asking why she would do this.

“I shouldn’t be bothered with your life,” Colt told Debbie.

“This is your life,” he affirmed. “It’s not my responsibility.”

Feeling hurt and embarrassed, Debbie pleaded with him to stop, citing that he had promised that he wouldn’t do this.

When Colt did not stop putting his mother on blast, she got up and stormed off.

She expressed a desire for Colt and Vanessa to move far, far away.

While Debbie cooled off backstage, Shaun asked Colt and Vanessa where things stand for them.

“Do you want to tell them?” Colt asked his wife.

This is when Vanessa revealed: “I moved out.”

“We’re separated,” Colt confirmed, sharing that Vanessa had moved out three weeks earlier.

Vanessa did not hold back as she explained exactly she had to find a new living space.

Simply put, she was “tired of being under” her mother-in-law’s roof.

She and Colt have shared space with her mother-in-law since they married.

Vanessa cited that Debbie constantly turning to Colt was about more than just overall dependency — it was also annoying.

“‘Hey Colt,’ ‘hey colt,'” Vanessa quoted, noting a phrase that we have all heard many times from Debbie.

According to her, even keeping their bedroom door closed does not prevent the nonstop interruptions.

What’s interesting about this unhappy news is that Vanessa was the (one) woman who received Debbie’s approval.

Debbie cried just minutes after meeting Larissa Lima, Colt’s ex-wife.

She went further with Jess Caroline, actively letting things “slip” in front of Jess to cause problems on purpose during the trip to Brazil.

There is something both loving and toxic about Colt’s relationship with Debbie.

She’s not a pathological narcissist like Betty Gibbs, but she and Colt have an intense emotional attachment that has held them both back.

Sometimes, the bonds that we forge to heal prevent us from moving forward in life. Not every coping mechanism should go on for life.

For what it’s worth, Vanessa did affirm that she will move back home if Debbie is gone.

Debbie has made plans to move out, to move in with a friend of hers.

While Colt initially gave her too short notice to find a place, it’s clear that there were emotional hangups that also delayed her move.

Big Ed Brown ROASTED for "Desperate" Engagement; Cast Begs Liz Woods Not to Marry Him

On last week’s episode of 90 Day: The Single Life, Big Ed Brown mourned his beloved dog, Teddy.

To basically everyone’s surprise and no shortage of horror, that tragedy led to him reconciling with his ex, Liz Woods.

On the Tell All, Liz confirmed that they are still engaged, and got very defensive of the ill-advised relationship.

Castmates begged Liz to not marry Ed, while Liz and Ed shared secrets about their past breakups and the unhappiness of Ed’s family.

Big Ed Brown and Liz Woods confirm engagement on the Tell All

Last summer, Ed and Liz became engaged just a couple of days after reconciling.

Giddily, the two gushed at the Tell All about how in love they are, boasting that it “feels” like they’re already married.

The obvious concern on the faces of their castmates was just a taste of what was to come.

Big Ed Brown laughs about flatulence

Ed could not stop raving about how comfortable he feels around Liz.

For reasons that we cannot fathom, he and Liz shared an anecdote on a truly unspeakable topic: flatulence.

It sounds like Stephanie Matto and Mike Berk have some competition. Ugh.

Shaun Robinson notes that the last Tell All was very different

Shaun Robinson, who cannot possibly be paid enough for putting up with the world’s worst hellclowns, changed the topic.

She brought up how Ed and Liz were singing a very different tune on the Season 1 Tell All, when a tearful Liz called out Ed’s toxic behavior.

We remember well how Debbie read Ed the riot act and could see that she was clearly ready to repeat that this time.

Big Ed Brown strokes Liz Woods' leg

While caressing Liz’s leg in a way that made viewers’ skins crawl, Ed recalled how he and Liz made nice.

Teddy’s death brought them together, and Liz’s dead drop flower delivery opened the door for them to talk again.

Apparently, another big change was that Ed was pushing people away if they didn’t support this relationship.

Liz Woods says Ed Brown's friends were using him

“His so-called ‘friends’ were using him,” Liz insisted during the Tell All.

She cites this as part of the key to why they (allegedly) work better now as a couple than they did before.

But … what friends are these? What does she mean?

Apparently, those 8 times that Ed dumped her via text message were out of necessity … and he wasn’t the one doing the dumping.

Struggling to find the words, he would apparently pass his phone to a friend and ask this unnamed man to send the text for him.

The idea of having a ghostwriter for 8 breakup text messages with the same woman is categorically absurd, and everyone else knows it.

Stephanie Matto cannot help but react to what she's hearing

Various castmates cannot help but react to how absurd this is.

First, if Ed can’t bring himself to break up with Liz on his own, he shouldn’t have kept getting back with her.

Second, it’s absurd and frankly disappointing that Liz would give Ed yet another chance. What is this, chance number nine?

This is when Debbie Johnson, who very relatably is disgusted by Ed’s behavior, begged Liz to not marry him.

In her estimation, Ed is desperate for companionship.

“You don’t love anybody except yourself,” Debbie very sharply describe dEd.

Debbie Johnson ridicules Ed as he deserves

She pointed out that the only reason that Ed isn’t with one of the other women whom he dated is because they turned him down.

Stephanie described the engagement as almost a “bribe” to get Liz back with him in a desperate attempt to mend his image.

Unfortunately, Liz was not willing or ready to listen.

Liz insisted that Big Ed had changed in many ways, claiming that they “hardly ever” have arguments anymore.

Of course, one major factor was that Ed’s elderly mother has now moved out and is giving them “privacy.”

Ed’s mom doesn’t support this engagement. Neither does Ed’s daughter, Tiffany, who burst into tears at the news.

Shaun Robinson says that none of Ed's family were willing to talk

Shaun shared that, regretfully, none of Ed’s family was willing to discuss this disastrous engagement on the Tell All.

Ed countered by claiming that he’s supported by some nieces and nephews who live far away from him.

Of course … if your only supporters are the people whom you see the least, that could be a bit of a red flag.

Stephanie Matto speaks up on the Season 2 Tell All

Stephanie very accurately described Ed’s transparent desperation, clearly seeing his pattern of manipulative behavior.

Of course, back stage, Stephanie spoke with Natalie Mordovtseva about Liz and Ed’s toxic relationship.

Liz got into a confrontation with them after hearing their concern. It’s worrisome to see someone this committed to a self-destructive engagement.

Debbie Johnson Driven to Tears by Colt on 90 Day: The Single Life Tell All

Ostensibly, Debbie Johnson going on dates for the first time in decades has been the focus of her 90 Day: The Single Life storyline.

Realistically, a lot of viewers have been much more fascinated by her conscious uncoupling with Colt Johsnon.

It was very early this season when Colt Johnson told Debbie that he’s kicking her out.

In this sneak peek of the Tell All, he scolds his elderly mother, driving her to tears.

Colt Johnson, seated between wife Vanessa Guerra and mother Debbie Johnson, was not holding back.

“I’m upset that you just can’t do anything by yourself,” he complained.

“I’m the first person, the first call, the first everything with you,” Colt griped.

“Not anymore,” Debbie countered.

She added that the two of them had not spoken all week, but Coult remembered things a little differently.

“I got 10 texts as soon as I landed,” he described.

Vanessa backed up her husband, saying:

“Colt is her go-to, always, always.”

“It’s just crazy,” Colt lamented, “the amount of ‘Do this, do that, go get my bag, do this, oh hey take me to San Diego…'”

This is when Debbie began to plead with Colt to stop, because he was clearly hurting her feelings.

“I can’t stop because this is very important to me,” Colt asserted.

“You raised me to be just a subservient person to you,” he accused, “and I just want to know why.”

“I need to know why you’re this way,” Colt protested, citing a specific instance when Debbie was overly dependent upon him.

“My wife was pregnant, I didn’t want to tell you at the time when I was driving out to San Diego,” he noted.

“I didn’t want to leave her,” Colt explained. “I shouldn’t be bothered with your life, this is your life. It’s not my responsibility.”

“Well I’m moving out, it doesn’t matter,” Debbie fired back.

She then asked Colt: “What are you going to do?”

“I don’t care,” Colt. “As long as you stop influencing me so much and always there, there, there.”

“Do you even understand why I’m mad?” Colt demanded of his mother.

Debbie did not, and again protested that he was pushing this issue now and on camera, humiliating her for “the world” to see.

“I would do it in front of everybody,” Colt insisted.

“I’m 36 years old, stop treating me like I’m a kid,” Colt demanded.

“Why are you doing this now? Why?” Debbie asked.

“I’m not going to do this,” she declared. “What are you doing Colt?”

This is when Debbie stood up and began to storm off of the stage, seemingly trying to get out of sight before tears began to fall.

“I want to talk. Sit down, let’s talk about things. You just run away,” Colt protested.

Angrily, Debbie said: “I wish he wouldn’t have come. I wish he and his wife would move far, far, far away.”

One can understand Colt’s frustrations with Debbie. Codependence can turn to bitterness in a heartbeat.

However, confronting her about this at the Tell All was not the gentlest or kindest way to do this.

It’s part of their job as reality stars, but that doesn’t make it nice.

Alina Kasha FIRED, Edited Out of Remaining 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days Episodes

90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days Season 5 star Alina Kasha had all of the makings of a multi-season star.

That was before Alina’s racism scandal came to light.

Earlier this week, it was reported but not confirmed that Alina was fired from the franchise.

Now, TLC has formally announced her dismissal and affirmed the network’s stance against racism and bigotry.

Alina Kasha comes clean about living with her ex

TLC released a statement saying farewell to Alina Kasha, whose real name is Alina Kozhevnikova, after widespread backlash.

“TLC discontinued filming with Alina Kozhevnikova following the recent discovery of her past social media statements,” the network confirmed.

“She will not appear on the upcoming Tell All,” TLC assured fans. That Tell All is rumored to have filmed this past weekend.

Alina Kasha still needs to tell Caleb her secret before it's too late

TLC shared that Alina will not appear on “any future seasons of the franchise.”

“And starting next month,” the network stated, “she will no longer appear on Before the 90 Days.”

The statement concluded: “TLC does not tolerate racism or discrimination of any kind.”

Alina Kasha IG n-word caption beard post 2015

Alina’s posts, dating back to around 2015, include anti-Black racism.

She also mocked Muslim women and Hugh Grant’s multiracial children for being “kinda Asian.”

Alina’s bigoted posts were not casual “jokes,” as several included makeup, costumes, and various iterations of the N-word.

Alina Kasha FB n-word party "only in Russia"

Alina did issue a public apology several days ago.

This was only after initially denying that she had made the posts, accusing blogger Mommy Says Bad Words of fabricating the posts.

The attempt to hide the truth does not really send across the message of someone who admits to past wrongdoing.

Geoffrey Paschel found guilty of domestic assault

Alina is not the first to be fired from 90 Day Fiance.

Convicted abuser Geoffrey Paschel was fired after the horror stories of numerous exes were uncovered by viewers.

In 2020, “Baby Girl” Lisa Hamme was fired for calling then-husband Usman Umar the N-word (after a social media slur scandal) after fans learned of it.

Meanwhile, 90 Day Fiance legend Larissa Lima was fired in 2020 for … breach of contract after doing a CamSoda livestream.

Big Ed Brown, accused of sexual misconduct, remains employed. So does on-screen verbal abuser Angela Deem.

Clearly, being fired from the show is not one-size-fits-all by any stretch of the imagination.

What makes Alina’s situation so sad and so interesting is that she spoke about bigotry and prejudice just last year.

“I don’t really see, you know, a lot of homophobic and racist comments anymore,” she observed in December.

Alina said that this was “because people really know that it’s not OK, and it is not OK.”

Alina Kasha is very honest with Caleb Greenwood about last night

“For some reason, there’s not much talk about ableism and how people can say degrading things about those who have disabilities,” Alina noted.

“And maybe something can change with the show,” she suggested at the time, “because more people would know that it’s not OK.”

Alina hoped that going on the show would help people understand that it’s not okay “to, I don’t know, shame someone for their height or for using a wheelchair or something.”

Alina Kasha drinks, neither guy has had a threesome

This scandal and firing has proven to be a challenge for an alarmingly large subset of 90 Day Fiance fans: racists who also hate women.

Combine ableism and misogyny, and Alina’s on-screen behavior as a disabled woman with normal sexual desires became their enemy.

In fact, many long-time Alina haters practically salivated at the news that she had a racism scandal … because they already hated her.

Alina Kasha dated her ex for six months, isn't telling everything

So there was a group of people who detested Alina for desiring sex, and despised her for being a disabled woman with a guy of average height.

They jumped with joy at the news of her racism scandal and pushed to have her fired.

But, as their wish was granted and even before, the darkest corners of social media began to show pushback from these exact same people.

Caleb Greenwood embraces Alina Kasha

Why? Because the idea of someone being held accountable for racism was hitting a little close to home.

Suddenly, social media denizens have been “just asking” if the N-word is really so bad.

After all, if Black rappers can say the anti-Black slur, why can’t Alina, a white Russian woman?

Alina Kasha (preview) knows she has to tell Caleb

Very quickly, we need to remember that Alina’s bigoted posts targeted Muslim women and Asian children, but that doesn’t answer the absurd question.

Literally all slurs work in the same way: cruel words with decades or centuries of violent history behind them targeting one marginalized group or another.

However, whether the slur is racist or ableist or homophobic or beyond, the group against which the slur is hurled can use it without it being hurtful.

Alina Kasha waits at the airport

Why? Well … that’s kind of how all insults work, if you think about it.

Someone can call themselves “ugly” and their friends will be sad. If someone else calls them “ugly,” it’s a grave insult.

But calling someone “ugly” doesn’t generally imply a cruel insult to millions of other people. Slurs do.

Alina Kasha watches happily as he removes his shirt

Plus, slurs are infinitely crueler and inherently threatening. Really the worst words conceived in the history of language.

Again, Alina did more than just post slurs.

Also, while these are “old” posts, they don’t date back to when “edgy” humor was all the rage, and in some cases, it’s hard to see what the “joke” was even supposed to be.

Caleb Greenwood and Alina Kasha speak after meeting

Under other circumstances, firing Alina in 2022 might not be the right course of action.

If her bad posts hadn’t included slurs. If the posts had been a few years older.

If they hadn’t involved costumes and makeup. If she hadn’t initially claimed that the posts were photoshopped.

Alina Kasha (preview) hasn't shared her secret

Those are a lot of ifs that do not apply to the reality of it all. It’s too much, and it’s very fair for people to longer want to see her on their screens.

We don’t think that Alina is an evil person, and we hope that she is a much better person now than she was in 2015.

But it’s beyond fair for people to not want to see her reality TV career continue. Many bad acts can be outgrown, but not all.

Michael Jessen and Ex-Wife Sarah Naso Battling Over Custody

First, Michael Jessen and Juliana Custodio split two years after marrying and filming 90 Day Fiance.

Then, reports revealed that Michael was losing his home due after pandemic-related financial struggles.

Things have now taken a dramatically more serious turn.

Michael and his previous ex-wife, Sarah, are locked in a custody battle after Sarah filed for an emergency custody order.

Juliana Custodio, Michael Jessen, Sarah Naso on 90 Day Fiance Season 7

When Juliana Custodio became engaged to Michael Jessen, she wasn’t just entering a relationship with him.

She got to know his ex-wife, Sarah Naso, who ended up officiating their marriage.

Juliana also entered the lives of Michael’s children, Max and Cece, who were in turn beloved by fans.

Michael Jessen children

This week, Michael posted a decidedly despondent throwback photo.

Waxing nostalgic about “happier times,” he shared a snap of his children from some time in the past.

Naturally, 90 Day Fiance fans wondered if he had more on his mind than his divorce and selling his house.

Starcasm reports that, on December 6 of last year, a contempt citation was entered as part of their 2016 uncontested dissolution of marriage filing.

It’s unclear what that was about, specifically.

However, just three days later, there was a much more urgent filing.

Michael Jessen and Juliana Custodio wedding snap

Sarah — the plaintiff — filed an application seeking an emergency ex parte order of custody.

While we are not attorneys or legal scholars, that is a big deal.

For such an application to be granted, there must be evidence of “an immediate and present risk of physical danger or psychological harm” to the children in question.

On the same day as that filing, Sarah also pursued a post-judgment motion for modification of child support.

This could, on its own, be a simple adjustment to child support payments for Max and Cece.

It is difficult to imagine that this was not somehow related to the emergency ex parte order request, however.

Michael Jessen and Juliana Custodio

The next day, an “Affidavit Concerning Children” was filed.

The agreement and order became part of family court records on December 20.

Given the involvement of children, only some of this information is public, so we do not know the contents of the filings.

On the 20th, the same day on which the agreement and ordered were entered, there was a filing for referral by CSSD Family Services.

Another request of that type was filed on December 22.

There is a return of service shown as filed on January 14, and a “resolution plan date” on the docket for January 27.

Very naturally, many of our minds go to dark places when we hear about emergency custody orders and family services filings.

While there is always the potential for abuse and other forms of child endangerment, until an accusation is known, we should avoid jumping to conclusions.

No matter what is going on, we hope that Max, Cece, and everyone else involved is safe and thriving.

Juliana is currently in Europe and pregnant, having moved on late last year with her new boyfriend, Ben.

She spent a chunk of her marriage to Michael as the breadwinner for the family, and felt at times as if she were also the maid for him, his ex, and his ex’s husband Sean.

So far, Juliana has not commented on what may or may not be happening with Michael and Sarah, except to shoot down hurtful rumors about her pregnancy.
