Audrey Roloff Put on Blast for Tone Deaf "Humble Brag" Over Wealth, Lifestyle

While Audrey and Jeremy Roloff seem to be enjoying their family trip to Hawaii, things have not gone off without a hitch.

Between some embarrassing photos to Audrey’s startling brush with racism, it’s not going over well with fans.

Even some of Auj and Jer’s supporters are wincing at what is being described as a tone deaf display of wealth and privilage.

Audrey’s less-than-humble brags are starting to feel more and more like the flaunting of wealth.

Audrey Roloff is sharing more than just family photos while visiting Hawaii with Jeremy and their three children.

She is offering recommendations on where she’s been and which places she and Jeremy enjoy the most.

The offer sounds like she’s opening it up to fans who want to follow in her footsteps … but how many actually can?

Audrey Roloff IG Maui is a highlight

Fans love seeing the photos of three-year-old Ember, 1-year-old Bode, and newborn Radley.

Where Audrey runs into trouble is in posts like the one where she offers to explain how Maui became a “highlight of our favorite spots.’

Auj goes on: “We’ve been five times and always try to stay a couple of weeks every time.”

Audrey then opened up to questions from fans, offering to detail things like what a vacationer might need and where they would need to stay.

But following the boastful declaration earned backlash.

Going on vacation is one thing. Highlighting how many times you’ve been on the same pricey vacation is bragging.

Audrey Roloff unkempt Hawaii pic

“Humble brag minus the humble,” commented one Reddit user who was less than amused.

“Must be nice to have no job and have been to Maui five times,” another wrote. “Some of us work and haven’t been once.”

For a sense of perspective, another noted: “I budgeted it out several years ago and I’d need at least $3,000 to $5,000 to go and be somewhat comfortable.”

“Even the average Joe from Oregon can’t take vacations that last two weeks or more,” another pointed out.

An additional commenter added that this kind of vacation is “Not for people who have jobs.”

There are a couple of issues at play behind the backlash coming from critics and from fans, so let’s take a look.

After decades of wage stagnation, skyrocketing cost of living expenses, and two years of a deadly pandemic, money is tight.

Not for billionaires, who have increased their collective wealth by trillions in recent years, often without actually producing anything to show for it.

But for millions of average, everyday fans, even those with steady jobs, the luxury that Audrey and Jeremy experience is a pie-in-the-sky dream.

There is also the issue of time, which is a specifically American problem when it comes to vacations.

Many developed nations offer — on a national level — several weeks of guaranteed paid time off for vacations.

Someone living in a country where they have six weeks off to vacation and travel every year might not understand why an American Little People, Big World fan feels insulted at Audrey’s boast.

Another factor, of course, is that vacationing in Hawaii is controversial on its own, and not without reason.

To put it bluntly, the tourism industry in Hawaii, which is too often followed by affluent white Americans moving to the island state, is in many ways destroying local Hawaiians.

Being priced out of a home in your neighborhood is bad. Being priced out with nowhere to go except to fly to another state is worse. That’s definitely a factor here.

There’s also the matter of how this trip came to be — namely, that Audrey won the vacation after reaching a certain tier at her essential oils business.

She has been not-so-subtly accused of being part of a multi-level marketing scheme (that is a pyramid scheme, folks), using her fame and platform to hoodwink followers.

If that’s true, then her vacation to Hawaii is also promoting that same alleged scam to her fans … which puts a sinister vibe on the whole thing.

Speaking of vibes, we can’t have an honest conversation about all of this blowback without acknowledging that a lot of people do not like Audrey and Jeremy.

Between politics and some weird comments over the years, “the vibes are off” with these two, and people are unwilling to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Maybe that’s unfair, maybe it isn’t, but it’s absolutely a factor in how Audrey’s not-quite-humble brags are perceived.

Zach Roloff Makes Shocking Demand in Little People, Big World Promo

Little People, Big World is not typically known for drama.

This is a reality show that doesn’t usually bring in ratings by trying to pit one relative against another or anything like that.

It’s been a wild success for TLC because viewers simply love to watch the Roloffs interact with each other — raising their kids, working together on the family farm and generallly giving us a look behind the scenes of their busy lives.

But might all that be about to change?

In a new promo for the upcoming season, cameras hone in on Zach Roloff and Matt Roloff.

The latter bought out his ex-wife, Amy, a couple years ago and now owns every parcel of the aforementioned farm in Oregon.

Amid rumors that Matt is ready to retire and move to Arizona, however, there’s been speculation that Zach wants to take over the business.

Based on the preview featured here, we can safely say this hasn’t been speculation.

In fresh footage depicted in this trailer, Zach admits that he made an offer for the north side of the property… although that’s how his dad would categorize.

“He didn’t come in to negotiate. He came in to demand,” Matt says in the video.

The father of four is clearly annoyed at the way this son went about trying to buy the lot, which prompts the sort of angry reaction from Zach that we rarely see on air.

“Do you wanna make money off your own family? Or do you want this legacy you’ve preached about for 10 years?” Zach says in a confessional, referring to his father and, apparently, his unexpected greed.

Amy chimes in at one point (“Things have changed,” she says. “Things aren’t going back.”), while viewers see the followiing words on screen:

The Family foundation is rocked to the core.

Yikes, huh?!?

Meanwhile, tensions arise from a heated farm negotiation between Zach, Tori, Matt and Caryn.

When the negotiations fall through, Zach and Tori decide to move and make their new home away from the farm while also expecting their third child.

And in the midst of everything, Matt makes a decision that could change the farm – and the family – forever.

Jeremy Roloff Exposes Audrey with Embarrassing Photo: Payback Time?

These days, it seems like Audrey and Jeremy Roloff are taking turns embarrassing each other on social media.

First, fans were stunned to catch Jeremy naked on Audrey’s video. Whoops!

Now, it’s the other Little People, Big World alum’s turn to exact revenge.

Perhaps that is why Jeremy shared — and quickly deleted — an embarrassing photo of Auj.

Right now, Jeremy and Audrey Roloff are on a trip to Hawaii.

Their three kids are along.

Audrey got the chance to bring her family on this trip after hitting a milestone at her controversial essential oils gig.

Audrey Roloff unkempt Hawaii pic

On Wednesday, Jeremy shared a blink-and-miss-it clip of Audrey.

She was sitting outside on the patio at their vacation spot.

Audrey was dressed down, as if she’d just gotten up, and her hair is as wild and unkempt as many of us with curly red hair are before showering and styling.

Auj isn’t wearing makeup in the glimpse. She’s just casually eating.

This is a very normal way for someone to look, at home or on vacation.

But it’s a far cry from how Audrey usually looks when she allows the public to see her.

Jeremy’s post is no longer there, of course.

It was an Instagram Story. It was also, well, a little potentially embarrassing for Audrey.

You don’t have to be a former reality star or a quasi-influencer to not want the whole internet to see you when you’re super comfy.

“Uh oh did Jeremy have to sneak this past Auj?” one Reddit user quipped as people discussed the quick look.

“A glimpse into their real life, I like it though!” the redditor added.

Others marveled at Jer posting an “unflattering” look at his wife, since usually the two post only hyper-manicured content.

One commenter remarked: “This is hilarious!”

“Holy cow,” stated another, “he is gonna be in so much trouble for this one!!!”

A third observed: “He deleted quickly. I laughed because he hadn’t posted anything in weeks. And this was his come back.”

According to Audrey, she won the trip to Hawaii by “achieving a certain rank.”

Her essential oils gig, which has been put on blast as a scam and as an alleged pyramid scheme, is apparently happy with her work.

It sounds like despite Jacob Roloff’s warnings about his sister-in-law’s posting habits, some of her followers are still buying in to her business.

Maybe Jeremy shared a raw look at his beautiful wife because it makes no difference to him.

It’s also possible that he was pranking her a little bit.

Either way, while Audrey should always be in charge of how she appears to the world, it doesn’t sound malicious.

Many influencers do not choose to show their “real” lives to fans and followers, because their image is part of their brand.

There is a real connection between how someone is perceived — their looks, their lifestyle, and more — on social media and how well they can monetize their fame.

We hope that the Roloff family is having a lovely time on their vacation!

Little People, Big World Preview: A Feud, A Fire and The Future of the Farm

TLC has dropped the the very first trailer for Little People, Big World Season 23.

And it’s pretty clear, based on the footage below, that a whole lot is on tap this spring and summer for the Roloffs.

Early on in this video, we see Amy and Chris Marek looking happy and festive, rocking a pair of matching Christmas pajamas and kissing on the lips and acting like the blissful newlyweds they are.

But then things take a turn a bit for the mother of four.

Amy reveals on camera that ex-husband Matt and his girlfriend, Caryn Chandler, gifted her and Marek plane tickets to Arizona… as they proceed to fly down and spend an awkward few days with the couple.

“I still struggle with the fact of being married to someone for so long and to then to hang out with my ex and his girlfriend,” Amy explains reasonably in the preview, adding:

“There’s too much history for me.”

Zach and Tori, meanwhile, later surprised the former’s mother with photos from the latter’s ultrasound, stunning Amy with the following great news:

“We are expecting our third baby,” Zach says.

The spouses will be dealing this season with an issue regarding their first baby, however, as viewers also watch Jackson get wheeled into for leg surgery.

Elsewhere, we get a glimpse of a fire that hit Roloff Farms in Oregon, while this property turns into the focus of the promo.

“After the farm deal fell apart, there has been some tension between us,” Zach says of where things stand between himself and his dad in the wake of Matt NOT selliing Matt the land.

“I was extremely uncomfortable,” Tori adds of a visit she and her immediate family took to the farm one day in order to hang out with Matt and Caryn.

Matt, meanwhile, talks broadly about his plans for the lot, which has been a tourist attraction and which has been in the family for decades.

“This process has been filled with emotions and angst,” Matt teases in a confessional of what he wants to do with all his land, prior to stating in ominous fashion:

“I think life on the farm is gonna change forever… if the kids decide they wanna hate for for this, there’s nothing i can do about it.”

To what is Roloff referring here? We don’t know!

Tori Roloff Quashes Childbirth Rumors: Yes, I’m STILL Pregnant!

Just last week, Little People, Big World fans wondered if Tori Roloff had already given birth.

The signs were there, including the possible due date and a conspicuous lack of updates by the beloved reality star.

Over the weekend, however, Tori found a tasteful way to ask fans to calm down.

She is still expecting, and got to celebrate a peaceful holiday weekend with her family.

Tori and Zach Roloff, like most of their extended family and like millions of Americans, are Christians and celebrated Easter on Sunday.

They marked the holiday with four-year-old Jackson and two-year-old Lilah.

As the photos made clear, Tori is not holding a baby in her arms because her uterus continues to do that job — she is still pregnant.

With the childbirth rumors quashed, we can go about enjoying the rest of what she had to share.

Tori wore a long and flowing dress, one that ensured that her massive baby bump could not be missed.

She glowed with pride beside her beautiful, growing family.

Tori rested one hand on her baby bump while holding Lilah’s hand with the other.

Zach also held Lilah’s hand, also holding Jackson’s.

Most of what we saw of this sweet family involved Lilah and Jackson … and their Easter celebrations.

Tori did give a shoutout to the holiday itself, referring to the Christian resurrection narrative that defines Easter.

But in case the photos left any doubt, Tori made it clear that the tomb was empty, not the womb.

“Still pregnant,” Tori wrote. “We are enjoying these last few days as a family of 4!!”

Lilah Roloff will be best big sister ever on easter 2022

We saw Jackson and Lilah pose in matching pajamas, posing alongside colorful eggs.

Her fans and followers also witnessed littled glimpses at their Easter egg hunt.

Though the Easter baskets featured candy, their quest for the hunt was fun — but not actually competitive.

Jackson unilaterally declared that some of the eggs were off-limits to him, seeking out only the green and blue ones.

This left Lilah with the task of finding the purple and pink eggs for herself.

Clearly, the four-year-old big brother wanted to make sure that he didn’t accidentally rob his sister of her share of the spoils.

Jackson Roloff & Lilah Roloff have a calm morning on easter 2022

Tori praised the family’s “calm” morning at home as they enjoyed a laid back holiday.

She was also delighted to explain the egg hunt to followers, so tickled that Jackson had made this decision on his own.

Tori praised Jackson and Lilah, predicting that both will become the best big brother and best big sister (respectively), ever.

Just last month, Tori reflected upon her miscarriage one year later.

Baby #3 won’t just be Lilah and Jackson’s younger sibling and Tori and Zach’s third child.

This will also be a rainbow baby, a term that is used to refer to the first child born following a miscarriage.

Not every person, couple, or family responds to a miscarriage in the same way, and that is okay. Everyone has their own way of coping with loss.

Right now, Tori and Zach are focused upon moving forward, counting down the days until Lilah becomes a big sister.

We’re sure that it will become clear when the time comes.

Tori Roloff Reflects Upon Miscarriage One Year Later with Beautiful Tribute

In March of 2021, Tori Roloff suffered a miscarriage.

This was a tragic loss for her and for her husband, Zach.

Now, Tori is again pregnant and looking radiant in her third trimester.

One year after her miscarriage, however, she is reflecting upon that heartbreak.

On Thursday, March 10, Tori Roloff shared a black-and-white photo of her baby bump alongside a moving caption.

“It’s been exactly one year since we found out we lost our sweet baby,” she began.

“I still haven’t fully recovered from that experience,” Tori admitted.

“And to be honest,” Tori confessed, “I don’t know that I ever will.”

She expressed: “Having a miscarriage was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to face personally.”

“And,” Tori wrote, “I really could not have gotten through it without God’s promise, or my husband and kids.”

“I still remember a sermon @josezayas gave,” Tori recalled.

She specified that this was “when we were in another season of waiting.”

“And,” Tori detailed, she and Zach were at that time “wondering if we’d ever be blessed with another child.”

“He talked about Hannah,” Tori noted, referring to a narrative from the Book of Samuel, part of the Nevi’im portion fo the Tanakh and Old Testament.

“Now Hannah didn’t have kids at the time but instead of rejecting God for it,” she noted.

Tori continued: “She was obedient and prayed to have a child — to not be forgotten.”

“God was faithful to her and she later had a child named, Samuel (meaning heard by God),” Tori wrote.

“I remember praying every night to not be forgotten, like Hannah,” she said.

“I sit here typing this one year later and VERRRRRY pregnant with a healthy baby,” Tori pointed out.

“I wasn’t forgotten,” Tori affirmed.

“I am so grateful for God’s goodness,” she expressed.

“And,” Tori continued, “the gift we’ve been given after such a time of grief.”

“I’ve been so much more appreciative of the aches and pains of pregnancy,” Tori shared with her fans and followers.

This newfound appreciation came “because I’ve realize just how much of a gift it truly is.”

“To any mamas out there who have walked this same path (some much worse than us),” Tori wrote, “I pray you are not forgotten.”

“I pray that you continue to be faithful and obedient and never give up hope!” Tori told her followers.

“I pray you can find strength in any storm you’re going through,” she expressed.

“And,” Tori went on, “that at the end of it you find God’s goodness!”

Tori Roloff IG reflects on miscarriage 1 year later

“To all past present and future mamas: I see you!” Tori concluded her beautiful caption.

That is so sweet and so touching.

While a loss is still a loss no matter what, finding perspective and affirmation and hope in the aftermath is what allows people to cope.

Across thousands of years and countless cultures and faiths, people have used religion and spirituality to cope with loss and to hope for more.

Devotional objects related to prayers for healthy children are among the most ancient man-made objects in the world.

Tori’s struggle is not new and it’s not unique, and it’s inspiring that she is sharing her message of hope with her fans and followers.

Matt Roloff Claps Back at Critics: I Was a GREAT Husband to Amy!

As fans look forward to more seasons of Little People, Big World, Matt Roloff offered  glimpse at life.

He had enjoyed a romantic trip with longtime girlfriend Caryn Chandler.

A commenter couldn’t help but see contrast between who Matt is as a partner now and who he was when he was Amy’s husband.

Matt is clapping back and essentially accusing the critic of being a fake fan.

60-year-old Matt Roloff used Instagram to share some little glimpses at his trip with Caryn Chandler.

The two have been enjoying their getaways to Arizona for years.

Matt shared some looks from the plane alongside a few selfies from the trip.

Matt Roloff IG a small slice of life these past few weeks

“These five photos a small slice of life these past few weeks,” Matt captioned the post.

Obviously, many people piled on the praise and well wishes into the comments, with others asking about specific locations.

In contrast, however, one commenter asked: “Why didn’t you do that with your wife?”

Matt Roloff IG - I guess you didn't watch LPBW very much

Matt actually responded to that: “Lol. Ok. I guess you didn’t watch LPBW very much.”

He noted: “We went in 2007 on camera.”

“And,” Matt continued, “you’ll just have to wait and see what happens in 2022.”

Presumably, Matt is not suggesting that going on a trip to Arizona in 2007 is alone proof of being a good spouse.

Similarly, we have to suspect that he’s not claiming that he’s going on a date with Amy now.

Yes, Chris and Matt get along pretty well, but not in  a swingers kind of way.

It’s possible, but purely speculation, that Matt is teasing that the couples will go on a group vacation.

Although … that would be an amazing and awkward double-date to behold.

Group trips are something of a staple for many reality shows, and watching Matt and Amy debate their trip plans could be interesting.

As for the initial comment that sparked Matt to reply, it’s no mystery where that was coming from.

There are many people who feel that, in more ways than one, Matt was a less than ideal husband to Amy.

Contrary to what Matt may think, a lot of these critics would cite plenty of what they saw on screen.

Then, of course, came the things that went down off screen.

Amy herself accused Matt of cheating, tracing his relationship with Caryn — who was once only an employee — back to when they were still married.

One can be happy that both Roloffs have moved on and still remember how their marriage ended and who wronged whom in the process.

It will be interesting to see what Matt means by teasing what is coming in 2022.

Maybe he is just encouraging his fans and followers to continue to watch the family’s show.

Or possibly he has something specific in mind that might turn a few more critics into fans.

In the mean time, the Roloffs have plenty of drama going on off screen to fill their time.

From Matt’s weird comments about Jacob to Zach and Tori needing basic reminders for some reason, there’s plenty on their plates.

We all look forward to new seasons, though!

Isabel Roloff Demolishes Troll: I Didn’t Marry Jacob for the Family Fortune!

In December of last year, Isabel and Jacob Roloff welcomed their first child.

Just weeks after Baby Mateo’s birth, his parents are already fending off trolls.

Cruel comments have been sent anonymously to Isabel.

Unfortunately, she’s accustomed to it. On the positive side, she knows how to squash these haters.

Isabel Roloff is not a Little People, Big World star.

She is a Roloff by marriage, having married Jacob. The two were initially high school sweethearts.

Isabel is kind enough to use her public social media to give fans a little access, even if it has its drawbacks.

A cruel troll submitted an accusation during a Q&A.

“I don’t know,” the accusation began.

“But,” the submission continued, “you’re only married to Jacob for the money.”

Isabel Roloff IG - reply to "only married Jacob for the money"

“You shouldn’t be in the public eye if you won’t show your son,” the troll then accused.

Both parts of that are rude, defamatory, and downright unhinged.

To her credit, Isabel took it all in stride.

Isabel’s reponse included a laughing emoji, tagging Jacob.

“She’s right,” Isabel said with a laugh. “I’m only with you for your millions.”

There are only two types of people who can say that: good-humored millionaires, and people who are not millionaires.

Isabel did take a more serious tone as she continued to reflect upon how people act and why.

“many people’s very natural response is: ‘What is wrong with people?'”

After reading so many “mean comments,” it is only natural to wonder at the cause.

Isabel Roloff IG what is wrong with people?

In Isabel’s case, she receives this kind of vitriol “multiple times a day.”

As a result, she admitted that “nothing surprises me anymore.”

It is sad that she has had to make herself numb to this kind of thing, but there is a positive aspect to this story.

“I just like to shine a light on the bad,” Isabel explained.

She takes on this approach “because it is important to remember to be overly kind in your day-to-day lives.”

The purpose for this kindness is “to offset the energy of people like this.”

“The kindness and goodness always outweigh the bad,” Isabel affirmed.

That is an immensely positive outlook, and a solid approach to everyday life.

Whether on social media or in person, being good and being kind actively make the world a better place.

But unlike Isabel, we don’t see this specific type of trolling every single day and are weirded out by it.

They accused her of marrying Jacob for his money and demanded to see her baby.

What gives?

Matt and Amy Roloff are exes, but they are certainly two wealthy individuals.

The Roloffs were already well off before they purchased the farm, due to Matt’s career in tech.

They have now been reality stars for many years, which has both directly and indirectly enriched the family.

Isabel Roloff IG baby bump at 23 weeks

Yes, they are rich, in the sense that their net worth is in the millions.

At the same time, their wealth is on par with a successful dentist or a one-hit-wonder musician.

Between that and the fact that their money will likely be split among multiple spouses and siblings, nobody’s striking gold by marrying a Roloff.

None of the Roloff children are independently wealthy.

One can be successful — as an author, as an employee, as an entrepreneur — without being wealthy.

Jacob may one day build up a fortune by managing his share of the family farm, but that’s still a hypothetical scenario.

We cannot for the life of us explain why anyone would demand to see any baby that is not their own.

(Outside of, like, a welfare check of some kind)

None of us have a “right” to see Jacob and Isabel’s child, or any other.

What’s more is that these two are making responsible decisions for their baby that many other public figures fail to.

The occassional family photo is one thing, but there are parents who demolish any semblance of privacy in their children’s lives, plastering everything online.

We applaud Isabel and Jacob for making good choices for their baby, their decisions informed by Jacob’s own experiences with childhood fame.
