Isabel Rock Shades Audrey Roloff: You’re Celebrating White Supremacy!

We’ve seen clear signs of feuding between Audrey Roloff and Isabel Rock before. This time, the Sisters-in-Law are going for the jugular.

Auj posted a tribute for the Fourth of July … and Izzy told the world while celebrating Independence Day right now is nothing short of tone deaf.

“Happy 4th of July!!” Audrey Roloff gushed on social media over the weekend.

“So grateful to live in the land of the free because of the brave,” she added.

Auj, a devout Christian, then wrote: “God bless America.”

Audrey’s sister-in-law, Isabel Rock, had a very different sentiment and message to share.

She sees the Fourth of July in its broader context, both historically and in light of current events.

And Izzy took to Instagram to specifically take aim at those celebrating Independence Day as if nothing were wrong.

Isabel Rock IG - there are kids in cages, eff your 4th of july

“The United States has kids in cages,” reads a pre-existing image that Isabel shared to her Instagram Stories.

The message continued: “F–k your Fourth of July.”

A little aggressive? Sure. But it does seem odd to celebrate freedom when white nationalist policies are caging children.

“What, to a slave, is the Fourth of July?” reads another image that Izzy shared to her Stories. That is a Frederick Douglass quote.

She also posted an informational link that read: “How to opt out of the Fourth of July and uplift BIPOC instead.”

BIPOC stands for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. While Black people and Indigenous people are of course people of color, the acronym emphasizes their struggles.

“I never in my life cared for this holiday,” Isabel admitted in a more personal note shared to her Stories.

She freely acknowledged: “I recognize other people love it.”

Izzy went on to clarify that she has “nothing against those folks at all.”

“However, I think it’s very important to recognize that this is predominantly the ‘land of the free’ only for white people,” Isabel lamented.

That’s sadly true, particularly historically — but in many ways, this remains the case thanks to systemic racism.

“So while you light your sparkles, watch your fireworks, and wear your red, white, and blue,” Izzy wrote, “recognize that it’s a privilege too.”

Isabel Rock IG - why I don't celebrate the Fourth of July

Izzy also shared some information that should make clear to people why these sentiments over this particular holiday are so common.

The rights enshrined in documents written by the Founders were only for white men.

Black Americans, Native Americans, and all women were excluded from these freedoms — which means that Black and Native women were excluded twice.

Isabel’s strong moral stances and deliberate consciousness of the complexities and moral failings of the world is shared by Jacob Roloff.

He, too, has spoken extensively about white privilege in recent weeks, in light of the courageous nationwide protests.

Their shared values have drawn them together since they were teenagers and they continue to be voices for positive change now that they are married.

Some may view isabel’s statements as somehow anti-American, as if opposing the Fourth of July is somehow seditious.

In reality, the opposite is true.

In America, few things are more patriotic than pushing for positive change in your country. And yes, that can also mean acknowledging the past.

Not everyone views the Fourth of July in its historical context — as a true Independence Day.

For many, it is a social opportunity (absolute madness during a pandemic) and a chance to share their love for their country.

In some cases, that means celebrating the potential that America has, rather than the current reality.

Was Isabel trying to directly shade Audrey? A lot of fans see it this way, particularly those who are Auj fans and resent Izzy’s stance.

But we have to imagine that Isabel would have shared her messages even if Auj had said as little about the Fourth as she did about Black Lives Matter.

One could just as easily argue that Audrey was trying to shade Isabel with her own Fourth post, but it’s more than likely that they just both made posts in light of the holiday.

Isabel Rock: Who is Jacob Roloff’s Wife?

In September of 2019, Jacob Roloff married Isabel Rock, his longtime girlfriend and the love of his life.

But who is she? How did they meet? Take a look below and find out:

Isabel Rock was born on February 19 in 1996. She is 24 years old.

Like her husband, Jacob Roloff, she grew up in Oregon.

These days, she and Jacob are largely inseparable.

Though some write-ups have characterized how these two met as “unclear,” Isabel herself has explained how she came to know Jacob.

Jacob is a year younger than she is, but they attended the same high school and rode the bus together.

Isabel immediately noticed that there was a super cute guy on her bus and the two struck up a friendship that lasted and blossomed into a romance.

Jacob has had some issues with his family in the past — some very fair resentments that have since been addressed.

Isabel, in the meantime, is incredibly close with her family.

Izzy often posts about her father and about her brother Nico, whom she describes as her best friend.

On a sadder note, Isabel’s mother is no longer in the picture.

She passed away in 2014 after a battle with breast cancer.

Isabel has expressed an interest in writing a book about her mother and their experiences together before her mom’s death.

As we all remember, Jacob stormed off of Roloff Farms when he was 18, furious at how his parents had controlled his life and forced him into reality television.

After that, he and Isabel traveled together in their van.

The two share a passion for art — Jacob favors the written word while Isabel favors visual art.

It is believed that Isabel actually played a role in Jacob’s move to slowly reconcile with his family.

After so many years with no control over the direction of his own life, he of course needed time to heal and process things.

But when he returned, he had Isabel by his side.

After Jacob extended the olive branch, Amy Roloff made sure that he and Izzy both felt welcome.

Amy even used her platform to show off Isabel’s art gallery to her substantial social media following.

This was not just a promo for Isabel’s art, but an endorsement of her and of her relationship with Amy’s son.

One can easily see why Isabel would encourage Jacob to make peace with his family.

First of all, though he had every right to be angry, it was clear that he loved them and she wanted to see him fulfill his potential for happiness.

But on top of that, losing her own mother painfully illustrated how no one can take family for granted. You never know if you can reconcile “later.”

Of course, Jacob’s return into the lives of his family members was not without a few hiccups.

In particular, he has a very different worldview that his sister-in-law, Audrey, who has referred to young people as “this twisted generation.”

While Isabel and Jacob see eye-to-eye, Izzy went so far as to promote Audrey’s brand on social media in order to hammer out peace in the family.

In 2018, Isabel and Jacob took a trip to Iceland.

It was a lovely vacation and Isabel herself confessed that she had a strong feeling that Jacob was going to propose.

So strong was her hunch that she wrote down a note so that, when the time came, she would be able to prove it.

That time did come, and Jacob proposed to Izzy.

Isabel then presented him with the evidence that she had seen it coming — they know each other so well.

She also, of course, said yes, and went on to share that sweet story in detail.

In 2019, Jacob and Isabel were married.

Though their marriage has scarcely begun, many fans believe that they will be together for life.

They have similar views and goals and they have so much shared history. Not everyone marries their partner from high school, but these two are living the dream.

Jacob’s “black sheep” reputation has faltered somewhat among fans of Little People, Big World in recent years.

Part of that has come from the way that fans see him interacting with his family, from Amy to his young nieces and nephews.

But part of that has been the way that Izzy’s presence has “softened” the way that he is perceived.

As we acknowledged, not everyone gets to marry the person with whom they fell in love in high school.

That’s because few people are lucky to find the right person for them at such a young age.

We look forward to watching the marriage story of Jacob and Izzy continue to unfold.

What Does Chris Marek Do For a Living?

Just weeks ago, Amy Roloff and Chris Marek took fans on a stroll down memory lane, recalling details of their first date and so much more.

But fans still have so many questions about Chris. For one thng, what is his job?

Chris has been in Amy Roloff’s life for years, now.

The 55 year old earned both affection and suspicion from Amy’s longtime fans when the two began dating.

Some fans were not ready to let go of her 27-year marriage to Matt.

Matt actually appears on Little People, Big World now.

Though this is exciting for fans of Amy who are happy to see her love life again, it has furthered the suspicions of others.

Was he after fame and Amy’s money the whole time?

Last September, Amy Roloff and Chris Marek became engaged, to the joy of most of Amy’s fans.

“I’m so excited, I’m so surprised, I’m thrilled! I never in a million years thought I’d be getting married again,” Amy gushed.

“But I also hoped for it!” she expressed. “Now that it’s happening, I couldn’t be happier or more excited!”

Perhaps the people who fear that Chris is marrying Amy to live an easy life will be relieved to know that, for one thing, he works.

Chris has been a real estate agent for two decades.

In fact, he owns Keller Williams Real Estate, and is a part of the Knipe Realty Group.

So, for those of us who haven’t done a deep dive into the real estate world of the Pacific Northwest?

Chris has sold and continues to sell homes all over Oregon, including Beaverton, Aurora, and Colton.

In addition with success in securing sales, it sounds like he makes a good impression on clients.

He has been widely rated as a great salesman and praised for his professionalism and for going above and beyond.

“Working with Chris was amazing! We appreciated his great communication skills and professionalism,” one 5-star review reads.

The same review emphasizes: “We would highly recommend working with him!”

How wealthy has this made Marek?

We honestly don’t know. He is very new to being a public figure.

Additionally, the nature of the real estate world is that income is directly proportional to how many homes are sold and their value.

Amy, in the mean time, is worth an estimated $4.5 million.

(Well, that’s her estimated net worth — Little People, Big World fans know that she is absolutely priceless)

Some of that comes from money that she already had, some of it comes from her reality TV income, and some comes from her share of the Farm.

We need to acknowledge that the conspiracy theories about Chris’ motives for dating Amy were never rooted in his occupation.

Learning that he has a potentially lucrative, established career won’t make those folks hush.

As we said, part of their motive was an unhealthy attachment to the Roloff marriage despite their divorce.

But another factor was, sadly, a simple prejudice that exists even among fans of Little People, Big World.

Some of those accusing Chris of ulterior motives were speaking from a place of suspicion because Amy is a little person.

Deep down, some of them simply do not believe that a person of average height would fall in love with a little person purely for who they are.

Amy herself admitted that she once felt this way — that she feared that a person of average height might never go for her.

Fortunately for her, and for Chris, they were wrong.

We are so happy for them as “Amy’s Second Act” continues.

Little People, Big World Finale Clip: Look Who’s Home!

Baby Lilah is home, television fans!

On the season finale of Little People, Big World, Tori and Zach Roloff bring their firstborn home to meet her big brother and also to adjust to life as an active member of this family of four.

We’ll learn on the episode just how things are going with Lilah under the same roof as Jackson.

And what’s the answer?

Not much is different, for Jackson at least.

“I don’t know if he’s connecting that he’s a brother and she’s his sister,” Zach explains in this clip, saying that Jackson is cool with a baby being around… he just hasn’t really connected the family dots just yet.

Which makes complete sense.

At another point, Tori jokingly apologizes to her daughter after Jackson gets a little rough with her. By accident, of course.

“You’re probably gonna get kicked. You’re probably gonna get pushed,” the mother of two tells her youngest.

Elsewhere in this sneak peek, we cut to about three weeks after Lilah is brought home, witnessing how Zach and Tori are getting into a routine.

“We’re settliing in good,” says Zach. “Things are more chaotic and a little louder, but that’s what me and Tori signed up for.”

Thankfully, the couple tells viewers that Lilah is a pretty good baby overall — she’s a good eater, she’s just a liittle fussy and, yes says Tori, a little bit of a princess.

“She’s a strong woman,” Tori adds.

Tori and Zach welcomed Lilah in late November, but that’s how long ago this season finale was filmed.

Over the last few Little People, Big World episodes, we’ve seen Tori go into labor and also talk candidly about having a second dwarf child.

“We got lucky with jackson… he’s very blessed,” Zach and Tori said last week on the show, knocking on wood and saying that their son has been perfectly happy and healthy to date.

“Now we’re rolling the dice. [Are we gonna be that lucky] again?” Tori asked.

This is, unfortunately, something parents of little people must think about on a regular basis.

A few  weeks ago, Tori also explained her quasi negative response to hearing Lilah would probably be a little person, something her doctor informed her of toward the end of her pregnancy.

“There are people out there that have way more difficult journeys than I do, but that doesn’t discredit my own feelings,” she wrote online at the time.

“The same goes for everyone. It’s okay to feel whatever you’re going through… to have a girl with dwarfism is new territory for me.

“It’s nerve wracking for sure but I can already tell Lilah Ray is one tough girlsie.”

That’s what Tori reiterates in this clip as well.

Check it out now and then tune in for the Little People, Big World season finale at 9/8c on TLC on Tuesday night, May 19.

Tori Roloff Gets Real About Dwarfism, Shares Concern Over Baby

Tori Roloff and Zach Roloff open up this week about their second child, Lilah.

The couple welcomed the adorable girl back in late November — but the third term of Tori’s pregnancy and the fears both Little People, Big World stars share about their impending baby will be featured on Tuesday night’s brand new episode of this TLC reality series.

It was filmed several months ago, of course.

In the clip posted here, Tori is nine days away from giving birth.

She can say this with certainty because she has scheduled a c-section, something the beloved mother is both fearing and ancitipating.

“The couch is my best friend these days,” Tori says at one point in a confessional, sitting alongside husband Zach. “And movies. That’s basically what I did the last two weeks.”

Looking ahead, however, Tori acknowledges the future may not be so easy.

Why? Because doctors have told the Roloffs that they can’t be 100% sure, but it’s very likely the couple’s daughter will be a dwarf — just like her father, brother and paternal grandparents.

Previously on the show, Tori reacted in sadness to this diagnosis.

She learned the same news with her son over three years ago, but “this time, it was harder for me to process than with Jackson,” Tori admits in this sneak peek.

Roloff then elaborates.

Those with dwarfism, you see, do have better odds of suffering from a varity of health and/or mediical issues.

“We got lucky with jackson… he’s very blessed,” Zach and Tori say here, knocking on wood and saying that their firstborn has been perfectly happy and healthy to date.

However:

“Now we’re rolling the dice. [Are we gonna be that lucky] again?” Tori says.

Tori also gets candid in the clip and confesses to wanting a daughter than is more like her.

“I want my mini-me,” she says to the camera. ‘But that’s just not God’s plan.”

As for actually welcoming Lilah into her immediate family?

“I’m not really looking forward to having another c-section because recovery is  a lot more difficult,” she admdits. “I feel nervous, but ready.”

About a month ago, Tori explained her semi-negative response to hearing Lilah would probably be a little person.

“There are people out there that have way more difficult journeys than I do, but that doesn’t discredit my own feelings,” Tori wrote online.

“The same goes for everyone. It’s okay to feel whatever you’re going through. It was harder for me to process having a girl, but to have a girl with dwarfism is new territory for me.

“It’s nerve wracking for sure but I can already tell Lilah Ray is one tough girlsie.”

Having spent time with Lilah for a few months at the time she penned this message, Tori concluded at the time:

I know my Lilah Ray is going to be just fine because she was made in His image- she’s just the way she’s meant to be.

What an admirable attitude, right?

Tori Roloff Gets Rushed to Hospital: Is Everything Okay?!?

Lilah Roloff is nearly here, Little People, Big World fans!

Okay, fair enough: Lilah Roloff is already here of course.

Zach and Tori Roloff welcomed their second child back in November of 2019. And, spoiler alert, she’s a cutie patootie!

On the next new episode of this TLC reality show, however, we’ll go back in time and witness everything that led to the birth of this precious young woman.

As seen in the clip featured here, Zach and Tori will actually clash a bit in the days leading up to the latter’s delivery, having a discussion that mostly seems to be joyful.

Yet is clearly mixed with at least some resentment on Tori’s part.

“This is my moment. It’s about me!” Tori says to her husband after Zach jokes about needing to be comfortable for Tori’s labor and subsequent birth.

She then references the arrival of the couple’s first child, a son named Jackson, and says in slight annoyance to Zach:

“You were so bored. You were so annoying last time.”

Zach goes on to explain that he had apple juice with the nurses at 2 a.m. while his wife was going through her labor and… yeah. That’s not really what Tori wanted to hear.

Later in the same sneak peek, Matt Roloff is about to sit down for a confessional with a producer when he receives a phone call.

It’s about Tori and the hospital and we assume it simply means the former is headed in for delivery. But we can’t say for certain.

And Matt is concerned.

He quickly called Caryn Chandler to explain what’s going on, prior to receiving another call from Zach.

As she explained late last year, Tori ended up getting a C-section for Lilah, which can be a scary and painful experience for any woman to go through.

We know now, of course, that she ended up okay and so did her precious daughter.

We mean, just look at this perfect photo of mother and baby:

The moments leading up to Lilah’s arrival were far from perfect, however, as you’re about to see in this preview scene.

Check it out now and then tune in for the Tori Roloff birth special on Tuesday night, May 12 on TLC.
