Erika Jayne Admits Mixing Alcohol and Prescription Meds: I Didn’t Know I’d Act Like This!

Now that this season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has begun, Erika Jayne knows that she went too far at times.

She knows that viewers are going to have a lot to say about her behavior.

It turns out that some of it, at least, has an explanation.

Erika admits that she mixed her prescription medications with alcohol, with disastrous and embarrassing results.

Erika Jayne opened up to Us Weekly, sharing that she had no idea that her medications could have such potent interactions.

“Well, look, I’ve been very open and honest,” she began.

Erika confessed: “I mixed alcohol and antidepressants.”

Erika continued: “which I didn’t know that it would make you this drunk and it did.”

“I do not have a problem,” she asserted.

“And,” Erika went on, “lesson learned and we go on.”

Erika warned: “I mean, are you gonna see a moment that, you know, you will probably be like, ‘Is that Erika?’”

She admitted: “And the answer is yeah. I mean, that was me.”

Erika explained: “At that time, it was really difficult because there were moments that I didn’t wanna get out of bed.”

Erika added that these were “more than moments, there were days and you have to do that.”

She then got almost painfully, show-breakingly real.

“And let’s be honest, you know, you’re sitting at these parties and some of these women are kind of boring,” Erika reminded everyone.

“So you have a drink [and then] you have another drink,” Erika said.

“And then you’re like, ‘Where am I?’” she reasoned.

“So, you know, it’s not that I was drinking a lot,” Erika clarified. “It’s just that I was drinking while being medicated.”

Embarrassing though her actions may be, Erika insisted that she does not personally feel “embarrassed” by her on-screen behavior.

“You know, some of my behavior was not great, but it’s also very real,” she pointed out.

“It’s also part of life,” Erika argued, “and I wouldn’t be the first person that this happened to and won’t be the last.”

Erika explained that, just like last season, her mindset was focused on self-preservation as her entire life has been torn apart.

“My mindset was survival, like it was the season before,” she described.

“The season before was a real fallout [and] this season is really trying to pull yourself together and go on,” Erika detailed.

“And, you know, it was tough,” Erika characterized. “But ultimately I’ll get there.”

She stated: “It’s part of the human experience.”

Erika elaborated: “I mean, you can’t go through what I have gone through the previous season and not feel something and not feel great and not want to have a good time.”

Andy Cohen challenges Erika Jayne (rhobh s11 reunion preview)

“I wanted to have some fun,” Erika explained.

“I wanted to not feel so heavy,” she went on, “and that’s what I did.”

Erika did also concede that she is often “misunderstood.” That seems likely.

Erika Jayne Goes OFF on Producer Who Questions "Disproven" Accusations

The premiere for Season 12 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is looming.

Already, a sneak peek is giving fans a look at how Erika Jayne is responding to any questions about her scandal or the accusations against her.

In a word? Poorly.

We know that Erika regrets some of her on-screen behavior, but does that include lashing out at a producer for following up on a conversation?

Ahead of the May 11 season premiere, Bravo released a lip in which Erika jayne is speaking to Garcelle Beauvais.

Season 11 was a heavy time for Erika, and she is clearly still processing how some of her castmates spoke about her, her divorce, and her legal troubles.

Erika singles out Sutton Stracke, claiming that her castmate “chose to repeat and say things that have been disproven.”

We see a flashback to Sutton referring to “the $20 million elephant in the room,” a clear allusion to the allegations against Erika.

While we should remember that Erika has not been charged with any crime, accusations and innuendo have been flying for some time.

It was at one point claimed that more than $20 million was funneled into Erika’s businesses, allegedly to hide stolen payouts intended for Tom Girardi’s clients.

“I never had it,” Erika asserts to Garcelle in the sneak peek.

“It was never in my hands,” she emphasizes. “It was never in my account.”

Garcelle looks on with an attentive, polite listening face that almost occludes her true thoughts.

To the confessional camera, Garcelle is more direct.

“Other than Erika saying that they’ve been disproven,” she notes, “I’ve seen nothing.”

Garcelle continues: “Not in the paper, not in the blogs, nowhere.”

“If this is true,” Garcelle asks, “why isn’t it in the press?”

That is a fair question … and, in a sense, it is in the press.

But while Erika is arguably making some points here, there may be a good reason that Garcelle hasn’t seen any “Erika Allegations Disproven!” headlines.

However, Erika says that “the facts are in my favor.”

She resents that Sutton “spoke very strongly on things that have been disproven.”

The producer then does their job, asking what exactly was disproven and by whom — very normal follow-up for any reality show.

“I don’t know,” Erika replies, short on details.

“You’ll have to check all that s–t out,” she instructs, insisting: “But it was disproven.”

“So,” Erika argued, “Bravo can do their due diligence. I really don’t know.”

Erika insisted that this information is available to the public.

“Tell them to go f–king read everything that my lawyer has put out,” Erika demands.

“They can answer their own f–king questions,” she snaps.

We can all sympathize up to a point, understanding that Erika is under a tremendous amount of pressure.

Even if there were no allegations against her whatsoever, her life has been turned upside down in a very public and painful way.

But … it is surprising that someone in that position would make statements as she has without offering any points of reference.

And, needless to say, public statements made by one’s own attorney are not the same thing as debunked accusations.

It is Erika’s attorney’s job to advocate for her.

The public at large — and, in fact, Garcelle — would look to a more neutral party for information on what is and is not “disproven.”

That said, Erika might very fairly be thinking of how so many of the accusations made against her have been accepted as fact.

These allegations are also made by involved parties — including their attorneys — and are not proven to be true.

It’s not reasonable for her to expect people to take her at her word that things are “disproven,” but so far, a lot of people have assumed facts that work against her.

Erika Jayne Regrets Huge Blowout Fight in Aspen: I Went Wild! Sorry!

We already know that there are a lot of fights to come on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 12.

Some Housewives double down on fights, holding grudges for years.

But as she teases the upcoming season of RHOBH, Erika Jayne is singing a different tune.

She admits that she’s “regretful” that some “important” relationships were damaged by what went down in Aspen.

Infamously, all hell breaks loose on Season 12’s cast trip to Aspen.

We know this “spoiler” because reports and even direct social media activity from the Housewives made that clear at the time.

Even before the ladies left the Colorado ski town, we knew that they’d had major fights — even for this franchise — and that some bonds were changed forever.

Erika Jayne stopped by for the Two Ts in a Pod podcast with Tamra Judge and disgraced former Housewife Teddi Mellencamp.

On the episode, which aired earlier this week, Erika acknowledged that things were especially unpleasant.

While she could not spoil things, she did say that there was one scene that she’d love to undo entirely.

According to Erika, she would love to redact one moment involving Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, Crystal Kung Minkoff, and Sheree Zampino.

“[They] were staying somewhere else,” she described.

“And,” Erika previewed, “I got into it very heavily with them.”

“I’d remove that,” Erika admitted.

She added: “I haven’t seen it; I experienced it.”

“But what I experienced was bad,” Erika explained, “so I can only imagine how bad it looks.”

Erika is the first to admit that it’s not a one-sided conflict, either.

She acknowledged that she “went wild” while in Aspen.

However, the fallout from the blowout went so far as to damage other, seemingly unrelated bonds.

Erika noted that the fonclit “caused a problem” between her and Kyle Richards.

“I’m regretful,” she expressed.

“Obviously we’ve been friends for eight years now,” Erika pointed out, “so my relationship with her is important.”

However, Erika was pleased to report that she and Kyle have “worked it out” since their trip to Colorado.

She had considerably less to say about her current status with Sutton, with Crystal, with Garcelle, or with Sheree.

In the case of Garcelle, however, it looks like the two remain locked in a bitter feud that continues to spill over onto social media, as evidence by Erika’s book-tossing video.

For obvious reasons, Erika did not delve into specifics.

First and foremost, she is not allowed to spoil the season — only to tease what is to come.

Second of all, she hasn’t actually seen the final edit, so could end up talking about things where her knowledge is incomplete, or things that didn’t make it into the episodes.

We know that something major happened with Lisa Rinna.

Additionally — and infamously — we all saw Kathy Hilton’s desperate S.O.S. plea on Instagram.

It might not have been good advertising for Aspen’s tourism industry, but it certainly worked well to build up curiosity and even hype for Season 12.

RHOBH’s Garcelle Beauvais Leaves Andy Cohen STUNNED With Shady Sex Life Joke!

This is the kind of quick, biting banter that makes someone perfect for Real Housewives! Garcelle Beauvais stopped by Watch What Happens Live on Thursday to promote her new book, Love Me as I Am, and things got scalding when it came to talk of the L-word. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Spoilers: Who’s Fighting Whom on Season 12?

If the trailer is any indication, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 12 will be much more eventful than Season 11.

In Season 11, Erika Jayne was at the center of it all. Season 12 is shaking things up a bit.

Behind-the-scenes reports during filming told us about some conflicts long before the trailer aired.

Now, we know even more spoilers about what’s to come on RHOBH.

This week, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Crystal Kung Minkoff spoke to E! NewsDaily Pop about what’s to come.

“It’s crazy because it just happened, it feels so far away, and then it also feels like it was yesterday,” Crystal commented about Season 12.

When she watches the premiere on May 11, some things will be almost as new to her as they are to viewers.

RHOBH Season 12 Title Card - Beverly Hills

“It’s also interesting to see the parts that you were not there for,” Crystal observed.

“I mean, you don’t get to see what happens, it’s all hearsay,” she admits of hearing about some events secondhand.

“You talk about it,” Crystal acknowledged, “but to watch those moments that you discuss in real life, it’s wild.”

For example, Crystal revealed, she was not there for the moment when Kathy Hilton was locked out of a store — but she certainly heard about it.

During Season 12, she teased, numerous friendships will be “broken, shifted, weakned, strengthened.”

Additionally, last year’s must-watch yet singleminded Erika arc won’t be repeated.

“I feel like what happened last year, it was very heavy about Erika,” Crystal understated.

“And this past few months have very much been everybody gets into it,” she noted in contrast.

“Dynamics shift in friendships,” Crystal described, “and I think people see people differently this year.”

Crystal admits that she finds it impossible to ignore viewer commentary, even when it’s unflattering.

“I always want the truth, painful or not,” she explained.

Crystal reasoned: “If I know if my truth is out there, then I can deal with that.”

“What’s hard is listening to the podcasts, which I know I shouldn’t,” Crystal expressed.

She confessed: “When they get it wrong, I wanna call them, like, ‘No, you got the scene wrong. You got that moment wrong.'”

Crystal also knows that some things are always taken out of context, but as to which things, she has to “wait for it to be revealed” like everyone else.

“It all also doesn’t matter ‘cause it’s in the past, you experienced it,” Crystal said, as if reminding herself.

“And it’s a show and it’s designed to be entertaining,” she acknowledged.

“But sometimes, it’s at the cost of, you know,” Crystal added, referring to how sometimes authenticity gives way to entertainment.

Crystal is not the only one who has been sharing previews beyond what we saw in Season 12, as Bravo also offered some teases.

Kyle Richards’ storyline will involve her eldest daughter finally getting engaged — and Kyle’s hope for grandchildren.

Not everything is perfect, however, as she is swept up in tearful family drama.

Meanwhile, Garcelle Beauvais has purchased a beach house, celebrating her success.

But while all of her hard work is paying off, these long hours — spent on her talk show and writing her memoir — come at a cost.

She’s a mother first, and Garcelle worries that her relationship with her teenage sons has become strained.

Erika Jayne’s legal woes are all too familiar, with pressure mounting and rumors circulating.

She wants a fresh start, but even her friends worry that she’s jumping the gun when it comes to moving forward.

Erika could make her own public image worse by powering forward before the dust has settled.

Lisa Rinna is in mourning over the tragic loss of her mother.

She’s still a seasoned Housewife and trying to live her life and career as always.

But her emotions are getting away from her. Pretending that you’re okay when you’re not can sometimes backfire.

Crystal Kung Minkoff is opening up more around her castmates.

She was guarded on Season 11, but she was also a newcomer.

Crystal’s new policy of directness and honesty does mean receiving some blowback, and even weakening existing friendships.

To everyone’s horror, Dorit Kemsley was the victim of a home invasion, and while she is alive, that kind of trauma does not leave anyone “unscathed.”

Dorit is leaning upon friends (and has praised production for being so supportive) as she copes with the terror of that night.

But one of her castmates is conspicuously less than sympathetic, which becomes a major source of conflict within the cast.

Sutton is now situated in her dream home and delighted to embrace the role of hostess, but there’s something missing.

She is delving into the world of dating to find her perfect match.

But she’s not getting along with everyone on the cast. It’s hard to play hostess when you don’t feel like inviting certain people.

Diana Jenkins is a businesswoman, a Bosnian war refugee, and has a formidable personality.

She is also friends with Crystal.

Diana’s focus is on having a rainbow baby as she recovers from a traumatic miscarriage.

Kathy Hilton is still walking on air after her famous daughter’s highly publicized wedding, but she’s about to come crashing down to earth.

Her goal of reconnecting with her castmates after living in Wedding Mode doesn’t go as smoothly as she had hoped.

From whatever when down in Aspen to family drama with Kyle, Kathy is in for a rough ride.

Sheree Zampino is a newcomer to the show but not to Hollywood. She’s one of Garcelle’s besties and, of course, she’s WIll Smith’s ex-wife.

Decades of experience means that she’s not afraid to speak her mind.

This can make fast friends and faster enemies, and Sheree earns her share of both in her debut season.

Season 12 premieres on Wednesday, May 11.

We’re sure that there are plenty of surprises yet to come.

But that is absolutely everything that we know for sure. We can’t wait!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 12 Trailer: Erika Jayne vs. Everybody!

Just a few weeks ago, it was announced that Erika Jayne would not be charged with fraud or embezzlement due to her alleged role in her estranged husband’s seemingly shady business practices.

But this just in:

The controversial reality star isn’t exactly in the clear.

Nor is the drama centered around her over just yet.

In our very first look at The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 12 — via a trailer released this week by Bravo — we see Jayne and Crystal Kung Minkoff get into an intense argument over the former’s rumored involvement in Tom Girardi’s ongoing legal scandal.

(For those unaware, Girardi is accused of stealing money from the relatives of those who died in a 2018 plane crash. Really heinous stuff.)

“You want to be on the side of the victims because you think it’s cool,” Jayne yells at Minkoff in this video… referring to the families Girardi represented in the aforementioned Lion Air Flight 610 case.

“I don’t think it’s cool,” Minkoff fires back while their co-stars look on.

“I don’t give a f–k about anybody else but me,” Jayne then responds as Kyle Richards and Sutton Stracke both look stunned.

Elsewhere, Jayne also seems to butt heads with Garcelle Beauvais, a forme close friend unfollowed her on Instagram in January.

During a outing, Jayne asks Beauvais whether she is attempting “to make Erika look bad or is that out of genuine concern,” to which the actress replies in anger:

“I don’t have to make you look bad — you can do that all on your own.”

Jayne is a pretty huge mess throughout the preview.

She says she’s over the “pummeling” from the group during the past year and wants them to dig their claws into anyone else. Please!

“If we’re going to talk about Erika’s behavior, are we going to talk about everybody in this group?” Jayne asks newcomer Sanela Diana Jenkins, using the third person.

Also in this fiery teaser?

Dorit Kemsley breaks down over her terrifying home invasion last October…  Lisa Rinna cries over the death of her mom, Lois Rinna, in November… and Kathy Hilton gets into scalding hot water with some of the ladies — including half-sister Richards.

Erika Jayne Named ‘Frontwoman’ Of MASSIVE ‘Criminal Enterprise’ With Ex Tom Girardi In NEW Lawsuit!!

Just when Erika Jayne thought she was free from legal trouble, she’s getting pulled right back in! Erika Jayne Named in $2.1 Million Lawsuit, Accused of "Aiding and Abetting" Husband

Last month, Erika Jayne celebrated a minor victory as a case against her was dismissed.

That was more of a matter of venue than evidence, and everyone — including Erika — knew that this wasn’t over.

Tom’s chicken are coming home to roost in the worst way.

Erika and her company have been named in a $2.1 million complaint accusing her of knowing what her estranged husband was doing, and even helping.

Tom Girardi is accused of embezzling a fortune through his law firm, robbing his own clients.

These were not just any clients — many of them were widows, orphans, and direct victims of horrible injuries who are owed major settlements.

Erika Jayne is not an attorney, but she was Tom’s wife, and this alleged theft is believed to have contributed to the couple’s lifestyle prior to her filing for divorce.

On Thursday, February 17, Erika Jayne and her company, EJ Global, LLC, were named in a $2.1 million complaint.

The complaint accused Erika of having “aided and abetted” her attorney in his alleged wrongdoings and in those of his law firm, Girardi & Keese.

Erika’s lawyer is denouncing this move.

“The complaint is another misguided effort to blame Erika for the conduct of others,” Erika’s attorney Evan C. Borges declared to People.

Borges stressed that this is all conduct “in which she had no part.”

“Erika has no law degree,” Borges noted, “and never worked at or managed her former husband’s law firm.”

“Whatever Mr. Girardi or others at his law firm did or said to the plaintiffs in this case,” Borges continued vaguely.

The attorney then affirmed: “Erika had no knowledge or role in any of it.”

“The focus should be on Mr. Girardi, his law firm, and anyone else who enabled what he did,” Borges stressed.

“Piling on Erika may generate publicity,” Borges acknowledged.

“But,” he noted, “it’s without any basis in reality.”

However, the lawsuit alleges that Erika “knew about the scheme” that involved withholding money.

The lawsuit, filed by attorney Manuel H. Miller and Kathleen Bajgrowicz, insists that Erika was aware that victims were “funding her notoriously lavish lifestyle.”

Bajgrowicz is the mother of late football star Chuck Osborne.

Osborne died from repeated head trauma about a decade ago — a horrific risk to football players.

Tom Girardi in 2018 (RHOBH flashback)

When Bajgrowicz reached a settlement with the NFL, Tom Girardi was entrusted with distributing the funds.

However, like other past clients, they accuse him of having deceived them into believing that he could not distribute funds until other matters were resolved.

However, it is alleged that he had already seized the funds for his own purposes, spending the money on himself and his wife.

Truth be told, outside of Tom’s legal team, there are not many who dispute that part of things.

However, the complaint accuses Erika of being “intimately involved” in her husband’s law firm’s business dealings.

“Defendants knew that Plaintiffs were fraud victims but did nothing to protect them and instead prioritized their own financial gain at Plaintiffs’ expense,” the suit claims.

Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi

“Defendants should be required to compensate Plaintiffs for the harm they have caused,” the lawsuit demands.

“And,” it adds, “should be punished for aiding and abetting Girardi’s breach of fiduciary duty and their financial elder abuse of Plaintiffs.”

It will be interesting to hear if this lawsuit — or any other — will actually produce evidence that Erika knew of Tom’s alleged crimes.

Erika Jayne Again Accused Of ‘Aiding And Abetting’ Estranged Husband’s Alleged Embezzlement Scheme In NEW Lawsuit

Erika Jayne has been named in a new legal filing weeks after her recent embezzlement lawsuit dismissal amid the legal maneuvering around estranged husband Tom Girardi‘s alleged illicit activities. Lisa Rinna TURNS on Erika Jayne, Gets RHOBH Production Shut Down During Aspen Trip!

Usually, fighting and gossiping and petty feuds and mud-slinging is like bread and butter — or the rich people equivalents — for Bravo.

But it looks like Lisa Rinna made such an Aspen of herself on the group trip that production had to shut down.

Not only did she cross the line, the topic of conversation was her supposed bestie, Erika Jayne.

That is a major betrayal. What the heck happened?

All About The Tea reports that Lisa Rinna turned on Erika during the trip to Colorado.

She is said to have issued a string of accusations about Erika.

This was hard to keep quiet, as there were reportedly numerous eyewitnesses who saw all of this go down.

In Felix Roasting Company, Lisa reportedly expressed some sort of concern about Erika allegedly “self-medicating.”

She wasn’t accusing her of breaking any laws, simply of using booze and pills in an unhealthy manner.

Erika apparently wasn’t even there to hear or to defend herself.

As Lisa went on, she apparently crossed the line — in this case, one of production’s boundaries.

According to those who witnessed the drama, producers stepped in and halted filming.

“Then, all the girls made an agreement to not name call anymore,” a source described, “and filming resumed.”

The previous night, Lisa had reportedly been in another conflict.

This time, with castmate Dorit Kemsley.

It is unclear what the alleged conflict was about.

We all remember that Dorit largely remained neutral about Erika’s scandal last season.

This was a smart position to take, given that there have been a lot of implications and innuendo but little to no evidence tying Erika to her estranged husband’s possible crimes.

Fence-sitting might not make for entertaining reality television, but it never hurts to wait for the facts.

At that time, Lisa was Erika’s only real, outspoken defender among the cast.

It is unclear what has changed between then and now.

Perhaps Erika receiving the news that she was dismissed from the federal lawsuit (with the option of it being re-filed in California) unsettled Lisa in some way.

“Rinna seems to be in a good place with Garcelle [Beauvais] and Sutton [Stracke],” the insider claimed.

The source shared that it “Sounded like Rinna has gotten to a point where she can no longer defend Erika.”

The insider dished: “Dorit feels bad for Erika and [is] trying to help her out.”

“Really seemed like there is a beginning to be a rift between Erika and Rinna,” the source continued.

The insider went on: “although Rinna sounded genuinely concerned for her.”

Allegedly, multiple Housewives called out Erika for “refusing to give up her earrings” to pay back money that Tom allegedly stole.

Kathy Hilton has some notes (rhobh s11 reunion preview)

Just for the record, Erika did surrender her earrings to a third party pending the court’s decision.

Meanwhile, we don’t know how any of this relates to Kathy Hilton’s apparently miserable time in Aspen.

She was spotted asking her husband (in an Instagram comment, of all things) to call her, writing “I need to get out of here now!!” What on earth?

How Erika Jayne Celebrated Embezzlement Lawsuit Dismissal — But Is She Really ‘Off The Hook’ Completely?

Erika Jayne finally got some good news amid ongoing legal trouble last week, but it turns out she might be celebrating prematurely! As we reported, on Saturday, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was “dismissed” from her ex-husband Tom Girardi’s ongoing fraud and embezzlement lawsuit. The legal trouble first arose in December 2020 when […]

Erika Jayne Celebrates Lawsuit Dismissal: I’m Partially Off the Hook!!

Over the weekend, Bravo fans were surprised to learn that Erika Jayne is no longer being sued in Illinois.

The court dismissed her from her estranged husband’s embezzlement and fraud lawsuit.

Erika isn’t entirely out of the woods yet, and she knows that she has more legal hurdles ahead.

But for the moment, Erika is savoring this victory, and taking a moment to celebrate.

As we reported over the weekend, the court filing dismissed the plaintiff’s claims against Erika and her company.

That ruling was for the federal lawsuit filed in Illinois, and does not preclude the plaintiff from re-filing in California.

Still, Erika saw and appreciated the widespread coverage, and made it clear on social media that she appreciated the support.

Erika took to her Instagram Story at the time to share a bouquet of headlines about the dismissal.

She also shared a video clip of herself expressing her feelings.

Specifically? Erika declared “f–k you!” proudly and firmly.

Erika also shared a photo of herself raising her fist in the sky, a symbol of triumph.

Despite the gesture and the headlines, Erika does not address the matter in her own words.

That could be due to legal advice … or it could be the result of Bravo wanting first dibs on all of Erika’s public statements.

After all, the show is filming right now, which means that Erika’s good news was likely covered on camera in short order.

One imagines the ladies (said to be filming a vacation at the moment) and their shocked responses at the news.

Is that why Kathy Hilton was reportedly desperate to get the hell away from the group? Only time will tell.

Erika has had some fierce critics, both among viewers and her own castmates.

She has, however, enjoyed steadfast supporters, including her friend Lisa Rinna.

“YES YOU ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Lisa commented under one of Erika’s photos, alongside a string of red heart emojis.

Erika’s attorney confirmed that this dismissal is important news.

Acknowledging that the plaintiff can and likely will re-file the suit in California, it was meaningful that Erika was dismissed from the initial lawsuit.

This was the lawsuit that caused Girardi Keese and Tom Girardi himself to go bankrupt.

Erika’s attorney emphasized that she had no role in anything related to Tom’s professional relationship with his clients.

Additionally, she did not have any role in any actions or inactions pertaining to the Lion Air case.

Her attorney added that Erika did not receive any of the Lion Air settlement funds intended for Tom’s clients.

We don’t doubt that the attorney who was already suing Erika will re-file — he has already declared that intention.

Erika may be in a stronger position now that she has been formally separated from “the” lawsuit.

It would be interesting to see the alleged evidence against her, assuming that it really exists, to better understand this ongoing scandal.

However, we’re not likely to see anything like that outside of a courtroom.

What we can expect to see will be Erika reacting to the epic highs and lows of being embattled and sued as filming continues.

It will be many months before this season airs, but we’re sure that, even then, we’ll learn new things about where things stand with Erika.

Erika Jayne Dismissed From Embezzlement & Fraud Lawsuit Against Ex Tom Girardi

Erika Jayne is probably feeling a whole lot better right now. According to Us Weekly, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been dismissed from the fraud and embezzlement lawsuit against her estranged husband, Tom Girardi. Court documents filed in the Northern District of Illinois and obtained by the outlet on Saturday stated: “Pursuant […]

Garcelle Beauvais and Erika Jayne Unfollow Each Other: What’s the Feud About?

For much of 2021, Erika Jayne’s estranged husband’s scandal plagued her both on camera and in private.

Her finances devastated, her marriage over, her brand in tatters, it’s safe to say that her life was turned upside down.

But it’s a new year, and she and the other Housewives are filming a new season of RHOBH.

We don’t know what happened on camera, but on Instagram, Garcelle Beauvais and Erika are all but at each other’s throats.

Well, “at each other’s throats” may be an exaggeration … or not.

As long as they are filming, neither woman can say exactly what’s going on with them.

But it’s clear that something, likely during the filming of their season, has gone down.

How do we know? Because Garcelle unfollowed Erika.

That might sound like a petty thing to be furious over, and it arguably is.

Between friends, it can be hurtful to unfollow without explanation.

Among reality stars, however, it’s like publicly striking a glove against someone’s face.

Why? Because it’s not just the person who was unfollowed who will notice. It’s everyone.

They know that their accounts are monitored by thousands of eyes every day. Garcelle must have wanted it known.

Another reason that this is a big deal is that it’s clearly a symptom of something else.

Garcelle didn’t wake up from a weird flashback dream to when she was filming Grimm and choose to start problems from nothing.

Something must have been said or done, presumably by Erika (or possibly just about Erika) for Garcelle to make such a public display of contempt.

But wait, you might hypothetically be asking, doesn’t that make this a one-sided feud?

You’re right, hypothetical reader. At least, you were right on Thursday morning.

Initially, this was only about what Garcelle did when she unfollowed Erika, presumably about drama during this season.

Erika Jayne IG comment plans to unfollow Garcelle Beauvais in return

However, Erika saw the coverage of the unfollowing, and chose to issue a public response later that day.

“Well,” Erika replied to an Instagram blog that shared the initial news, “[let] me unfollow her back.”

It takes two to tango, and now Garcelle and Erika are both wearing their dancing shoes.

Back in Garcelle’s camp, a follower suggested their support for Garcelle, rooting for her to demolish her apparent new foe.

“Lol,” Garcelle simply replied.

We have to keep in mind that they are contractually prohibited from spoiling their own seasons, save where they cannot help it.

Obviously, things leak sometimes, like Denise Richards’ alleged affair with Brandi Glanville.

Similarly, we certainly hope that Bravo would never try to keep something like Dorit Kemsley’s frightening home invasion a secret.

(On the contrary, Dorit affirmed that production had been very supportive in the aftermath of that horror)

We are sure that, in due time, we will all come to understand the source of the hard feelings between Erika and Garcelle.

It could be related to Erika’s scandal — including recent reports about her refusing to give up her earrings to help compensate her ex’s victims.

But this could be about something else entirely. Erika is not the only cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, after all.
